Very good day - and not on much volume.
Apologies drugtester - my error - I stand corrected. I wrote the info I was preparing for another stock - ESPH - which is doing everything I mentioned...moved between boards too quickly.
...and you are right again - a PR is sorely needed as we dwindle down to the triple 0's. I have my doubts about this company - they have done nothing to give us confidence that they are in fact looking to raise money. That last PR said it all - they all but told us they were kissing the opportunity good bye.
The question is, where do we go from here...I'm in so high it would be a total washout, no choice but to hold here and see if they get the funding needed.
BLTY
EVXA is in action, have submitted their proposals, brought some of their equipment down to the area affected and are committed to taking advantage of this opportunity...
.....but look who they are dealing with - BP - who moves as slow as the leak repair even in the face of mounting fines on every gallon leaked into the sea. Having handled contracts myself, these things move slowly. We have all got to have Patience here.
OC - I haven't received any as yet - I believe FINRA is holding up the release of these shares - they have filed with FINRA for the distribution.
Agree wsh...the INBG factor here has kept a lid on this one - lot of those guys on that board would or could be on this one and maybe are playing both - we will have our day!!!
Of the ones mentioned -
EVXA is "looking" for financing
MOPN has been designated by both BP and US Coast Guard as 'resource' for the recovery, but no mention of any potential at the table discussions on contracts.
BUGS is legit and has potential to be involved in the BP fiasco, great green technology as well.
ACLH - SEC halted trading for alledged misrepresentation through PRs
BP and the US are taking waaay too long in getting multiple companies out there and involved in the clean up. IMO these all have something to contribute...were waiting and EVXA has as good a chance as any - hopefully this won;t come down to right place at the wrong time.
Good find - very interesting article - the stars are indeed aligned. Thanks for the link.
Billyg - please repost the link - not working
Click the top stickie by Speckulater & open the iBox - there is nothing for you to do but read all the DD that others have done.
I've been in this for a month now - these are very though provoking words of yours and mean something to me. Words of wisdom speak deep - thanks for sharing. Gives me and all of us a very different perspective and pause for thought.
Open the iBox - all there with pics - you don;t even need to do DD
I was referencing the possibility of the reverse merger when it works, and I thought this was when I bought it - it turned out to be a restructuring. I don't pump - and I do not own any shares of the stock I referenced - I do own 8M of DLAD.

Leucro - Four more years!!! - well said...you have always been the voice of reason and its good to hear it from you again.
Time to get this board focused again - why would anyone who visits this board want to buy in given the negativity that came forward in the last few days.
GLTA
Thanks BK - I don't have L2 - nice day
Sale of 1.75 M shares @ 6
Lots of RM plays right now paying off big time - maybe today's INBG effect and a few others.
Popped to .0006 on one sale of 1,750,00 - don;t have L2 - was this only one sale or? Nice pop for us...maybe someone knows something? Hmmmmmmmmm
Opening on an uptick today - nice to see premarket up .0052
rs99 - good perspective.
What does this mean for APVCZ? It would appear that this is good news that should translate into more sales - will it help us reach the target numbers for the $6.00 mark by December 2010? Comments?
What's bottom line this warrant?
ESPH actually worked with BP as recently as 4 months ago
...from the 10Q
In January and February 2010 we performed a successful paid pilot program for British Petroleum treating produced water in Wyoming.
So they actually have relationships within BP that they can work with in creating another deal. Good news
Nada - if it is from Yahoo - don't believe a word.
Close at HOD .14 - sign of good things to come - brilliant for a close on a 3 day weekend.
HOD .13 going into weekend. I like the strong uptrend HOD going into weekend here - at .13 with 8 minutes to close for 3 day weekend -
Excellent charting and comments. When do you predict the squeeze to come into play.
Speaking for myself, and many others on this board, you have already distinguished yourself by contributing your charting experience. Please do stay on, this board need constructive and factual data to ground it. Please consider.
Trust the charts - holding long on this one. Thanks for your work.
Gap had to be filled - ran too fast yesterday - which we liked - should move up from here.
Memorial Day weekend special price - get em while you can!! lol
Dropping on no or little volume - daytraders cashing in - MMs adding.
Ogclip contributed excellent osbervations and called for accountability and DD amongst the best I've seen on the boards. There is much more to this story. We as fellow shareholders should demand a reversal to this decision.

Man Says $5 Million Machine Can Clean Oil Spill
Inventor Of Ozonator Separates Oil From Water
WPBF-TV
updated 2:16 p.m. ET, Wed., May 26, 2010
STUART, Fla. - WPBF.com
Dennis McGuire said he doesn't think his $5 million machine can clean up the oil spill in the Gulf. He knows it can.
"I know our technology can help," McGuire said. "That's what we do and that's what it's built for."
McGuire is the inventor of the Ozonator, a machine that takes millions of tiny bubbles and uses them to separate oil from water -- completely chemical free.
"If you've got really nasty water coming out of a gas well or an oil well, that's when we get excited," McGuire said.
The machine is new, but McGuire's company has been using his patented invention for years.
WPBF 25 News documented Ecosphere Technologies' help in cleaning up contaminated water in Wakefield, Miss., following Hurricane Katrina.
McGuire said what makes his technology so useful is that the entire machine can be either taken out to the source of the gushing oil and vacuum it up at the source, or it can be used on land.
Either way, it can take 250,000 gallons of oil-laden water a day, separate it from the oil, clean the remaining water onboard and then send it back into the Gulf.
The remaining oil is captured and given back to the oil company.
A major Gulf cleanup company is flying its executives to Stuart this week to negotiate on using the Ozonator.
"It's ready to go and we are getting these two pieces of equipment ready to deploy to the Gulf," McGuire said.
