No there are no after market trades here. Might have been a catchup trade or something from earlier in the day.

I would say those notes were purchased by investors close to the controlling shareholder! My opinion is biased because I'm a shareholder. So when I read this press release it makes me think there is a lot of money circling this new entity that is coming in. Buying back notes to me means they don't want the share price being dumped on by these scummy lenders! What that means for us is a boost in share value. Sellers going to kick themselves really soon. News is going to be big imo!

I agree. I reads like things should materialize within a week. People use words differently, but hopefully we are interpreting his phrase the right way!!! I feel like this press release is confirmation for the merger. I'm looking for the next press release to be accompanied with an 8k detailing the merging entity. Things should heat up really soon!

That's thing with these kinda stocks. You never know how investors will react to the details of a reverse-merger! I'm hoping I can get .05 to .10 after we get news. These stocks can do crazy moves with the right catalyst! $1 would be phenomenal considering where it's at know. Lol.

This is how reverse-merger stocks run big. The float gets locked and traders have to hit the ask when big news hits. The bigger the news the harder it runs. Everything is a gamble in penny land. This will run, how high who knows but it will run! Anyone shorting right now are playing with fire. No one knows what really is coming but this has the potential to be big if we are right!

See that's the thing about these mergers. You have no more info than we do. It's all your opinion. You have no links or sources to back it up! You don't know that Scalise's shares are voided its your opinion. See the part you are forgetting is Scalise took a 51% ownership in January meaning he has control, therefore he decides what happens to the stock. You keep bashing the stock without evidence of your claims. Your claims are void imo! The business moved to Wyoming and updates will come. Quit trying to scare people!

I'm sure once we get over the .005 range we will see traders release more shares. Once the bids start supporting the price this should easily test pennies. Me personally, I still think we see a penny before we get the merging entity's name.

If GEAR is the entity coming in, I just wonder if the group that pushed this down are buying the shares so the price will continue to rise up? What is the tradable float is way less than 70 mill? What if there is 25 to 30 million that can exchange hands? I could see it going to the .50 range with no problem with the right catalyst. Just a thought!
