Very Very Very old info...;
In addition, the SEC asserts that it is in need of the requested bank records to trace the path of the proceeds of the alleged illegal transactions committed by Magnus. Such funds may have been distributed to other persons or entities through the subpoenaed bank accounts, or may have been handled as pass-through investor funds, and thus would not necessarily be labeled as Magnum transactions. Thus, it is impossible to ascertain at this juncture which specific bank account transactions involve Magnum proceeds, or to identify the names of all of the persons or entities involved in those transactions. As such, the Subpoena is not overbroad. Accord, S.E.C. v. Dowdell, 144 Fed. Appx. 716, 724 (10th Cir. Aug. 3, 2005) (affirming district court's denial of motion to quash where SEC subpoena sought to trace funds which passed through bank account of lawyer who introduced parties to the investigation target). Simply put, under the facts of this case, Mr. Flatt, as the movant, has failed to demonstrate that the SEC subpoena seeks documents that are not relevant to or touch upon a legitimate law enforcement investigation; and, on the contrary, the SEC has demonstrated that the documents are relevant to a legitimate law enforcement investigation. See Davidov v. U.S. S.E.C., 415 F. Supp. 2d 386, 391 (S.D.N.Y. 2006) (stating under RFPA plaintiff must first show factual basis for his conclusion that records sought are irrelevant and then agency must only show reasonable belief that records sought are relevant). Thus, the Court declines to limit the subpoena on these grounds, as well.

April 14, Flatt lost, big drop in MDOR shares...
Hey monkey,
MDOR is officially under formal order of investigation by SEC
Dwight Flatt was contesting subpeona against SEC so they could investigate on Spartan Consulting and guess what he lost on april 14 2010, the SP tanked...
Good job,
Sorry to use this board but plese leave it there for Monkey
We should expect the newly elected board of directors to resign all at once...
One guy that might have a lot to talk about
is our video guy from Tallahassee, Mr French.
Already spoke a lot on this board, however his postings were deleted. He mentionened that he knew all about Curtis schemes, that he was the one that took videos in Germany at Spreelast...
Formal order of investigation
From SEC :
All SEC investigations are conducted privately. Facts are developed to the fullest extent possible through informal inquiry, interviewing witnesses, examining brokerage records, reviewing trading data, and other methods. With a formal order of investigation, the Division's staff may compel witnesses by subpoena to testify and produce books, records, and other relevant documents. Following an investigation, SEC staff present their findings to the Commission for its review. The Commission can authorize the staff to file a case in federal court or bring an administrative action. In many cases, the Commission and the party charged decide to settle a matter without trial.
Common violations that may lead to SEC investigations include:
misrepresentation or omission of important information about securities;
manipulating the market prices of securities;
stealing customers' funds or securities;
violating broker-dealers' responsibility to treat customers fairly;
insider trading (violating a trust relationship by trading on material, non-public information about a security); and
selling unregistered securities.
SEC formally investigating MDOR !
See latest filing 8K !!!
The guy still owns zillions of shares, you think he'd quit just like magic ???
Where are the contracts ?
The only thing we can conclude here is that the consortium "would" like to get these contracts over 2 years...
too big, too soon, and nos sales as of now,
Wishfull thniking
Very short in and outs by UBSS on Level 2... strange
CHDN at ,10 !!!!
They always set the floor price...
Payment of 350 000$ will be due may 1, and Curtis does not want to pay penalties ( cash money ) because he did not attein an average of 200 000 shares and 150 000 $ in value, for the last 20 days of april... If he gets that, he'll be able to pay in shares.
DILUTION DILUTION DILUTION,
and over that, Next 10Q should show extremely bad numbers, agani
Blame it on the last financing round
Last time they announced a contract it was a phony one (130 M$ with NSS) and you had to read it carefully, because what they called a contract was a vague letter of intent, not even signed by NSSS!!! You can check it on SEC as a filing !
No Kaboom ! LOL
Went that low because Curtis bought himself some shares...cheap !
You blindly believe ALL MDOR NR's ????
Never that kind of washout...
Come on Mak, it will all depend if these are insider trades, HDSN has been on the ask side all day...
UBSS is about to come out as wess IMO
Too simple...
Will they be profitable ?
Yes or No,
And if so When, and will they need another round of financing ?
You forgot to include, aside technical experience in the rubber industry, flawless business experience from management, especially the CEO, after all, he's the one driving the technical experts.
We all know Curtis and Glusic did not have a clue about rubber, and had bad business reputation. What about Fimrite, what can you tell us about him ?
AKRON is pushing SNRG, with honourable Mr. Fimrite (toubled past) as CEO.
He might still have good questions.
Why don't you just e-mail them the questions....
You left behing the question about the 130 M$ buffing contract with NSS...
And no, I will never be a moderator, don't want to get involved more than this with MDOR, I just post facts, and don't want to be questioned if it goes sour.
Questions suggestions :
a) what revenues do they expect in FY 2010 from NSS Contract (130 millions $)
b) Did the company had to pay out penalties in cash for missing first installment, based on value of shares and volume of shares traded ?
c) Is the Magog plant producing powders, how much, and who is the customer ? (no sense producing powder if no customers) and are they still producing buffing and nuggets and at what rate ?
d) When will Colorado plant be fully functional to produce powders ?
e) What is the design output in pounds/day for the Colorado and Magog plant for powders ?
I noticed that as well.
Perhaps "international black gold group llc" was created with the purpose of picking up the remains of
MDOR.http://sunbiz.org/pdf/00249900.pdf
I too advise Bronson to be sceptic,he should make his own mind with ALL the information.
I don't need Makamai to tell me what is TOC and what is not.
Finance 101
Bronson, giving the assests alone is useless. you have to give liabilities ans shareholders equity.
Since Magnum is cash strapped, you then have to focus on short term, short term assets and short term equity, the first one has always have to be higher than the second one.
Sales are part of the short term assets, they were a little over 5 000 $ last fiscal year.
Chad Curtis is the ever controlling shareholder of MDOR,
Black gold has been referred to repeatedly to rubber by Chad Curtis himself in numerous interviews,
He created this florida company prior the latest financing only to close it down after it was disclosed on another board,
Any actions from the main shareholder that is suspicious to MDOR is valuable information. Let the readers decide if it is of any value to them or not. I personnaly find this at the best troubling.
Now explain to all the other readers why you consider it off topic...
Hey Mak,
What do you think of the "International Black Gold Group LLC" company created by Chad Curtis ?
And real contracts they would have to be,
Last year company made 5K$ in sales even if they boast having 135 M$ in contracts with NSS...
Can you spell "BOGUS CONTRACT" !!!
I like your enthouiasm, but would'nt it be wiser to have contracts of important size before starting production ???
Business 101
Mack is back !
Chad needs you here.
Can you put us up to date with the 130 M$ contract with NSS ?
Looks like you have a problem with me asking questions on this board ?
Don't you think they are legitimate business questions ?
And the company is eager to comment on their future projects but don't talk a minute about financing, isn't this odd ?
I'm interested in financing to achieve their goals.
Not in the grade 1 maths you're presenting.
A far as I know, they don't have a dime and are in debt up to their ...
Level 2 : USBSS mysteriously appears and disappears.
Any explanations...
production of 80M lbs per year at $.10 per pound is the target
Good, Where is the financing for all of this ...
Targets without financing...
Is this company serious...
This Renegar, his consulting office wasn't going anywhere, how will he be paid, how much. Probably paid in share since this company has nothing in the bank...
When can these new shares be sold on the market ?
our telephone number is 1-877-343-MDOR
So you are with MDOR and you also are moderator ?
