Exactly - which is why I am pessimistic. If everything was going to be as rosy as some think, there's just no way it would be trading at current levels ...
What sort of 'opportunity' do you have in mind?
If there is a chance of a rise here, why would they keep selling at 0.0001?
Dilution kills. The stock will have to go down to less than 0.50 in order to reach its former market cap. I expect that to happen in the next few weeks or months.
It's not about the split, it's about the dilution and market cap. I expect purchases at the price you mention are more about speculation rather than genuine 'investment'.
Sorry, but in my experience that sort of dilution simply kills the PPS. If it ended up settling as high as 0.50 I would be surprised; it could certainly go as low as 0.10 or 0.20. But before going that low; who knows - I would sell any rise however.
It might be a buy around the 0.50 level. I expect it to get there within a few weeks.
Depends what sort of dilution accompanies it.
Basically game over. I would expect sub 1.00 within the next few weeks.
Not sure I see much significance in that.
If there are too many shorts, people interpret it as bullish (they have to cover!), but if there are too few shorts, apparently that's also bullish (they must be scared of something!) Seems that there's always a way to justify what you believe by these sorts of methods.
Market cap is almost 100 million.

With a market cap of almost 100 million, this still has a *long* way to fall.
Right. It's a fairly simple point, and one that potential investors need to keep in mind. Let's not keep our heads in the sand here. There may be possible rewards here, but there are obvious risks also - a pre-release is not a release, there are plenty of products that don't manage to make that leap. Our CEO here doesn't exactly have a great track record. So be careful.
OK, so you haven't seen it either - got it.
What I would like to have seen are boxes full of the actual product. Has anyone here ever seen the actual product? Does it exist? You can merely 'pre-order' it at this point.
Thanks. Any pictures of the actual product? Were you able to have a look at it?
This company isn't exactly APPL yet - poor comparison. We have very good reason to expect that APPL's products will materialize.
The distinction is not unimportant.
Right, 'pre-ordered'.
It's worth pointing out that on the website in question, you can't actually buy the product, you can only 'pre-order' it. Let's not pretend there are no red flags here.
It's on p. 1 of the very document you linked -
Total shares authorized: 15,000,000
You should look at total value traded, not total number of shares traded, especially in a scenario like this where PPS is plummeting. The total value traded is still only about $25,000, which is hardly 'monster', even for a penny stock.
Revenue has collapsed over the past year. If you're in this stock for the revenue, then you haven't done your DD at all.
This seems plausible to me. The question that remains is whether it's worth buying at that level.
In which direction will it fly, and what are your reasons for thinking so?
Just give it a few more days. It will get filled.
His Attorney General certainly doesn't.
They might sometimes be negative, but when I am negative, I try to support with data and facts.
How is any of that good news? He's the head of a bunch of shell companies, none of which do anything. On what planet is that a good thing?
No, it went down on revs by over 90%.
Just merely saying 'I believe revs will be 10x that next month' counts for nothing unless you can give some sort of reason.
I'm not short (shorting penny stocks like this would be the ultimate in stupidity), but just trying to look objectively at the data.
Mymonies, I am glad you are optimistic, but you haven't given a single reason for anything you have said. Mere cheerleading is worthless in my book.
Revenues *down* from over 7 million last year to less than half a million this year. All this while executive compensation soars. Clearly a total joke of a company. Unfortunately, there's not much discussion to be had here about such things - comments here tend to not go much beyond 'I feel in my bones that the PPS is going to go up 10x next month.' But data is data, my friends.
The medical mj market has existed for a while, and VPOR seems unable to have cashed in on it. I don't see how incremental progress in medical mj laws is going to significantly change this company's revenues going forward.
I'd wait until finding out who the next attorney general is going to be before getting too excited about pot stocks ... the people on the short-list are *not* pot friendly at all.
Agreed, but Trump has surrounded himself with people who are absolutely not mj-friendly (Christie, Guiliani, etc.) ... so we will see. My main point is simply that no-one knows.
The sell-off after the initial buzz is not hard to understand. Federal law trumps state law in matter of drug law enforcement, so it is all going to depend on the choices of the next administration. Will Trump be happy to let states make their own choice on these matters? Certainly many powerful Republicans won't be happy with that. The problem is, no one really has any idea what a Trump administration really looks like or stands for, so we're all just totally in the dark.
Why, what happens next week?
I think if the metal is only at the top of the cork, there's no problem. If the metal extends to the bottom then that would definitely be bad.
that's the best case scenario. Rubik's cubes and pet rocks are not the norm for these sort of inventions. We'll see, but let's be realistic.
I'm also a bit puzzled. If we are talking about low or mid-end wines that are generally not stored for a long time, the kind of screw tops already common in Australian and New Zealand wines seem perfectly acceptable. When it comes to high end wines, high end wineries are generally not willing to take risks with unproven products. So I'm also a bit unsure what problem this product solves or which market it addresses.
