Mining operation/deals require lots of $$$ and time to get started/done. Imo, HQ is wise by not putting substantial capital on the table. A lot of times mining operations are done through JV's. It benefits both parties and maximizes the return on ivestment. We don't want them put all our eggs in one basket. Hopefully this answers your concern.

Pinksheet trading is complicated and can be easily manipulated by market makers. As you see there are 5 mm @ ask, no one knows how many shares they want to sell. Some of them could very well be fake to discourage buyers so they can stock up before the stock moves.

MM's are well known to hide bids and asks to further complicate and manipulate trading to their advantage. I am posting below a link of some excellent educational boards, worth reading and especially the L2 educational board. Let me know if you need more help. Good luck with SMAS.

Just signed up for Alphatrade. Go to alphatrade.com and get a free 2 week trial. After that I believe it's around $50. I signed up for pinksheets only L2, so mine is $44 after the freee trial. Let me give you some advice if you are new to L2. Sign up for as many free trials as possible and checkout which is the best for yourself. Sometimes Etrade would do that by default. L2 is the most accurate/reliable info & L2 is showing no mm's on bid.

Unfortunately currently there is no bid & 4 @ ask. Etrade sometimes will show a bid just by default. Some news would help the bid.
