HAPPY CHRISTMAS & MERRY NEW YEAR TO ALL
Welcome back. How went the fishing?
What is your best estimate for any kind of good news here?
What are the odds we hear anything new before 2014?
I'm hoping this will work. This is a screen shot of a Level II chart. Basically the highest bid and the lowest ask are matched up at the top. If there is a sell trend then the bids will be picked off and lower bids will move up. A buy trend and the asks will be picked off and next higher will move up. I'm sure there is a better explanation out there. This is not a current chart but it works for what you were asking.

I'll see what I can dig up. I'm sure Track will have something to say about it.
One thing that I think is a good thing and I may be wrong. There are a lot of MM's with eyes on this stock. A very long list on Level II.
How bout that after hour trade. This pig is so dead.
Nice sell off today...woo hoo. Go HBRM
Here ya go...

Hi Mark –
Thanks for your inquiry.

You have issues man. Why don't you post some links to all you speak of. I wish I was wrong so I could get my investment back. Those are actual e-mails I posted. I know you will say they aren't. I'm beginning to think you are a pumper on payroll to get these worthless shares sold. Time will tell but I know we will never see our investment again. I knew I should have sold after my visit to their place in Plano. Very shady if you ask me. Has anyone else here been to their place? I have some other e-mails from Telogis. When I find them, I'll post them as well.
Thank you for the answer. Makes sense. Do you think it's possible that these are prearranged sales between GLEC and someone in lieu of payment or such?
Here are a couple of excerpts from an e-mail chain between RMTD and myself from July 2010.

Hi Mark,
On July 1, 2010, the holders of the Company’s (i) Series A Senior Secured Convertible Promissory Notes, (ii) Original Issue Discount Series A Senior Secured Convertible Promissory Notes, (iii) Series B Senior Secured Convertible Promissory Notes and (iv) Original Issue Discount Series B Senior Secured Convertible Promissory Notes, (collectively, the “Secured Notes”) foreclosed (pursuant to Section 9-620 of the Uniform Commercial Code) on the collateral securing the Company’s obligations under the Secured Notes, including the assets used in the Company’s business operations.
The foreclosure was in full satisfaction of the Company’s obligations under the Secured Notes, which had an outstanding principal amount, exclusive of interest and penalties of $7,618,951. The Company accepted the foreclosure based on, among other things, that (a) there existed material events of default under Secured Notes (including the failure to pay principal amounts when due); (b) all of the indebtedness and other obligations under the Secured Notes were unconditionally owing by the Company without offset, defense or counterclaim; and (c) there was no alternative transaction or source of funding available to the Company that would have permitted it to satisfy its obligations under the Secured Notes.
As a result of the foreclosure, the Company has ceased its business operations and terminated the employment of substantially all of its employees, including senior management.
The Board of Directors intends to explore options for the Company to acquire a new operating business. However, there can be no assurance that the Company will be successful in acquiring a new operating business or, if successful, that the terms of any such acquisition would provide existing stockholders with a significant participation in the continuing business.
If the Company is unable to identify and acquire a new operating business, the Board may recommend that the Company wind up its remaining business affairs, complete the liquidation of its remaining assets (if any), which may or may not be sufficient to adequately provide for the payment of its known obligations and liabilities, and dissolve the Company under Delaware law. We do not anticipate that our stockholders would receive any distribution in any such liquidation and dissolution.
Sincerely,
Keith Moore

Then what happened to the shares? I'm sure the Chairman of the Board and the CEO are loving this deal. Screw the little guy.
It doesn't take that long for mail to get from Plano TX to Plano TX. I have been a shareholder for a year and a half now. I live in Plano TX.

Hi Mark, the assets of the company were foreclosed upon by the creditors of the company. There was no purchase of the company's shares by Teolgis.
I just checked the shareholder of record list and you are not listed. Your shares are not held (per record) in your name.
Sincerely,
Keith Moore

Is it possible that they are held in Scottrade's name on my behalf?

I finally found it. $35k for the whole thing. Doesn't leave a lot for us.
How do you find them on this site?
One more time.
Creditors foreclosed on the assets of RMTD leaving us with an empty shell. The creditors then sold the assets to Telogis making the former assets of RMTD their own. No matter how much Telogis makes off this technology, we get nothing. We are all shareholders in an empty shell company with billions of shares. Telogis could easily go public with their own IPO. No need to use the worthless shell formally known as RMTD. Face it people. We have nothing, period.
Can someone splain what that "average" 1,000,000 share trade at the bell means? Not the implication of it. What it means when it shows "Average" in the Level II chart.
Thanks
I hope we do hear soon, one way (good) and not the other (bad).
Interesting e-mail from Becky our new CEO.
And crackers please.
Here comes another dead week. Sucks if you ask me. I know, nobody did.
Interesting trade after the market closed. 700k shares. Hmmmm....
What a lousy day. I hope some news comes out before any tax selling starts happening.
305k @ .0055. Looks like we need C"PR" to survive this.
What makes anyone here think anything at all will ever come of this pig?
I know these stupid little trades are just that, stupid. I'm curious to what the motivation might be for someone to actually make one of them. All opinions encouraged. Thanks
There's no doubt it doesn't matter unless you sell. No, I didn't buy on margin. It's just the psychological affect of seeing your account get hit so hard. That's all. It's like if you bought FB at the IPO price and then saw where it went. If you didn't sell, you are going great right now.
Hopefully we will finally hear something that will make us all forget these dips.
I know that it's not a huge trade. I guess it's just the effect it has on my account that bothers me. Though I have over a mil shares, I know I'm just a little fish here. I know you guys with the very large holdings see an even bigger dip in the value of your holdings than I. It's just frustrating.
I'm venting!!!
These people that sell so damn cheap piss me off!!!!
Looks like this pump has no traction. LOL At least they are trying.
It is too good to be true. In fact it isn't. The Landstar you are referring to is LSTR, a trucking company. This isn't the first time their news came under LDSR. I don't even know if this news is related to LSTR either. Lone Mountain Trucking is not a publicly traded company either. Oh well.
Could you please explain why GG wouldn't be involved in these phases as well as how you know for sure that GLEC is even up to these phases.
private placement
Web definitions
Private placement is a funding round of securities which are sold not through a public offering, but rather through a private offering, mostly to a small number of chosen investors. "Private placement" usually refers to non-public offering of shares in a public company. ...

Yeah, you can see that by the extreme volume that flows thru here. (sarcasm)
About 350k shares in past year. WOW!!!!!!
Yeah but no buyers at that price.
My question is, why the movement here. I haven't seen anything new announced about this company. What about the power plant at the flooring company? Does anyone know anything here?
I wouldn't mind getting 2.00/share for my shares.
My bookie was tired of waiting for me to pay him so he took me up on a deal to sell him my shares cheap in hopes he can make much more when he sells. I think getting them in the .0053 range is a good deal for him. We will see if he ends up sending his goons after me.
Go GLEC!!!
Looks like the hype has dried up yet again.
Face it, they screwed the shareholders. The debt holders, which included the Chairman of the Board at the time, foreclosed on the assets of the company thus making RMTD an empty shell. That is what we now all own. That is it, period.
Nice F'd up start to the week. We need some positive news.
This pig is so dead. Last I was told by Billy was that he was putting together a PP and actually tried to get more money from me. Even though the stock we all have now was basically worthless. I'm glad I didn't take the bait. Not sure what he is doing now but I'm sure it's not in our best interest.
