That bidding war between the guy trying to buy 500k and the other trying to buy 100k is making me laugh! They both could have gotten their orders filled earlier @ 0.018 had they slapped the ask!

Now, two hours later, their bids are at 0.0192 and 0.0193 and neither got their hand on shares yet!

Slap the ask, its the only way to get in with a low float stock like ROSV!

Exactly it. The fact that there less than 40 float helps too. I wouldn't be surprised if combined the people on this board own 20 million of the 40 million available!
