PFEH is the next sub penny to run big time.
PFEH they are not filling my order on the ask, this is frustrating.
I agree HTDS has not even begun, wait till earnings are released tom or friday. IMO that's when this will really run, we've seen a couple stocks move up 500% today. Could we be the next in line to fly.

When is the next time this company can do a reverse split. I'm looking to buy in here but I don't want to get in if their is any chance that their could be a rs here.
HTDS is going to go much higher imo. Earnings and trial results are still comming.
HTDS News is huge. The mms brought it down so they could steal some shares right before the news came out.
HTDS mms are trying their hardest to get more shares. This might be a huge gainer.
HTDS get in while you still can earnings comming by Friday. Also trial news will hit any day now. This one might be huge imo.

This will gap hard tom imo
I agree this company is solid. I hope we see the same kind of run as biel did when they went from this level to eight cents.
These boards have been down all day so a lot of people are still unaware of the big news. We could see pennies tom IMO
What's the os and as here? Thanks

The net loss exceding 38,000,000 through inception of June 30, 2009 on page 10 is what really has me worried.
To be honest the financials were not something that I was happy to read about. I was very long on this company but after seeing that I might sell tom. I kind of wish they didn't release that cause now it's got me a little scared about my investment. I'm hoping that doesn't get released in a press release form. Well see what happens tom though.
AMNE might be the next 10 bagger, get on while you can for cheap.
AMNE might be ready to fly. Govt contract hopefully comming soon.
Trust me I understand and I feel for everyone here who has not received their shares yet. I truly believe the only reason they told you or anyone else 2 weeks is because they want you not to bother them about it. The shares were given to your broker today and then it will take 3 days for them to settle so imo you will receive them sooner than you think. Hopefully the company continues to do what they have been doing so we can finally get this amne train rolling.
Everyone who bought before eod Tuesday will get their shares. I guarentee that you will get your shares most likely by Monday or Tuesday and the stock price might be much higher by then so it might not all be bad. I can't believe some of the comments and questions on this board especially after managment did such a great thing for their shareholders. Yea that might have been unorganized but it was there first fs so we have to give them the benefit of the doubt. I hope they give us some news about a government contract sometime soon which IMO will eventually happen.
Amne could gap big tom with news. Govt cotract could be comming soon.
Please give a link here about reverse split otherwise you are spreading rumors that are untrue. I the the Nevada site and found nothing.
Here is the link, I added more today.

Why does your stock split calendar not list the record date?
You will not find a record date on our stock split calendar because the record date is meaningless. Here's a definition of "record date": The record date is a date, set by the issuing company, on which an individual must own shares to be eligible to receive a declared dividend or capital gains distribution. With regard to stock splits, the record date is used for accounting purposes only and has no significance to individual investors. Your shares will split as long as you bought them before the ex-date (also known as ex-dividend date).
Again, the record date is meaningless. Don't concern yourself with the terminology. It's simply an "accounting thing" with the company. The split will take care of itself. There is nothing to ever worry about. In its very simplest form, assume a stock is trading around $100 and is to split 2-1. If you pay $100 for the stock AND you still hold it when it actually splits, (ie, when it starts trading at about $50 --assuming it hasn't fallen in price dramatically), then you can be assured that you will receive the "extra" shares. However, if you pay $50 for the stock, then you know that the shares have already split.
So, why even state a "shareholder of record" date?
The "shareholder of record" date goes back to the time when most shares were held individually as paper certificates. On the record date, the company would actually send a certificate to the shareholder for the additional number of shares created by the split. Today, most of us hold shares in a brokerage account. The broker, then, is the owner of record. The additional split shares are distributed to our broker, who will transfer them to our account. The paperwork involved for shares bought or sold between the date of record and the payable date is usually handled between the company or its transfer agent and the broker.

No problem finally people can quit giving wrong information out but I need to add some more before too many people read it lol. Hopefully we can get some momentum back in here and I hope nobody else asks that question today. I also brought that up to Terry Mixon so I'm hoping they address that today but I doubt they will. Good luck to all of us here and have a good day.
Terry Mixon has been alerted to the mistake of Fridays press release pertaining to the record holder date which is not valid in a stock split and only needed when a cash dividend is going to be payed out. I'm hoping they release something about it today so all the confusion can be restored and we can look towards building a great green company wt a green stock price.
Trust me I was schocked when I had seen the Friday press release cause I knew what they had written was wrong. Then I was even more shocked to see how many people on here were trying convince everyone that they needed to stay away yesterday and today cause they wouldn't get the split. In my head I thought well I can load the boat big time today if I was quite and just went along with what everyone was saying but I ofcourse couldn't do that and feel right about it so hopefully I've helped educate some people here. Whether it's up or down today I will be adding more. I also truly believe this was a honest mistake by the company and will try to contact them right now to alert them to this. Hopefully they release a statement today regarding this cause IMO that would really help the stock price for the rest of the week but I'm hoping they wait till after I add some shares lol.
Yea what made it so confusing is that amne managment for some reason felt they were giving a dividend when in reality all they were doing was a forward split. I wish they would have just put the ex date on the press release cause that's the only one that matters in a forward stock split. Well they cost us a lot of shareholder value but IMO they will make it back up to us in the future. Good luck with your investment and hopefully we will be celebrating soon.
It is not a cash divedend so record date means nothing here. It is a stock split so all that matters is the ex date. It is not your fault or anyone elses for not knowing this. IMO this is 100% the companies fault for the confusing press releases that were released, I am hoping the company pr something tom in the am or early in trading to help confused investors or future investors and to help their stock price too.
Please read post 61307 and all these false assumptions will be put to rest. I'm gonna be adding as much as I can afford tom so I like you hope it goes down but I am definitly not going to misinform investors or future investors so I can benefit. I will buy tom whether the stock price is up or down but I would not feel right buying from someone who bought on Monday thinking they would not be part of the fs when in reality they are. All though it would be nice to get cheaper shares scaring investors into thinking they would not be part of the split but I would rather keep my integrity and karma so in the future I can celebrate with peach and other longs here on the green train Amne will hopefully build for us.

I called 3 different brokers and asked about this and I was told by all 3 the same exact thing. That was if I bought today or tom I would still receive the 5 for 1 split. They also stated that the only difference between buying on Friday and today or tom was that I would not recieve my shares till Friday or Monday instead of Wednesday. Just stop for a second and think what you are saying, your telling me I can sell my shares tom and then on wednesday receive additional shares. That is not just incorrect that is criminal if it were true but ofcourse we both know that is not possible. The company messed up big time in the way they pr this. IMO if this was pr correctly than we would easily have reached 2 cents. Hopefully they learn from this and the next time they do a fs they get the dates correct so we don't lose this much shareholder value.
Bentley so your trying to convince me that if I sell my shares today I will recieve 4 free trading shares on wednesday. Hahaha that is very funny but not true if you sell today you won't receive any additional shares and they will go to whomever buys today and tom
I did my dd on forward splits and I called the brokers to confirm. If you sell your stock before the ex-dividend date, you also are selling away your right to the stock dividend. This means if you sell before august 5th you will not recieve any additional shares.
from http://www.sec.gov/answers/dividen.htm
I just spoke wt scottrade and they said that if I were to sell today that I would not receive the shares and that it would be sent to whomever buys the shares from me today. I don't know why the company confused everyone for. Otherwise we would have continued our momentum for the next three days if they pr this correctly.
The company really needs to release something here cause this is getting ugly for no reason.
IMO a company would only do this if they knew they could get the price right back to where it was presplit and to gain momentum which we have now. Plus there are a lot of people that are long here and I'm praying they get some kind of grant from the government. Govt have really been leaning towards helping green businesses. IMO that would sky rocket the stock price so i'm gonna have my seat on the Amne train next to pizza and peach haha. Good luck with your next investment.
