check out L2 after these orders at .1098 and .1099 next is over .15
I was reading about john mcafee's new company going from 50 cents to over $5 would be great to have been a owner of that. How sweet would it be if lexaria finally made a run like that. The float here is so low
today should be a million share volume day
AMAZING NEWS
It's a real company that's making progress. Volume will come IMO. Unlike most of these penny stocks they have kept the share count in check for awhile now. I have faith in Chris.
Lexaria is much further ahead than when the forward split took place. It's interesting how quiet this board has been. When this is back over .20 people are going to look back at these months under .12 kicking themselves for not adding more.
Break of 12 CENTS TOMORROW.
there was so much hype to buy in before the split but now with the stock 50% lower nobody seems to care.
In the grand scheme of things enrt and those 2 executives don't own that many shares. Nothing has changed here except so many that post here are extremely negative.
interesting someone had a bid of 100k at .10 and then took it away
has to be a buyer for every sale.
I don't think people realize how cheap this stock actually is when you look at the potential. Not many penny stocks have the amount of insider buying we had. Also the share structure is very favorable.
Amazon no longer allows sales of cbd products.
I'm not so sure we have to split revenues on licensing deals. Good question. Also we have right to increase stake from 51% to 75%.
they are going to get more and more licensing deals announced throughout the rest of 2016. Im curious as to why there is no interest in this stock
Got back into this today on the dip. Haven't owned this in a long time. Hopefully everyone's correct in thinking this is going much higher
wow very quiet around here. Guess I should be adding.
not sure why this bothers you. Until this gets real volume these moves are meaningless. If someone buys 100 shares at .109 it will be up big % wise but is it really.
sells no products? Guess you weren't impressed with the bars teas or the licensing deal announced
nice bid
sad that nobody is rushing to buy these shares at .13
gaping up this morning. I expect test of .20
Sector is rallying
Its disappointing we don't have support on the bid at .10-.13 of over 1 million shares. When the bid gets hit at .14 and next up is .10 thats terrible.
50k bid at .125 now we need more to come in and show size above that.
volume is picking up in the sector. Hopefully that comes to LXRP as well
I wish Bunka had another licensing agreement done to be announced today. Its crazy there isn't more buy interest on this
be nice to get volume over 500k today and get all these flippers out
yes i get that but most of these marijuana or penny stocks have nothing going on at all and they rise a few hundred percent. Supply and Demand. If we have the demand the constant shorting and or bid whacking for a few pennies would stop on peoples fears of a massive gain
all it would take is a few people buying 100K share positions and with the float so low this would have an amazing move. For example look at CBDS 40 cents to over $2 in a few days. Lexaria just doesn't have the eyeballs that these other stocks have in the sector
This is a great news event to spread the word about Lexaria to other friends, coworkers, etc.
Wouldn't be surprised if this is the first of many to be announced soon and explains why Bunka stopped aggressively buying because of knowing material information.
amazing how people just keep hitting the bid
I don't understand why you keep saying that. You could then make an argument that most of the so called marijuana stocks aren't in the marijuana business. Lexaria IS
What happens when canada allows edibles? You don't think Lexaria will make THC infused tea's coffee protein bars chocolate bars etc?
How about when USA reschedules Marijuana? If you don't think Lexaria could be bought out by a much bigger company then I guess im just wasting my time responding to you.
and your term of joint venture isn't true it would be a strict licensing agreement very different.
Don't forget if the MMPR license that they sold gets approved they get a cash award.
yes think about the edible marijuana market. One thing at a time. If they can make a few of these deals each one could be in the 6 figures and most of that is all profit.
If this company was valued at 250 million that would equate to a $5.50 stock.
$100m $2.22
$50M $1.11
Look at the valuations of other Marijuana stocks in the sector
HEMP $24M
TRTC $69M
PNPL $600M
MJNA $70M
MSRT $64M
PHOT $35M
Currently LXRP is $5.4M
you can make licensing deals without the patents. I'm sure if the do a deal there will be a clause that when they get the patents they receive more money.
March 8th Press Release
Having completed the first of several applicability tests with potential partners, Lexaria is now in discussions, some advanced and others preliminary, regarding licensing its technology for the purposes of enabling specialty food manufacturers to offer improved food consuming experiences. Although no final agreements have yet been reached, the increase in interested potential licensees in recent weeks is notable
MARKETS OPEN WHERE IS ALL THE BUYERS
this is the problem I think we have people just don't understand what this company is actually doing.
These licensing deals that I have posted about so many times
they could work with LICENSED PRODUCERS in legal states and use this technology with Marijuana edibles to make them taste much better.
Just think too when Canada allows edibles. But they can make deals in the legal Medical and REC MJ states in the USA.
CBDS just went from .30 to 2.45 and LXRP is much better positioned and I could name another 50 Marijuana stocks with much much much higher market caps vs lxrp
Not sure why some of these investors don't look into Lexaria.
this stock is so cheap on many levels. Once we get some licensing deals I think more eyes will come here for the long term
Dear Lexaria Subscribers,
Yesterday may have been one of the most important days of all time for people involved with cannabinoids. The largest company by far in the cannabinoid industry, GW Pharmaceuticals, announced positive Phase 3 study results of its investigational medicine that is a form of liquid cannabidiol (CBD).
The results were shocking to the outside world:
“...a significant reduction in convulsive seizures assessed over the entire treatment period. ‘These data demonstrate that [the medicine] delivers clinically important reductions in seizure frequency together with an acceptable safety and tolerability profile, providing the epilepsy community with the prospect of an appropriately standardized and tested pharmaceutical formulation of cannabidiol being made available by prescription in the future,’ said Orrin Devinsky, M.D., of New York University Langone Medical Center’s Comprehensive Epilepsy Center.”
The world welcomed this news with open arms, with the stock of GW Pharmaceuticals rocketing upward by 120% in a single day, adding about $1 billion dollars in value to the company. No other company has yet achieved a positive Phase 3 study for a cannabinoid molecule.
GW Pharmaceuticals' findings also lend credibility to the bioavailable CBD-fortified food marketplace where Lexaria operates, given the many wellness applications of CBD for everyday consumer diet needs outside of the acute disease conditions where pharmaceuticals are indicated.
Lexaria cautions that it does not know and cannot know if the cannabidiol within GW Pharmaceuticals’ medicine differs in any meaningful way from the cannabidiol within the full spectrum hemp oil used within Lexaria’s products. From researching publicly available information, it appears that their medicine is a concentrated form of CBD provided to their patients in a liquid format, certainly implying that absorption is either through mucosal membranes or through intestinal processes – or perhaps both.
Since Lexaria’s patent-pending technology has already been tested through in vitro studies to enhance intestinal absorption of CBD by as much as 499%, we are truly excited to witness the positive developments at GW Pharmaceuticals and their positive test results that serves to broaden the known applications of this truly interesting molecule. Lexaria welcomes all advances in the field of cannabinoid research and applauds the success enjoyed by GW Pharmaceuticals PLC.
