more explaining about the merger. Their August 26th PR stated that
the merging company (Newgen Concepts)HOLDS PATENT RIGHTS dating back to 2014. Since Newgen Concepts was founded this year (2016)how did they come about these patents?
A scan of the U.S. Patent office website shows no patents listed under Newgen Concepts,VPOR or under Simple Cork. They do not show a copyright for Simple Cork either.
In VPOR's PR dated Oct 19, 2016, it states "The first new U.S. and international PATENT PENDING product of NewGen Concepts Inc. is "Simple Cork tm...etc.
So do they have patents as they stated or are they pending, as they also stated? If there is a patent for Simple Cork, then VPOR should be able to provide a U.S. Patent number.
I think it's time for the bullshit to stop and for us to get some straight answers from VPOR management. IMHO
