for the sake of arguement, without these financial resources in place, the company will not be able to go to another exchange anytime soon. do not look for OTC while off the cuff.
I agree 100%, another assumption, there was no limitation put on anything from the company at anytime to date.
actually you assumed what I wrote, no less.
Tell me how Im forgetting something, I guess you are just using words to stress your point. fact remains its cheaper to build, launch, fly, sustain, attain a stratospheric device than to put something into space. your position must be will it be able to carry equipment and position at that altitude for any length of time.
fantastic news for investors and company future.

I dont think he is following the premise that strats are a fraction of the cost of a sat, which can translate into much less cost/user.
any positive events may be offset with a 10K delay or poor performance. we shall see very soon.
again, caution. He has only put out what is already known. At this point, it may be used to lead into filing, FWIW. Metrics are not going up on average even as new sites come online. I would say its a buy if I saw solid material events occur, not plan, but happen. example: several hundred % gain in revenue and no delay in filing, other significant event.
OK, maybe they dont know what to do in order to handle GTEM properly, again, no one knows yet
it could be, maybe they did not want to pay enough for a labor intensive audit. maybe the firm has rules about companies with certain conditions or circumstances going on that they will not get involved in, no risk or the they have a policy from past problems. who knows, no one on this board at this point.
I don't see anything bad going on other than it is not typical scenario, but more explaination would have been nice. there are many concerned investors, there are many intelligent people who have questions.
you would think with the SEC microscope on this company, they would be keeping a close eye on the stock as well. you know, like preventing naked shorting to protect shareholders.
I would not get too excited, but activity and bounce off the bottom is not a bad thing. I would wait for something substantial before jumping in.
I'm sure they have the financing well in hand, if an ivestor did not trust them especially while SEC is watching, they should re-consider their investment stategy. no reflection on anyone specifically, just responding to the subject.
My guess, they will go up considerably if there is a good PR as they come off the REG SHO list.
I agree, according to share price, all the actions taken by the company to date have not had a positive impact on shareholder value. maybe someday soon, too many outstanding issues right now.
Oh I have thought of that, and it makes sense, but I would like to know why a low profile or young and energetic CPA has not been hired to fill a very important financial position.
I am curious why he left before a replacement was named, that is not typical, I would be comfortable with more information.
I remember seeing a presentation on the news that showed S1 in the background and a pitch using 65K high objects for military purposes, they(the military) expected it be operationanl by 2009-2010. this was on the news a couple of years ago, looks like nothing changed accept hope and perception.
the following statement is why i wonder what Jones was doing while he ran it. seems pieces parts and ideas were what was going on with him.
"Helium retention is also a problem for the Stratellite, and Sanswire is looking for new materials to help prevent the small particles from escaping."
"Any normal company would've shot up like a rocket." sounds like an emotional statement. But I do agree the best remedy for this stock and company is the barrier that the SEC needs to take down.
its good to talk things out unihibited by negative forces, it helps to see things clearly.
you know full well! please tell me how it is, I mean sitting on the board of a company. I did not know anyone here has that background let alone you. I do not sit on BOD for anyone, but I do have a cousin who sits on the board at Bank of America, I know what they pay him and I know approximately how much time he spends there and what kind of impact he has on activity there.
ACMG, just noticed it, dont really have time to get involved in any way.
ec, public speaking ability has little to do with a persons capability or knowledge, else hollywood would be a hotbed for future business leaders. although it does help to have popular names on your company roster, a great organization is made up of a body or individuals that are experts at each discipline needed for the company to operate. "the whole is greater than the sum of its parts", everyone has a purpose.
bill, just my opinion, but someday looking back we will all say we should have loaded up.

NVMG, I hope someone here took advantage of this today.
there is no violation, she has a free will to find or overhear free information and do with it as she pleases, its in the constitution, she is not an insider and got no info from one and has no obligation to the company, and this is not communist country. there are many times I listen close to the news my company publishes and what I hear in meetings, I analize and use this information to decide when to buy or sell public shares.
great, hope that is true
what was one of Huffs reasons, we need the shares in case things start happening fast. That event and others are the reason I did not buy until recently.
funny you mention those shares, I said it was a bad idea and Huff gave no good reason for it, everyone slammed me for it. I wonder how many here voted yes, bash the stock, and bad mouth Huff, regret voting yes.
In not so many words and not as much insight, I say the same thing.
If you want prophecy, watch or read Jack van Impe stuff.
end times will have many signs, one may be geologists and atheists maxing out their credit cards.
NVMG, does this dive today create an opp later?
I agree, its obvious there is a lack of consideration for motives of a company like Raytheon, just goes to show you who is posting on this board. Raytheom knows what they are doing, I would sure like to have that guest list.
I have no clue to what you just said or meant. only one question, did you misspell Huff with fluff. I can see it as positive, maybe Im also a moron like them.
I would really like to know where they are going with this, there are no specifics or details, and therefore is really not material.
dont have original quote, but I remember months ago, shareholders were told the company would be looking to move off the pinks, no change or statement of explanation. I'm sure they are busy planning and getting ready to open the post investigation floodgates, maybe.
mide, it makes good business sense, its close and can be monitored easily, its demographics is similar to JV, it appears it will be well funded and its for real. If they do not go for it one would wonder the wisdom of management or at least understand how aggressive and motivated they are or not.
website update is good, standard practice for any company, putting out valid meterial events standard for any company, progess is on going and standard for any company, keeping your word should be standard for any company. woneder where the Q/A company board is, I missed the link.
I dont want to anyone at Globetel to think they are doing anything but standard public company practice.
reverse splits, SEC investigations, jump from OTC to AMEX to pink, PRs that do not portray whole picture/deceptive, casual sprinkling of shares to management, none are normal company practices. they are on the right track, no more or less than any legit company, keep going, its your job according to SEC.
