River... It appears to be our first bid whack of the day... Be patient my friend, our day is coming…
Anyone think this could be flippers?

Our HDSN seller is being funny with the ask it seems.
Who wants to take out .018?
I just took 50,000 at .015. The ASK has moved up. The rest of my order did not fill.
monica628.. I saw the uptick too... The sellers are playing games. I think the .015 support will hold.
This could be intresting (BID) ETMM .011 & ASK NITE .015.
RIVER...I have been busy at work today. I was able to see what is going on. I'm planning to enter an order to get 100,000 or so. I think .015 maybe the bottom, seams to be holding..

My4ntoy - open up your pockets bro! dig into these low prices and eat 'em up!
You've probably been buying all day today already though.
dfw5150.. Did we ever get confirmation from the TA or the company on the extra float shares?
RIVER...yes they are.
dfw5150.. Could you sticky note my post #4868?
riverandfold & dadx4.. You’re welcome, just trying to contribute to the TEAM effort.
aliangel.. I've done just that. Last year EEE trade above $1.00. Going back a little further in time (2006) it traded as high as $21.44 a share. I really see EXOU true potential. You gotta love that.

My4 all you have to do is look at the EEE and they have the similar business plan as this. It is idnetical and they are on the Dow with 180 million shares and no plant in site at .20 from .10 two weeks ago.
Take the time to compare the fillings there and there wedsites and you will see this is way ahead of them and far better funded with revs now.

spooky....Wait till the 10q is out, we will see movement then. I think in about 6-12 months, we'll see postive improvement on the PPS if not sooner. This has the REAL potential to be on the BIG boards.... IMO

EXOU has the potential to be on the big boards in the near future.
at .02 that is beyond absurd, unless you are expecting a R/S with that uplisting.
dfw5150.. No. Its only 6 pages, but has a few good bits of info (Comparative Valuation Ratios, Growth Rates (%) and Profitability Ratios (%), which shows they are out performing their industry for starters.
I will make an attempt to upload tonight, so that everyone can have a read.

I'll ask Chris at Trio to tell me what brand printer they use with FIRMS. I didn't even think of getting that info while onsite.
SMaturin.. small Infrared Handheld Printers already exist. see the link below. Grainger is pretty expensive, they can be purchased for a lot less money.

Mobile/handheld printers already exist. I am not sure if the cost and convenience make them better than a stationary wireless printer, but I would bet the industry will come up with something that fits this niche with a small handheld printer to create receipts at tableside.

They have been consistent for weeks now on the T trades and I ahve a felling it will show in the ten q why.
I am betting it is not a basher o buying them here. He may be working for someone to keep the price down but not enough sense to buy.
We will see when they have moved on in a year who has the last laugh.

Did you see this note posted by nltrader84 below, regarding the share counts?
Reply from John(IR)
Quote:
There is a descepancy between the TA and the company regarding the outstanding. The TA is including 30 million shares (restricted)issued to an escrow agent as collateral for the $100k note portrayed in the the 8K filing on 3/23. The TA is including those shares in the outstanding and the company is not. The company is working with counsel and their accounts to determine what the proper result is.
The company feels that since the shares are collateral, issued to an escrow agent and not a shareholder, and will be returned to the company when the loan is satisfied, they are not actually outstanding. Once the loan is satisfied, the shares revert back to the company and will be cancelled.
I will let you know the outcome as to how the company must handle it after their counsel has determined it.
John
riverandfold.. there have been several after hours trades over the past few days, not sure what to make of it. I do know, someone is buying LOTS of shares. I was able to pick up a few more shares...

wow...that was one hell of a T-Trade after the bell - 470k shares? almost 10k worth right there!
The spread is razor thin....NITE BID .0255 NITE ASK .0258.. ETMM still trying to get some cheapies...
Time to play a few little MM games....
ETMM dropped to .0205.
riverandfold.. any idea of how many shares are at .024 and .0255?

Share structure on Feel Golf Company.
http://ir.stockpr.com/feelwedges
Did anyone notice that the O/S has decreased by 25 million shares? Shares must be coming off restriction but it seems they are also retiring a large chunk of the O/S. The volume over the past few days has not been high enough for the float to increase by 6.5 million shares through dilution.
Share structure update:
Outstanding: 82,649,706 as of August 2, 2010
Float: 18,493,487 as of August 2, 2010
FEEL Share Structure 07-26-2010
O/S 108,922,549
Float 11,951,405
IMO / Do DD / GLTA
G.M everyone... Looks like we have more bid sitters... The spread is huge .02 BID (ETMM) - .026 ASK (NITE) . Remember to hold those shares TIGHT, because it will make you FEEL so good.
riverandfold.. I've already contacted a few folks. I guess great minds think alike...
BTW.... The shares that I bought yesterday were filled using both the ASK and BID... Most (10,000) were filled at the ASK .022, but a few (3,500) were filled at .02. Any idea what may have happened?
