Well.... if I recall he changed firms after that, like 4 or 5 months. So deliberately chose a firm that would sandbag due to price. I could care less if it goes up or down, I win regardless. But, the SEC will use their common sense to sort it out. And it was online, not a phone call. Much easier to send direct link, more common sense....

Did you see the blacked out contract he posted on Twitter last October or November........ by hoe small the price blacked out was I'm betting it was under $1000.00 and 100% under 10,000 by thr small black space..... hence I raised concerns then and from then on one milestone hadn't been met ontime....... keep drinking the kool-aid
