His words do matter like “no one can stop us” regarding SequestOx FDA submission from many years ago. Don’t read into his words too much because Nasrat doesn’t either.
If anything happens to Adderall before Elite diversifiés they would need to tap LPC. Hopefully don’t have to.
I’d expect same. It has unfortunately blown through floor of each LPC agreement. Hoping this is the last.
0.033 bid. Management has spoken. Da da daaaaa
I’m really hoping next year’s ANDAs are as successful as Tripramine one day, which is pretty close to what Adderall ER is doing in a 1.3B market. Sad.
Except Elite investors would love to only have a 0.5% down day for a change….
FYI - these are basic finance acronyms to read any set of financials. None of these should have been any surprise to anyone on this board.
I was doing the same. The original poster has the doctorate that he waves like underwear on a flagpole.
Not the first time he has confused revenue with profitability. This would only be true if all the expenses (COGS, R&D, G&A, etc) could be swallowed perfectly by the acquirer. G&A & R&D could happen with maybe some savings on the COGS side as well, but no company assumes a zero cost structure during an M&A transaction.
This was not the only ridiculous comment made, but will leave it at that for now.
The doctorate seems to ignore basic financial and economic principles in LaLa land.
I think that’s antibiotic with Sungen that they can’t come to an agreement on terms with since they went different ways.
This is really for international manufacturers. Elite has no presence or experience internationally. Can be added to wishful thinking list.
Doesn’t count the following 42M that is cumulative and coming:
During the six months ended September 30, 2021, the Company accrued salaries totaling $387,500 owed to the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer and certain other employees which will be paid via the issuance of 7,544,112 shares of Common Stock.
As of September 30, 2021, the Company owed its President and Chief Executive Officer and certain other employees’ salaries totaling $3,350,000 which will be paid via the issuance of 42,410,700 shares of Common Stock.
I’ll bite. Op profit 0.1M better than PY. 15.7% increase in rev over same period. This means margins got hammered. What do forward looking investors hate almost more than uncertainty? Margin deterioration.
Still tiny movement on ER. This is hugely disappointing. Hopefully CEO adds more color here.
Great to see. Haven’t dove in yet.
Not. Gonna. Happen.
ET can fix dead flowers. Nasrat is no ET. Just saying
If bullish sentiment was always red ELTP would be the hottest stock of all!! Smokin hot!
Just an excuse for poor execution of the vision he has laid out for the company over the years. If he was actually able to deliver on it the revenue, profitability and stock price would tell a much different story. Since reality has take a left turn from that vision, mgmt continually says nothing at conference calls to avoid any sense of accountability.
CEO is paid 50% of base in shares, but that’s a technicality.
Anticipation peaks each time before mouths open during conference calls. The cycle continues….
Nothing special about a pr stating the upcoming cc, but it is the only news we do get.
PR for cc will be before end of week. Financials are due to SEC on 15th. Conference call, as usual, will probably be scheduled on morning of 16th.
Wait and see? Been 8+ years and SequestOx isn’t being pursued as mentioned by the CEO. Not sure why anyone would state otherwise.
“Hoping that they know…” killer strategy
Don’t forget there is no Epic effect. They were a sales distributor partner years ago and did nothing.
I don’t recall Elite ever having a CSO.
I’ll recheck orange book. Can Elite do capsules along with tablets? Can’t remember if they have the mfg/tech to do so.
I saw that too this morning, but didn’t read into it since they released adjusted basis, non-GAAP only, and nothing on top line.
Lannett releases tomorrow after hours.
We’ll, they did sell off their entire opioid line that was FDA approved. How would Elite benefit?
Who says 8 years of a nothing burger signifies a long time?
Nasrat has denied such a pathway, but history is only a guide, not a fortune teller. The lack of strategic execution and communication consistently sink this stock. They are the only things consistent year after year.
Retail holders continue to bail
Selling
Someone got a hold of the Adderall ER that isn’t selling well. ??????
Success is always a few years out. Blame deflection at its finest.
That’s not new though. We have fallen through the price floor with every LPC agreement.
It’s the same old rabbit named “Next Year” that’s been popping out each conference call.
Quick daytrade on LCI today gained me more than Elite’s aggregated shareholder return over past 8 years.
That is probably the most stupid thing one could post and what it insinuates.
