I have been in FCCN since summer 2005, then I went to work for them as a consultant, now with the new owners I am not, but I do have 144 that I would like to start parting with. FCCN is a penny, that could become a winner, I hope. Have said that enough times! It really comes down to how much stock is going to AERO, the promoters, etc. Any financing will be of interest on how that is structured, but it seems if there was trouble, then the stock would not be doing this well. I still don't understand the restriction rumors I heard about some brokerages not allowing trades in FCCN. That was odd.

I just saw the Conversion website and no mention of Rufus. I could have sworn I saw him last summer at the airport with 2 oversized bags. He has to be in jail or out of the country!

Thanks for the message, but an 8-K is not a finacial. It is a change in the company,like officer, director, other announcements. But it is not part of a quarterly or yearly financial report. I hope that helps you.

Since FCCN is late, they need to finish their financials and my perception based on information just received is that catch up should be in maybe a few weeks. . there has been no business,it is just clean up and that should have been in the works when FCCN was being acquired; therefore, I think it will be sooner, but the PR will tell all.

With the impending merger/acquisition of AERO, aren't the financials going to have to be updated or finished prior to this happening? Never mind, I just got the answer from Andrew.

Yes it does. Free shares. But in the consulting business, there are plenty of deals that don't work. So this kind of makes up for those I got burned on. Go FCCN!

Yes, the restriction on 144 can be removed after 1 year. There are a few conditions that must be met, but it can be done. The current sell off is probably from a lot of people that got caught in the run to .07 in the later part of 2005. Other than that. Daytraders you know have been playing this big time. When the float traded the other day, it is easy to see that number when you consider the trades that were bought that day and then sold that day. That could account for 20+ million right there. I think it's great the price is maintaing where it is and it has also been way overbought. It needs to consolidate here and resume upward. JMO

Sorry Gapper 415, I used to be involved with FCCN in 2005 when the previous CEO, Ed Heisler was involved. I used to be in PR for the company, but since my stock is 144, I have paid little attention until now. Since it has starting to rise, I am removing the restriction so I can sell it. So basically, I have been out of the loop since the old guard left. So I hope you pardon my tempoarary ignorance and thanks for the answer.
