This dream is too good to be true. It sfor can drop that low, I am going to pick up a lot more shares. I am not going to post negative message, because I cannot make up fake info. But I don't mind others do that.
i also got about one million shares at lower 40s. It will go up soon. I would not worry.
Got some shares already. Have some orders at lower price.
Cannot understand why people sell at so low price. I am not going to sell mine before the 3 lawsuits settle.
The benefit we can get from what bashers do is to pick up more shares at lower price. I am picking more when there is dip. So I don't mind bashers post fake message.
But I don't think it is nice to take advantage over others by scaring them out of a great stock for their shares with fake message. So I never do it.
Are you sure? Then I am going to change my order to lower price to pick up yours. I missed last dip, have been feeling bad for that.
i also believe $0.05 is very likely. $1 is much too ambitious at this moment. I would not expect it for now.We will see, if Strikeforce gets government contracts, it will jump to higher level.
In one of Kay's previous emails, he did talk about a potential selling of GuardedID and MobileTrust to big firms.
I am holding a good number of shares now, don't mind too much if the price is not going down.
Following is another email I got from Kay in June. So far I have not seen the confirmation about the sales of GuardedID and MobileTrust to big firms. Maybe I missed something or they are still working on it.

The question about the patents, yes we will be going after 3 more lawsuits some time soon.
Yes, the other email was from me, but I hate it when someone puts my emails online. That is why I hesitate answering anyone and probably won’t going forward.
Thanks

Subject: About SFOR
Dear Mr.Kay,
I am a shareholder of SFOR, and holding a big number of shares, so I really care about the potential of the company. I believe the company will progress well in the future. But some folks posted in ihub some message which seems too good to be true. In the meantime, some investors seem not confident with the stock, and keep on selling at really low price, and few people are buying. The above stated phenomena are beyond my understanding. So I think it's better for me to ask you directly, to find out the message some people posted in ihub was really from you or not.
Following is a post of a person who said he had emailed and got your response. Would you please let me know the response (the part below "His reply") was really from you or not.
One more question, for the sentence: 'The ProtectID patents already won their first lawsuit and shortly going after 3 more decent size ones', did you mean three decent size lawsuits are going to be filed against some companies?
Thanks.
Shalley.
"Hi Mark,
I have come across the news behind Strikeforce and I am excited to come on board as a shareholder. The only reason I am a little hesitant to invest is because I've had unfortunate outcomes in the past with other penny stocks. I have read a lot of the material, data and research you and the rest of your team have provided on behalf of your products and services, and it all sounds good and inspiring. But how do I know I'm not going to get screwed over like I did with my past investments? I know you're a very busy guy Mark, but if you can instill some confidence as to why I should trust you and this company I will be more than happy to reconsider. Thank you for your time.
His reply:
Jonathan
All I can do is tell you the truth and you then decide. Most of which you probably read. Our 3 products ProtectID, GuardedID and MobileTrust are doing well and we have patents of ProtectID and Guardedid. The ProtectID patents already won their first lawsuit and shortly going after 3 more decent size ones. Our GuardedID was sold to ACS (see an 8k we put out last October) for $9mm. They have until Sept 2020 to pay it, but must at this point. It also includes GuardedID and MobileTrust, for which StrikeForce is a perpetual seller of.
All the products, especially GuardedID and MobileTrust are being set up to sell through ACS to very large firms that have already agreed to buy them and working on the details that I can’t mention or discuss since we are public, other then GuardedID is an EPO client of McAfee which has many interested clients that they all will sell, etc.
ProtectID remains ours and is being sold to some sizeable companies, such as the Blank Rome lawyers (a few 1,000) and more since they were scared by the Chinese.
The problems of Cyber Security keep on growing and our reach is now much greater through our Channel, which is how we sell.
Hope this helps,
Thanks
Mark

Do you mean toxic debt? Let's read more about it, and discuss it later.
There is NO DILUTION and there will be no RS! All confirmed! Don't scare yourself with imaged thing.
Kay said "No plans for a r/ s or any dilution." Please see his email to me three weeks ago
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=124692129
There is NO TOXIC DEBT either. As a matter of fact we paid off all debt that was due in cash a few months back in May when we settled with Microsoft. The last of the dilution ended in May! Mark Kay is a big board type CEO the best I have seen in any penny stock ever IMO! There are no more notes left to convert. ALL DEBT IS PAID IN FULL! We have plenty of cash on hand and have another 9 million dollars coming anytime and the settlements that could also hit anytime Microsoft settled about 4 weeks after filing the almost exact reply to Strikeforce and the defendants now are using the Microsoft lawyers to defend themselves!
The CEO has confirmed we have ZERO toxic debt ahead the only debt that shows up for next year is already asset backed debt so it will not affect our OS.
"per CEO OS has not changed and will not change. No notes converting or will convert they have been paid off.
Dart note is a long term note it is secured with company assets"
100% proof there is no toxic debt or SFOR dilution! This is amongst tons of other replies from the CEO that have been posted already! Also anyone can refer to the filings. The confirm everything the CEO has stated is factual.
"Let me be clear, I am the CEO of StrikeForce and we have a strong capital position, no convertibles out there to be traded and NO reverse split in the future. Anything else about this is NOT TRUE!!"

Here is also a email reply from Kay on the matter of no dilution and they have plenty of cash on hand!
There have been no changes in the OS since the May filings and it can be easily verified. Only changes have been in the SFOR traders. The OS is still 2,282,957,407. No way of knowing the float but considering all of the lawsuits we have going we are golden for some nice pennies and silver coins ahead for those who are patient. I have posted factual DD on NO DILUTION that can all be verified. Please post any proof to the contrary. There is NONE! SFOR has been a cash cow and should be a even bigger one for those who are patient. I had to be patient all through the trips to .0056 highs. I have no problem waiting another couple months for big $$$!
Look at the rest of the catalysts we have coming ahead that should place SFOR easily over .20 to .25 IMO. This is not even a discussion until next year! I also bet it will be paid off in full by then. JMO
I felt so bad for not picking up enough shares between 0.002 and 0.003, because I was too greedy, waiting for shorts pull price down to below 0.002. Unfortunately, they were not able to, and the price went up so fast. I only got about 1 million more shares in that range, and had to get another 1 million shares at higher price. Now I am still picking up shares, so I don't mind too much that they pull price lower. We all know SFOR will go up soon.
I see. Thanks.
How can you tell how many buyers and sellers? Cannot understand those who are selling.
Nice response.
You are welcome. I thought everybody knew there was no dilution and would not be dilution or reverse split, and 3 lawsuits were to be settled, so I didn't post this email 3 weeks ago. A post talking about reverse split this mooring made me realize people still don't know there will not be reverse split in the near future, so I posted the email.

The rumors are actually totally incorrect. If you check we havent issued a share since March and have no plans to. We have plenty of capital from our last patent lawsuit of which we now have 3 that are ALL in discussions to settle.
Therefore your answers are no and no. No plans for a r/ s or any dilution.
Thx for asking
Mark

Dear Mr. Kay,
There has been rumor on ihub board about SFOR. Several posters said there has been dilution since Aug 3rd. I am holding over 35 million shares of SFOR, plan to hold long. But I am worried by what those posters said.
My questions are: 1) Is there dilution going on? 2) Will there be reverse split in the near future?
Thanks for your time. Have a nice weekend.
Shalley
In the upper part of this page
5 cents would be good enough. Hopefully they don't keep on diluting. This company is a dilution lover.
I guess you are confused. INNV is not a scam. I bought it a few months ago, it went up from 6 cents to 64cents peak, and dropped to 0.35, now it is $0.475. In the first couple of months, it went up and down. But it has been in uptrend for a while. It is not a scam any more.
Are you serious? I thought I was going to sell all my 0.7 million shares at 0.1. I kept 0.6 million shares from 0.03 to 0.04 last time, then went down to 0.014. Don't plan to lose this time when it goes up.
how far can we go?
I have not sold one share so far. Will sell 3/7 of my shares at 0.1, and 2/7 at 0.2. Hold the rest until buy out
Is FDA approval coming?
What's wrong baby, what's wrong? Wish ppch will not go back to the downward trend. Have been waiting long enough for it to go up.
I guess he sold all his shares, and tries to drop sfor as low as possible for him to load. He totally ignored the lawsuits which are one of the primary reason for SFOR to go up.
I guess you are right. Those flippers were left behind due to their flipping games. Now, they are frustrated, want to get in, but don't like to pay the extra money caused by their flipping game. So they wish SFOR will drop like last time, although they know it is impossible.
Any evidence? Curse does not work.
Maybe the sellers bought at 0.0002
101k shares
From what I read in this board, both ACS and strikeforce own the patents. After the selling, strikeforce does not lose the patents. I remember Somebody posted about this issue multiple times. I also saw people post Kay's response to this question. I might be wrong. Waiting for those who know for sure to talk about this issue
I also picked up 1.5 mil shares, but sorry for the price not low enough
Oh my god, you are still here! Do you rember what you said in the past few days? Don't you feel embarrassed?
Thanks. I believe you.
Will 0.0041 be a resistance point this time, given the 3 coming lawsuits and 3 products in stores,on line,
On TV?
Going up soon
But went down to 0.0014 after market close. Hopefully it can come back tomorrow
Sorry, I don't like to flip. If I sell my shares to hold price down, who can garrantee I can buy them back before Sfor starts to run?
Guess shorts are chasing today. Lol
Agree
When?
More than a couple of hundred k shares were traded at 0.0011, including 485k shares of mine, which was part of a 1.5mil shares order. Last Friday when I put the order, there was over a million shares bid already. Don't know whether they were removed or filled.
Are you sure you are awake? My last week's order at 0.0011 was only partially filled this morning. When did it dip to 0.001?
