It is but within Chaos there is opportunity. I believe our laws will change and when they do the right US stocks will soar 1000-3000 %
I was reading somewhere that if the Democrats get back into power that they will legalize Cannabis. Pretty much every bill that has come out in support of cannabis has been blocked by the Republicans.
Yeah, too bad Peterson does not channel some of that energy to growing his Company. The stock is down 75% this year alone.
I agree with you on that one and will keep loading this gold mine.
I believe Aphria will be up-listing to the US exchanges in the next 10 days and I do not believe that they will come back in with Liberty Health Sciences until we have some Cannabis reforms here. The reason they divested was to get listed on the US exchanges.
Sweet ! Lets get ready to rock n roll !
Yeah, I agree on that one, it went down like 75% in the last year. Management is just lining their pockets with shareholder money.
If I had to choose between the two I think I would pick the Cannabis plant
yeah for lettuce and tomatoes.
I still think your operating cost estimate is way out of wack.
I used to own a Vitamin Co and had net profits of 40% on 2M
How do you know that the operating expenses are not included in the growing cost of $1.00/gm?
if there was only a 10% profit on cannabis grown for $1.00 per gram and sold for $5.00 a gram. You may have to look back at the post I was responding to
Maybe I should elaborate a bit more.
Cost per gram includes lights, water electricity, fertilizer and labor.
Cost per gram estimate with the new facilities online will be $1.00 per gram. So there would be administrative costs possibly not included in that number but lets for shits and giggles put $1.00 per gram for that it would still leave a 60% profit margin. Being conservative and it's least 40% profit margin which to me is well in reason considering the huge profit margin in cannabis.
so Cogs is going to be 490% of the sale price? What the hell are the doing providing hookers for all of the employees everyday at lunch time?
Lets get real here 10% net profit is peanuts to what Aurora can accomplish.
Once the new facilities are rolling their estimated cost is $1.00 per gram. Wholesale is at least $5.00 per gram, which looks more like a 500% profit.
Link to the new battery technology right around the corner

Losing retail outlets. Then your left with wholesale pricing. Don’t get me wrong, I’m long on OGI
Nice work there with that intel
No lol, I saw one lady in her late 50's. She looked a little out of place though.
I would guess so, they have been around for a while now and have been adding new outlets all the time. Nice thing about Florida there are only like 13 licenses available right now. Not like Canada with 130 licensed growers.
It take 3-4 months to grow cannabis. Hydroponics is a little faster because the plant does not need such a large root base.
Not sure if I'm happy about that news, so much for seed to sale.
Check this video out, the line must be a quarter of a mike long outside of one of the dispensaries.

Pretty much the whole cannabis sector is down today. Some profit taking due to the large run up on many of these stocks.
No, they are one the legit companies. I have done a lot of due diligence on them.
Thats crazy, that line must be like a 1/4 of a mile long.
Yeah, like Tilray
Are you being sarcastic ? Not sure why that would be bearish.
I would not be selling right now as tempting as it may be. With the NYSE up-listing the stock could go on a rip.
Most definitely long on this one and this stock would have to be wretched from my dead hands. Once lithium demand doubles in the next 2-4 years game is on. I was also researching the new solid state batteries and their supposed to require around 30% more lithium so we have that to look forward too.
It does baffle me. They need to take a peek at the Canadian Cannabis play book.
Sounds like you have done well with LHSIF. So you ride the run up and then start shorting, sounds like a interesting strategy although could be a little risky.
I have heard of Marimed and it does look like a pretty good prospect.
I'll keep an eye on it.
Enlighten me.
Not necessarily, they have been making great strides since then. Although 6 months ago would have been a perfect time to get in. Who knows the perfect time to buy a stock, I wish I did. The fundamentals are really good with this company so I am holding strong and accumulating. Tons of potential upside as this train gets rolling.
no, I can only see the last 50 which gives me a pretty good sampling.
JohnCM like to do a lot of DD before he jumps in. Not a bad idea, he usually does quite well with his picks so you had better tread lightly.
I believe that Aphria had to sell all US holdings in order to get placed on a US stock exchange.
Sounds like a perfect buy in point ! You may want to think about getting in instead of shorting. Since I am a paid member I have looked at your last 50 posts and found that everyone was bashing one company or another, not 1 positive post.
