stockanalyze, hadn't you been too confident that XIDEQ would survive after reading its documents.
Fannie Mae head quarters are in D.C now. Does the Virginia and Delaware laws applicable in D.C ?
All hype. Hype at its best here.
Thanks for the information.
Don't assume. I thought the same when it was trading at $2.10, it wouldn't go down $2. But now see where we are at. $1.47 unbelievable. Very bad now.
Falling like a rock.
Why it's going down every day ?
I got a picture of your post in my iPhone. So does it make any good for FnF.
Thanks stockman.
Thanks.
Thanks big-yank. Looking to own some preferds down the line.
If this is the thing then what are the chances for the plaintiffs to win. As per this only the commons are at risk? Or both commons and preferds are at risk?
He said some thing more, about commons, in the meeting which I didn't get it. Can you please post here. Thanks.
He mentioned about preferred and commons in the meeting. Can any one please post what he said. Thanks.
I don't want sell commons but want add some pfds.
Thanks big-yank for posting your perception. Please keep posting. I am long in commons and now thinking to add some pfds also based on the availability of some powder, in the next 6 months. Thanks.
I don't want to loose an opportunity if this rises like a Phoenix bird. That's why I am long.
Stockanalyze we may be better take the big yanks perspective into consideration. Because we all three are in XIDEQ and he is very correct in predicting the XIDEQ's outcome where as you and me are long in it and lost. I am not saying his predictions will be correct in FNMA also, but may be they may, as we never know. So I am assuming I write off my FNMA investment. Comments please from expert boarders.
1157.9 percent times to the current price of $2.25 is $26.
Please keep posting your predictions. Thanks.
We never know. An analysis may not work like in XIDEQ. So please the analysis may not be helpful. Thanks.
Jaren, yesterday night FNMA ask price was 6,500. Yes it's $6.5 grand. I saw it after reading the Bostonsesco's post and taken the photo. Hope it would reach at least 2% of that price.
I saw it after reading your post. Also taken a picture of it. Yea it's really $6.5 grand!!!

Does everyone remember what the psychic said?
Unexpected good news in September, downturn or setback in October, and fantastic news in November.
So we are still right on track according to one source :)

Judges can be just as bought off as politicians and reporters. No sure thing even though the evidence is as incriminating as it can possibly get. Half the people lie and the other half don’t tell the truth.

And now Stegman comes out to deny the release.
What is going on?
Too many people denying a short report that says nothing new.
Or does it?
Be careful Mr Stegman the market reads backwards and upside down as well

I am copying here a comment that someone posted in Seeking Alpha:
Nothing becomes true until it is officially denied.
Paulson denied problems in the GSEs (while he was recommending peers to short) and later on placed them in Conservatorship.
Bernanke denied problems with subprime loans and a few months later the
subprime crisis took place.
Now Corker is denying the release of Fannie and Freddie from Conservatorship.
To me that is the confirmation of the release and settlement with shareholders.

Looks like you are a naive here questioning his credibility now.
For sure, he has much much credibility than you and me as far as Fannie and Freddie concerned. Thanks.
It's good to see your post after a longtime Obi. Thanks.
Now it's only with the attorneys involved in the cases. The next step will be to share with the public. Also the current order of sharing information may be a huge help for the plaintiffs. Just IMHO.
Whole market is down.
Today's volume is above 5.5 million already. Didn't see this much of volume these days. 10 day average volume is 1.6 million. 90 day average volume is 3.4 million. Something is cooking up. But don't know what's it.
You mean to say that he bought a lotto ticket ??
