That's what I thought, you don't seem very convinced that good ole empire is worth buying at .059. I agree.
There you go OBA, go get em.
Well, in about a minute, I am going to put some more of that "paper" on sale at a price that if you believe what you say about this company, you will jump all over them. Get you level 2 out and watch.
Yeah, if that does happen, imo it will, I may buy back all of those shares,(600K plus), that I unloaded at the .06 to .07 range.
LOL, what do you think will happen to the share price if the company announces that filming of Havanna Heat will be delayed? I'll give you three guesses and the first two don't count.
wishing you a happy festivus.
That's funny, you said buyers and sellers were about even today.LOL, don't you know that for EVERY BUY, there is a sell. If on a certain day there were say a volume of 100k shares, that would mean that all total, 100k shares were sold and those SAME 100k shares found buyers. The way I see it, buys and sells are EQUAL everyday. ROTFLMFAO!!
dead stock walking, way to go empire.
Pleas note that in that post where I did speculate a return to the .02 area, there was no time limit placed on that event. It looks like it could happen any day now. Again, you don't care to take on the argument in a constructive way, but rather attack me. Your investment, your choice.
Well I sort of figured that you would be the one to responed to my post. Let me say this, you obviously have no favorable information from IR or anyone else on the subject of a replacement for snipes, if you did you would post it here, just as I would if I had that information. So I am saying BS to your response. And if you think that my shares will be sucked up, go for it, they are still there and untouched as I type.
Really? Seriously? Hard to believe that the management would STILL be silent on a replacement for their leading man. That could only mean one thing, they were totally unprepared for this developement. How sad that I thought that this film company would be successful. Well for any who disagree, the rest of my shares are going on sale, have at 'em.
Well then, since I am already up 100% in this stock, I guess I will go ahead and sell.
Haven't you heard the news, our big star is going to jail. As far as how the stock can drop, it's all about what one is willing to pay as opposed to what one is offering. Any BS that you hear from the self appointed experts who claim nite or others are "controlling" the price is stupidity. When the bosses at empire get their act together, maybe the price will move up. If however they don't act soon you will have a buying opportunity back in the .02 range IMO.
got my million shares, just waiting for some good news.
WOW, about $3000 dollars invested in efgu today. CASE CLOSED!
Yes, I own shares in efgu, lots of them too. That's why I am ticked off at the silence from the company on the snipes issue. And don't start with that bul s--t about calling IR. That gets the stock price nowhere. But a good PR showing that all is going according to plan WOULD defineitely help the confidence of any potential new investors. The last thing any of us as shareholders need are excuses from IR. This company has unrealized potential, but as anyone should know, unrealized potential is the same as NO potential.
Funny how your chart posting actually proves MY point, look at the volume then, and now, and the kind of volume that would be necessary to create even a .20 cent increase in pps. You did the exact same thing that you said I did, pulled a very narrow time frame, but the overall look tells the truth.
The first week or two of april 08, stock hit above $2.00 briefly, weekly dollar figure was $130k not million, $130 THOUSAND dollars worth of trades for the ENTIRE week. Get your facts straight if you want to be credible.
Yes, it did trade once well above $2.00. However, did you notice the volume when it was trading in that range? Very low, very low compared to volume even now. I know why that is, do you? For this to move to $2.00 range, you would need 100's of millions of shares on a DAILY basis. I don't see it.
His appeals are exhausted, he must report dec. 9 to begin his sentence.

Seems that some posters here think that I should be patient and not grumble about not hearing from Empire's management on the snipes issue. That of course is acceptable criticism. However, it is my opinion that given the legal entanglements carried by snipes, Empire would have, or at least I think, should have had a back up plan that would activate immediately upon the event of snipes becomming unavailable, and would have had a Press release ready. To say that Empire's management is working on it just doesn't show that they anticipated this latest development. Now investors are most likely wondering if the movie will be delayed or worse, and that can only hurt the stock price. Most good CEOs will make every effort to help support their companys stock price with up front, even pre-emptive press releases on important issues. And I think the snipes prison issue is most important to this company. All of the foregoing is only my opinion, but I think it's valid.
Why don't you do IR a favor and post what their contingency plan is so they will not have to issue a PR.
It's my understanding that there is NO parole in fed. prison sentences. 3 years is what snipes seems to be looking at. And Empire has known for some time now that this could happen. Just think ahead a little and have contingency plans that can be activated AND publicized immediately, that's all I would expect from a well run company.
Stir up doubt? Tell me, doesn't this stir up doubt;

Surely Empire must have known snipes could LOSE his appeal. Why didn't they have a back-up signed already? Now, don't tell me this kind of thing happens all the time, NO IT DOESN'T. Now, will shooting of the movie be delayed? Who is the POTENTIAL new star? How will this effect the talent budget? All good questions the Public relations office will not go into. Like I said before, the management does not seem competent, and THAT STIRS DOUBT!
OK, so share with all here, what's their plan? Who are they talking with? Anyone showing interest in being their second choice?
I've been able to post 4 times since the news came out on snipes, tell me why the management at Empire isn't as competent? It would be easier to put a PR out than answer phonecalls from shareholders all day.
JFC, IF<<<<<<<<<<<<IF they have another actor lined up WHY THE F HAVEN'T THEY PUT OUT A PR STATING SUCH??????? Come on invest, tell us since you are IN THE KNOW.
OK, so now we know. Oh Empire, who do you have lined up waiting in the wings to replace snipes? What? you haven't thought that far ahead? SERIOUSLY????
Fed. judge says, off to prison NEXT WEEK ! Prison in pennsylvania.
Fox news has something on snipes now.
It's not me, I will not sell at this level, but I will sell some at the high 7's., but only some, I will keep most for the double digits.
bounce back rally today? Hope so.
As the employer of snipes, Empire would be expected to at least get on with a contingency plan, and give a press release to such effect. It's called supporting the confidence of your stockholders. IMO.
Exactly my point, Empire is the one who should attempt to clarify the snipes issue. Read my post again, as it's obvious that you missed much of the point.
until Empire can shed some light on the snipes issue, this stock will remain dead in the water. Their silence is not good, even a press release just to acknowledge that they are looking at the matter would help, IMO.
my sell order is at .077, don't you see it?
there you go again, accusing me of "wacking" the bid. Look, when I put shares up for sale at the ask, and that's all I have ever done, that's not "wacking" the bid. And btw, I still own many thousands of these shares, not selling out.
what makes you think that 50K was all I had, I have many, many more than that. Some are still on the market at the current ask, if you think they are a bargan, go for it.
so your saying that the .07s are too much for you to pay?
how is putting shares up for sale at the ask wacking the bid?
