Thanks as always for the facts.
Thanks, adding up the pieces of the puzzle i have chased, puts them doubling the revenue foot print soon, or having the blue print to do so. It will be fun watching it unfold, and we are below .02 cents.......... crazy
Yessir! Thats me parked at .0028. Looks like a good time to buy.
Good call
AND why does that statement not suprise me?
I was hoping for a slow climb towards that price, and not a pop to .10. I think their idea of a bigger foot print on a M & A might be a lot bigger than ours. It will be fun watching it unfold. Don't forget to stock up on popcorn.
Whats happening in January next year?
Ok thanks i ordered one. I would not have found it had you not directed me to a subcategory. That's concerning they are so hard to find and purchase. The amazon pay did not work.
I am trying to purchase a smart insole online, after scrolling through a lot of bs, on their website, it shows heal fast therapy as the only distributor in the US. I can't find it on their website. I click on another link and it takes you to a page but it shows no US distributors. So i follow this to face book and click on the link to purchase the smart insole there and it takes you to an error page. I am missing something or is it really this difficult to buy their products.
Yessir and i think my candle has been burning at both ends.
over the long hog I will want names and ancestress i am finding low-cost fun for my estimatorbring it coluumbia friends
And one more comment before I get off my soap box.
I don't think RXMD is flashy enough for the penny land, we don't fit the emotional roller coaster ride so many love. We are not waiting on FDA approval, a glamorous new product, a major contract, incensing, distribution agreements, ect ect. We are one customer at a time, one doctor at a time on refill at a time. We are this silently boring grass root movement that has legs at at some point it will stand up and say hello. I think we are stealing customers and doctors at a high rate, this is one of the most overlooked points of this ticker ( we have great customer service, something i feel will make a huge comeback.). This vibe is hard to shine through in the pr's and filings.
I don't really think this ticker makes sense in this market, but it will when it hits the NASDAQ. Think long term folks.
Thanks i will do both.
I totally agree.
I am in this for the long haul, In a few years when this is at a dollar or better. I will remove work from the equation and start selling a few shares. It will be hard to believe the SP was so low for so long, at that point fractions of pennies will be meaning less. I just try to hit the dips when i have funds.
For me it makes trading so much more stress free to have the mindset of, i will sell on a high in 3-5 years, but but but, that only works with good tickers, we have one here. That's just my opinion. One thing we can all agree on is this is way undervalued, buy all you can, what ever way you feel comfortable with. The reward will come.
ONCI
I work on the power side of a large gold mining company. At one time we had a monitoring systems installed in a lot of company vehicles.
It was more of a gps. It had audible warnings when you went over the speed limit or veered off course. It was a safety device that was costly and in a lot of peoples opinion was distracting and it went a way.
We have a lot of company polices, one is no phone use while in a co vehicle. In mining we have a lot of mindless jobs, like driving a haul truck, water truck or road grader. these are 12 hour shifts and at a very slow pace. We have a huge problem with people using there phones all day. You roll a haul truck off the mountain full of ore, it can cost the company hundreds of thousands of dollars or millions. Most mining sites are remote and have a lot of employees that commute daily, most is company provided transportation (trucks or vans). Safety is highly promoted. I think these products would be an easy pitch to companies like the one I work for. A few global mining accounts would be pretty decent. It gets you thinking, BLM, forest service, firefighters, any company with fleet vehicles, new or used.
Instatrader if you want to pitch this to SB, I am sure I can come up with at least one contact, hopefully more. Accidents and incidents and reflected in the share price of these companies, its a huge part of the program.
RJDG / ONCI. I like what I see on both of these picks and they both look like they are at or near a bottom. I will be buying some when funds arrive.
I was / am looking for an article on, levels of market manipulation- OTC vs OTCQB and so on. I will look more later.
Uplisting to a Higher Exchange: Is it the Right Thing for your Company?
Posted by Phil Carlson on July 16th, 2012
In the world of investor relations, most independent agencies, like KCSA, tend to work with several small companies whose stock trades at a relatively low price and market capitalization. These stocks are typically known as microcap or penny stocks (By definition, microcap stocks have a market capitalization between $50 million and $300 million). Many of these companies trade over-the-counter (OTC) and are quoted on OTC systems such as the OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB), OTCQB, OTCQX and OTC Pink, formerly known as the “Pink Sheets.”
To many, companies that trade on such exchanges are typically categorized as “riskier” investments. This is due to the lack of public information on these companies as well as the fact that there are no minimum quantitative listing standards for these exchanges. Many institutional investors have by-laws that prevent them from investing in companies that trade on OTC exchanges and retail investors are usually asked to sign a waiver from their broker/dealer stating they understand the risks associated with OTC exchange traded stocks. Even online brokerages have restrictions when it comes to OTC stocks. This is a big disadvantage for a small company seeking liquidity.
So how does a company go about increasing its visibility with institutional investors as well as drive liquidity? My advice: “UPLIST TO A MAJOR EXCHANGE!” Over the past few months at KCSA, we have helped our clients Neonode and Attunity uplist to major exchanges – Neonode, has already seen an increase in volume and stock price.
According to a recent NASDAQ study, [CM1] OTC companies upgrading to NASDAQ had an average 3 month average daily volume (ADV) of 59,509 shares prior to uplisting compared to 137,905 shares after uplisting. That’s a decent upswing in terms of volume.
In addition to increased liquidity, uplisting to a major exchange provides your company with regulatory oversight in terms of monitoring against potential trading violations and listing qualifications. Companies get the opportunity to be included in indexes such as the NASDAQ and S&P as well as the Russell 2000 & 3000. Companies also have a greater chance to receive analyst coverage if uplisting to a major exchange. When engaged in merger or acquisition talks, a company’s stock is viewed as a more attractive bargaining chip if it’s listed on a national or global exchange. Do you see where I’m going here?
As a CEO you may wonder, “What do I need to do to uplist to a major exchange?” The chart below outlines the quantitative requirements to uplist to the NASDAQ Capital Market and NYSE MKT (formerly known as the AMEX). These two exchanges are typically the next step for a company uplisting from one of the OTC exchanges.
Companies must adhere to additional requirements, such as corporate governance and exchange listing fees, in order to uplist to a higher exchange. However, in my opinion, if a company has the opportunity to uplist to a major exchange, it should make the move. As along as the management team is successfully executing on its growth strategy and producing a constant flow of news, an uplisting not only benefits the company but also benefits the shareholder.

Thank you! This is all coming together!
Good morning, been off the grid for a few weeks. Looks like we are getting some action. Go RXMD
ONCI My 18 year old niece lives halfway across the country from me. The other day she visits a town about an hour away from her that is booming and she is posting pictures about how busy the traffic is and how the town has grown and changed while she is driving and all of here teenage friends are chiming in. Finally her brother told her, maybe if its hectic traffic not to post while driving. They all giggled. One of the photo's I could see the dash and a check engine light and a buckle up sign lit up. I asked her what the lights were for. She said the first light was buckle up, she did not know what the 2nd light was for. Oh mercy.
I am late to this party, but i will try to find some funds to support this this.
It all looks great, thanks Insta, looks like another winner in a everyway
Good post, I keep on buying when i can. Its hard to pass on these bargin prices.
I was told after the 2nd member was selected, the paperwork will be submitted. Everything else has been ready. Should be fairly soon.
Wow, thanks.
I think its sooner than people think.
BB Big board projected 2018 NASDAQ
You are correct about the manipulation upon manipulation and more manipulation. That is one more reason to uplist, One exchange at a time.
RXMD will pop out on top of all of this.
I have been in a little over two years and the revenue has almost doubled. Amazing. It will be nice when the share price catch's up.
You may rethink that, when you see them trading on the BB in the future.
Still a great read. Thanks MFN
Its a buyers market. The are some big things in the pipeline. Check out the stickies and the PR'S.
I agree, he looks qualified to me.
