What is interesting is that GLEN wasn't on the list for any trades, although they may have cleared trades through another MM. (just guessing)

My guess is that the Nasdaq went by the book and treated HVLN as a new stock. The guy who made that decision probably will retire next year to a cushy job at the brokerage house that the decision benefits.
IMHO
Thanks, that helped out. I bought some after 11am @ .014 then it didn't show up in my account until a half hour later. MM held on to it.
Does anyone have access to trade history of PLYCF for Monday Jan. 08, between 12PM to 1PM ? just a list of trades and times would be helpful. I need this to question execution by my broker.
Thanks
I would ask Stuart about the change to OTCBB: if it is still going to happen in the 1st Q, and in particular if they will be changing symbols (dropping the F) as part of that change.
Second thing to ask is if they will be PR'ing their Dec. sales and profit.
Thanks
What is the B/A ? I don't have L2
"Shorted shares that had yet to cover in HVLN are possibly off the hook. I'll be interested in the logic of why a short sale in HVLN equals the need to cover in CIRU"
Wishful thinking I believe...
Okay, what about the people who bought those shorted shares ?
Don't the HVLN shares need to be exchanged for CIRU shares ?
I think that CIRU is doing a favor for Don, a mutually beneficial deal. Don agreed to 389k of dilution for trading pink and CIRU agreed to ride the coat tails of the short squeeze.
Just wait until the share exchange happens and the DTC has a bunch of FTD's in exchange for CIRU shares. CIRU will only give them the exact number representing HVLN's shares plus dividends.
Am I on the right track here ?
The suspense is killing me. ;)
Pure conjecture here.

My aturd streamer has PLYCF stuck at .016 and 4 mil traded.
Maybe the company could buy back shares with their excess cash. It would be nice to see December sales/profit figures.

FILING A preliminary proxy statement containing all other information - Form PRE 14C
Watch out for the junk fax hype machine: "Hot stocks on the street" by Cyber Communication services which was paid $150,000 to send junk faxes of AGTA.
Anyway the name is changing: The name of the corporation is “SHIMING U.S., INC.”
This is in the fine print of the form 211:
the nature of the issuer's business;
the nature of products or services offered;
the nature and extent of the issuer's facilities;
the name of the chief executive officer and members of the board of directors;
the issuer's most recent balance sheet and profit and loss and retained earnings statements;
similar financial information for such part of the 2 preceding fiscal years as the issuer or its predecessor has been in existence;
I can't argue with that, I wonder who is buying post RS and for what reason. Could shorts be cought up in this ?
Remember Dec. 08 was when they reported November sales and profit. I would hope that Dec. numbers should be reported by next week.
The split adjusted price should be around $80. EOM
Bid 11.00, Ask 101

From form 8k Jan. 03, 2007:
"ITEM 1.01 ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT.
On November 1, 2006, Point Acquisition Corporation (the "Company") entered into Subscription Agreements (the "Agreements") with Halter Financial Investments, L.P., a Texas limited partnership ("HFI"), and Glenn Little, the Company's sole officer and director. Other than in respect to this transaction,HFI has had no material relationship with the Company or any of the Company's officers, directors or affiliates or any associate of any such officer or director. All conditions to closing were satisfied on January 3, 2007 and the purchase transaction contemplated by the Agreements was deemed consummated on said date.
Pursuant to the Agreements, the Company sold to the HFI and Mr. Little 1,270,400 and 200,000 shares of post split common stock at a purchase price of $.25 per share, respectively.
Furthermore, Glenn Little, the sole officer and director of the Company, has resigned from all offices that he holds and as a director effective as of January 3, 2007. Timothy P. Halter has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company, and as its sole director."

"The change will occur in your account once we have received the post split shares. We anticipate this will take place by the end of the week."
I sent AMTD an email Saturday asking for the conversion but haven't received a reply yet. It only shows: U001128 / UNITED NATIONAL FILM CORP (NEW).
GL
UNTF: Glen Little, he actually won't own 67% of the shares anymore, this is weird and I honestly don't understand the strategy. Any guesses ?
"Any new shares issued in connection with the reverse split will be fully paid and non-assessable. The number of stockholders will remain unchanged as a result of the reverse split. As a result of the 2000 to 1 reverse stock split, with special treatment to preserve round lot stockholders, our largest stockholder Glenn A. Little, will own a substantially lesser percentage of the Corporation's voting securities. After the reverse split he will beneficially control approximately 9,500 of the Corporation's voting securities, instead of 18,818,017 shares. As such, Mr. Little will not be a majority stockholder and will not be in control of the Company.
As part of the reverse stock split, the par value of our common stock will remain unchanged. While the aggregate par value of our outstanding Common Stock will be decreased, our additional paid-in capital will be increased by a corresponding amount. Therefore, the reverse split will not affect our total stockholders' equity. All share and per share information will be retroactively adjusted to reflect the reverse split for all periods presented in our future financial reports and regulatory filings.
Following the reverse split and the proposed new stock purchase described below, we will have issued and outstanding approximately 43,200 shares of common stock, which includes the treatment to preserve round lots."

I wonder what his motivation is, any guesses ?
UNTF traded at $4.50, 200 sh vol.
I hope AMTD can figure it out to post the changed symbol into my acct. I can't trade it yet.
If you don't mind, who is your broker ?
Is he talking about HVLN or AWYB ?
December short interest "reported": 503 total shares short.
http://www.otcbb.com/asp/OTCE_Short_Interest_popup.asp?Symbol=plycf&StlmtDt=12/15/2006
The "reported" short interest in HVLN as of Dec. 15th was 34,461. That was a reduction of 91.34%. Average daily volume of 71,956 with days to cover as 1.
I think the best way to play this would have been to buy before the RS showed up on the daily list at .04 and sell for .30 this afternoon. There were around 20 days since it was announced until the RS actually happened.
I bought 100 @ .10 UTNF. So did a whole bunch of other people. Checking the depth of trades a large majority of the trades were 100 share trades today. Here's a little piece of their 14c filing 12/05/2006:
"If the market price of our stock declines after the implementation of the reverse split, the percentage decline as an absolute number and as a percentage of our overall
market capitalization may be greater than would be the case in the absence of the reverse split. Further, the fact that we have no revenue, and no assets and may greatly impact our stock price and the ability to liquidate your shares."
" In conjunction with the reverse stock split, no holder shall have less than one round lot, 100 shares, after the reverse split.

I think I should have bought 50.
Hey Buckey, what do you think of this: is it a POS or could you buy 1 share and have 100 after the RS ?
12/28/2006 UTNF 1-2,000 R/S United National Film Corporation Common Stock UNTF United National Film Corporation New Common Stock ; No shareholder being reversed to less than 100 shares. **
"No shareholder being reversed to less than 100 shares."
Do you think that if you buy 100 shares, after the RS you still would have 100 shares ?
If you fell like buying go ahead. I am guessing the bid/ask is about .10/.30 , that is if your broker accepts buying.
