From this point on (some may argue after an official PR) everything the company says has to be taken much more seriously.
I didn't mean anything by it. I really thought you were trying to go somewhere with that. Sorry if I'm overly paranoid.
We're cool...
Sorry for the slow reply. My office just had a fire alarm drill. Man I hate those things.
It's from Doug, but I'm not sure how that is relevant. It is from a public source. I don't think there is any issue with him pointing shareholders to public information is there????
This is build up...
IMHO
That took a lot of courage Jack. Of course, somehow it doesn't surprise me that evensooner would make lite of that.
How come no comments about the new article. Pretty cool that we have now been in 2 publications.
More coverage!!!
Hollywood Reporter this time!!!

(OT)BLYM and HBO deal done!!!
New York Post reporting
http://www.nypost.com/business/yeah_its_a_f___ing_bowler_hat___whats_it_to_you__business_suzanne_kap...
Whoever on the board dabbles in the stock picking boards and such, I would suggest posting the article.
It couldn't hurt to place a few (OT) posts on some of the more popular boards as well...
Mobalize!
Exactly. But the point is that at least a few more people are watching now before the announcement happens.
I guess I wrote that too quickly. What I was trying to say is the NY Post is not going to put out an article after receiving a phone call from say Doug at small little Billy Martin's.
I think that in all liklihood, this leak had to of come from HBO....or at least was backed by HBO. These leaks in my mind are not really leaks. They are more like publicity stunts. It's pretty typical in the business world to see reporting that a deal is expected to be announced between two companies. How does this happen??? Obviously the companies must be involved....
Just my opinion.
Get the word out then....
The article said they are planning to announce. I would hope we would get a real pop once news is really out. In the mean time, we need to get people watching this stock!!!
You guys are unbelievable....you think that the NY Post is gonna report this deal on a leak from the BM side????
I think they are a little smarter than that. These type of "leak" stories happen all the time before a real announcement.
BLYM and HBO deal done!!!
NY Post reporting that the deal between Billy Martin's (BLYM) and HBO is done.
BLYM has an approximate market cap right now trading at .0003 or $600K or so. This seems like a no brainer once word gets out.
http://www.nypost.com/business/yeah_its_a_f___ing_bowler_hat___whats_it_to_you__business_suzanne_kap...
All in my opinion of course.
Dude...no one knows yet. Ticker was not in the article. Wait until word gets out and people understand.
That is our job until the real announcement happens.
Look at the wording in the article...
"HBO and western-wear retailer Billy Martin's USA plan to announce a licensing deal..."
"Plans eventually call for the line to be sold by major department stores and online retailers, these people continued. "
Sounds good to me!!!
Is anyone awake????
The deal is done. We gotta start to get the word out. This is the big time boys....
NY POST REPORTING THAT THE DEAL IS DONE!!!!!
NEWS!!!!

How the hell did we all miss this????
And the rest of us countless times publicly. Seems like he is either really full of it, or he really believes its gonna happen.
Seems like he is just confirming privately what the rest of know publiclly. Guess it's just a matter of whether you want to believe him or not.
They are slow to fill today. Only giving me a small partial after 15 minutes.
BLYM now has MM's (well...at least 1) that are quoting under the new updated rule!
Personally, I have been accumulating at .0003. With that said, if I had waited and got all my shares at this level, I'd have a heck of a lot more shares. I would think that if the TV deal is happening, I would be surprised if it went more than next week. Maybe the following week at the latest. I say this mostly because the show that we are assuming has started. Although, they seem to be rolling out new promotions almost every couple of days.
Okay...so to answer your question, if you believe in the stock, but are worried you might get it lower and are paying too much, I would buy half now at .0003 and wait to see if I can get the rest at .0002. I honestly don't think you will be able to buy at .0002, but hey if you are willing to take the chance...go for it. I think that would take a major bag holder just getting pissed and dumping...
If it was me, I would buy whatever it is you are looking for here at this level.
This is all just my opinion of course...
Good luck!
It's not if. We did it. Call pink sheets and ask them. She told me it was a very small but loud group. And she told me that I was the only one that was calling on a regular basis. At least that she recognized. And she said they were listening...
Thank you...
You're funny...you complain and then you keep buying more. Sound like an addict....I agree though, it is hard to pass up at these prices. I've been adding a lot myself.
With the change in the rule and then the rumor that the TV deal is not dead, some seem to be willing to take a chance at these levels.
Did it take half a day or so last time for the rule change to take effect? I can't remember. I still can't find any stocks...even on level 2 that have changed their quotes.
Does anyone actually see any stocks that are reflecting the quote increment change???
Took me a while, but I finally found the post...
For what it's worth...

You must be new here. This is a modification to the original rule. The spread has been significantly reduced by this modification.
As promised...
I'd like to personally thank all those on this board that contributed to this change. I can definitively say that it was pretty much the small group of shareholders here that made this change happen. The lady at Pink Sheets has become very familiar with me and pretty much told me they were making this change for a very small but loud group (us in other words). The last time I called a week ago, she said something to the effect. Okay you're call gives me reason to go bug my boss to get this done.
This will help tremendously...
IMHO...
Believe news is coming or don't believe it.
But if we get a CO-ANNOUNCEMENT, we aren't going to be talking about millions or even hundreds of millions of shares in volume...
I'll say it again. I have NEVER seen a CO-ANNOUNCEMENT between a pink sheet and a major well known company. Maybe there has been, but none that I've ever been involved with. I've seen pinkies announce deals with a major company that for the other company was minor and didn't even make their news.
I understand that most of you don't even think news is coming. But, there is no way that we get the news as described and only generate 300M daily in volume. We generated half that much on rumor a few months ago at a much higher price.
All just, in my opinion...
This is not a BLYM press release. Released by the other company.
Am I seeing that correctly?
Agree to disagree. Now is probablly the worst possible time to question the company. Would you at least agree that if there really is a deal that is about to be announced, then, as a shareholder, you are only hurting yourself.
That's just the way I see the timing. If I was HBO, I would first focus on promoting the show. Then I would focus on secondary marketing. I would give it at least a few more weeks before I really starting getting upset.
That's my take on it anyhow...
I wouldn't be surprised if some of these deals are on hold or even dead. Any of these other deals will be much cheaper in terms of shares, once a major announcement is made. I don't think the TV or perfume deals are dead though. I don't understand why the perfume deal would take so long. However, he did mention in the interview I think that there was a name associated with the perfume that he couldn't mention. If that is the case, I'm sure it takes a long time to work out those details with what sounds like a known name. As for the TV deal, I don't remember exactly when it was first mentioned, but I don't think even 6-9 months would be out of the question for a deal of this supposed magnitude. There's ALWAYS just one more thing to deal with. I'm sure Doug has never had to do a deal like this in his life, and I'm sure at each moment he really did think it was close. I think the series acutally starting though brings up more time sensitive issues with the network in question. If we don't see something in a couple of weeks, I would start to wonder. Right now is not the time to question the deal, because if the deal is really in the works, it really does shoot yourself in the foot so to speak as a shareholder. That is unless you're just trying to bring the stock down to get a bargain! LOL
If that's the case, I've been dupped like everyone else...
Some thoughts...
I am not Jeff Brommer. Other than supporting the stock, I don't know why people keep saying that. To my knowledge, Jeff has never posted to this board. That would be something to ask him.
I am as pissed as everyone that this deal is not done. Being pissed does not make the deal real or not real. The deal taking longer than we like does not make the deal real or not real.
If Doug is being bound by constraints of the other company, and he has the deal done or close to done, then how can we comment on how the company is being run???? We are not inside the company. Sure Doug has done some dumb things....like announcing the conference call without a deal and suggesting he would give wholesale prices to shareholders if a deal were not done in 30 days. That's what you get in pinkie land. If he gets the deal done though, no matter how rough around the edges he is, and really no matter how much the stock has been diluted, he is a genius and everyone will suddenly be worshiping him. And all the negative comments of how he has been running the company will be for not.
Deadwood's 3rd season starts this Sunday. If it is Deadwood we are talking about, which it seems almost certain that is now, I would think HBO would want to either start a promotion shortly before the show or within a couple weeks of the show starting. The initial reviews of the 3rd season have been awesome. I could see HBO promoting the show and once they got the following, good reviews, and acclaim, in a couple of weeks announcing the branding. I'm sure Doug is at their mercy and can't say a thing. Who knows??? Maybe the deal is dead and Doug doesn't want to fess up to it. I'm taking my chances that the general sentiment of the board is providing me a unique buying opportunity.
Doug in the past, when confronted about a deal being dead has always said that the deal was dead and would give the reason for it. You may not have liked the reason, but he would state why it happened. He has not stated any such thing here. Instead, in his last interview he is quoting David Milch and talking about global expansion. (Of course you all know the relationship David Milch has to Deadwood.)
Those bashing the company right now will shortly feel very stupid or very smart.
All...just my opinon....
AGREED!
Best post EVER!
Yeah...and you've only said it how many times???? that it is impossible to get over .001????
Every stock I have seen that has tried to test the .001 level has not really had any signficant news. They tried to paint it as real news, but it really wasn't. A co-announcement (as we have been told) by a much bigger and well known company (as speculated) would get this over .001 in a heart beat. This is another example of how you continue to try to shoot yourself in the foot. If you own this stock, which I'm sure you do, you shouldn't be scaring shareholders or potential new shareholders needlessly. We seriously tested .001 last time with fluff news.
Simply put. If you get real news this will make over .001 in a heart beat. If you get fluff like BKMP news, you're stuck in the mud.
Tell me, how many of the stocks you are sighting had co-released news with a major company that was released by both parties as significant. Because that is what the speculation is here....and that's what us bottom feeders are taking a chance on...
Anyhow, pinksheets is going to update the rule fairly "soon" in all liklihood...
Deadwood to get 4 hour finale to wrap things up.
