That's correct, $34,700 per ton. Since July
2016, the price has increased $9,200. They were waiting on price increase, I have to think that they must be getting close to starting production. GLTY and all.

IMO, if anyone is thinking about buying into
this company, now would be that time. The price per ton for cobalt took a big leap today on the LME. ECSIF will continue to advance also.

That is the case with Newgen Concepts.
Shalom Ohayon is the inventor of Simple Cork. He is part of the management team. If you look his name up on the U.S. Patent Office website, you will find that he has several patents on various things, some quite intriguing.

I don't see it as a
bad thing. If they retain that website, they can use it for Easy Grinder or one of the other products. The hoverboards were popular a year ago but the fad has worn off. VPOR is doing the right thing by moving to new products, especially MJ related.

Wondering why the place of business address filed with the Fl Sec of State for Smart Wheels,
is still the old Davie, FL location. I thought VPOR moved out of there.

If you look at the Whizboard site and the Tel. no. at the top, 305-705-3917, it connects to an individual at an apartment in Miami. Yaniv needs to correct this with the Fl Sec of State. These guys are getting sloppy with their paperwork on all of these companies.

As of yesterday, 10/24/2016,Vapor Group
is no longer listed with the FL sec of state. The new name, NewGen Concepts shows the merger with some new names added and one name removed. Looks like Yaniv Nahon might be the new CEO.
Vapor 123, Total Vapor and VGR Media are still active.

I was unable to find a patent
number for any of the info you stated. If you can come up with a patent number for the company, NewGen Concepts or the name, Simple Cork, Please post it. It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, VPOR

I think Dror and crew need to do a little
more explaining about the merger. Their August 26th PR stated that
the merging company (Newgen Concepts)HOLDS PATENT RIGHTS dating back to 2014. Since Newgen Concepts was founded this year (2016)how did they come about these patents?

A scan of the U.S. Patent office website shows no patents listed under Newgen Concepts,VPOR or under Simple Cork. They do not show a copyright for Simple Cork either.

In VPOR's PR dated Oct 19, 2016, it states "The first new U.S. and international PATENT PENDING product of NewGen Concepts Inc. is "Simple Cork tm...etc.

So do they have patents as they stated or are they pending, as they also stated? If there is a patent for Simple Cork, then VPOR should be able to provide a U.S. Patent number.

I think it's time for the bullshit to stop and for us to get some straight answers from VPOR management. IMHO

Dror is starting to lose some
credibility by not getting those IRS tax liens cleaned up. No way to start a new enterprise with this hanging over their heads. VPOR

If it's the guy I'm speculating about, he
has lots of wine cork/closure experience plus owning the patents.

It's possible that the new CEO
would be the CEO of the company merging. The guy that owns the patents.
