I was pleasantly surprised
when I looked at the floor plan and saw the positioning and the size of the booth where Capstone was located...I dont know what the cost was but they sure put themselves in a great location for foot traffic at the show
The following is from their year end report and is important...if anyone knows what it is like as you move new products into the market then you would understand what happens to the old inventory left behind..i know because i am in that situation currently myself...maarketers have to gain an edge anyway they can..
As we already had significant Capstone branded inventories in the Market Place for the holiday season, a strategic decision was made that with the introduction of our new branded program in 2015, that the Company would support the Capstone brand where the program was currently placed, but would limit new offers so as to reduce the exposure to markdown allowances or inventory returns by retailers whom would want to move into the new branded product lines. This also resulted in revenue reductions in the fourth quarter 2014.
During 2014 the Company launched a new product line, the Remote Control Outlet Program and expanded the Wireless Motion Sensor Light program. Both of these programs were well received by retailers and consumers and accounted for most of the revenue growth in these product categories...
Hopefully you can comprehend what is currently happening at CAPC..

I think the key here would be the wording.."Product line extensions". My interpretation to that would mean "New additions to our product lines"...I'm still a little confused on the "Big Box" business CAPC has and how it fits into all this..It appears to me that CAPC will continue to support the existing lines as well as adding the new...so while having to continue to finance the existing lines they will have to come up with the money for the new also. We know from the CC that they are using their out of pocket money to get the new product up and running as well as the launching cost associated with the new products. Feel free to correct me if I am wrong
Townie I haven't sold one share of CAPC...I really do hope and believe people on this board have sold. You know the routine. Sell, then bash...As I said in another post, who bashes and bashes a stock that they own...Why hang around a stock you hate...Ignore them. By the way, you posted a line where they said something along the line of "management realignment" and " product line extensions"...I guess "product line extensions" is going to be where the upfront, out of pocket expense comes from...This happens at a time when CAPC was increasing quarterly revenue. 3rd qtr being almost 8 million...So I would think that CAPC must see much more volume increase as well as product placement. While I dont understand it right now, I can say for the most part things have turned out like they have said over the last year. This appears to be the next step in CAPC becoming a Giant. I certainly enjoy reading your post as well as a few more who certainly add useful information to the forum. Let me add this. As far as what the home page is now teasing...It could be just a new, spiced up, web page with awesome new products...I think Stewart said the licensing was "in home led lighting". I could be wrong on that. Keep up the great post.
I hope they all sell today and move on...as I said last year...I did not have to sell..and I do not have to sell now...These guys have been straight shooters and what they have said they have delievered on...I'll be here...maybe we will be able to pick up some cheaper shares of an already undervalued stock IMO...
Thanks msturgeo...I was just fixing to ask that question after the Townie update...I did not know if someone heard it wrong or whether it was mispoken so I was going to ask, "Did they say the revenues for q 1 and 2 would be minimal or that the impact would be minimal on the revs for q 1 and 2

I think big box is gone is the reason for the negative impact...I can't quite wrap my head around it right now...but looks as if they are going into larger distribution channels...otherwise I see no reason for draw down of revs...it looks as if they are just turning the corner from being a mini to trying to become a major...they said a GIANT...so what is involved here has to be huge...
They are not spending out of pocket money for less distribution channels that is for sure...Sometimes you only get so much information for a reason...Sometimes when agreements are made only so much can be divulged to the public..Oh well...looks like everything is ramping up for the May show and new distribution channels...
I would certainly think so...great way to move in on a patented technology...many companies are bought out for their patents alone...Hoover and motors...CAPC and AC Kinetics
The company where I am employed does just what CAPC is going to be doing...needless to say we are a huge corporation...its our bread and butter...looks like Hoover is going to be using the technology CAPC had previously invested in...for all this to happen you have to consider how huge this can be for CAPC as we now know it

For the past year every press release was true...if they said it...it happened as they said..I look for no different tomorrow..I expect this news to be the driving force for Capc during 2015 and beyond..here's to hoping for a great partnership or licensing with a large corp

1. Products introduced with newest technology from AC Kenetics.
This was from a prior release in which CAPC stated they would
not introduce the new products until all was a "go" which
would give them a head start on the competition.
2. Its still LED lighting in the home.
3. Trusted, iconic brand has been serving households for over 100
years.( This is the huge "Question" for me. I am not aware
has sold any LED lighting under any other brand that their own
up until now !) I may be wrong. Maybe someone will straighten
me out on that please.
4. The companies plans to "Advance" its position in the LED market
Meaning to gain more market share. (Referring to becoming a
GIANT.)
5. This strategy is transforming in nature. To me this means
something is going to be moving in another direction. Will
CAPC be selling their licensed technology under a different
name? A name of an iconic brand that has served the public for
over 100 years.
6. This is such a huge opportunity for CAPC that it has the
possibility over time to turn CAPC from what it is now into
something different and this news will be the beginning of that
congrats...you guys are on top of things...after having been silent for nearly two months and now saying this new event could be a game changer...to me means way beyond anything we have seen since the new capc began and that they have the retail experience and connections to expand and grow the business going forward.

Greer S.C. is a beautiful area and growing...the Greenville, Spartanburg area is a great opportunity for SHOM...I know Jeff increased revenues in 3rd qtr of 2014 so I am hoping we can continue expansion and growth along with increasing revenues.
We will know much more in the next CC...They had pointed toward the first qtr of 2015 for their new product releases...I will be interested to see how much progress they have made in getting someone here in the states to manufacture their products...its evident they have little control over the production scheduling in China without paying out large sums of cash...and at that they would be fortunate to get the product in time...I hope someone or some entity begins to invest in CAPC because .025 is ridiculous to me...
So far mgmt has told it to us like it is and that is how it has turned out. They don't seem to repeat themselves. Over 7 mil in revs last qtr. what do people want. My understanding is that there would be some people running out of stock if you are going to introduce new or improved items. This stuff is made in china. You can't call and have stuff shipped like it was Amazon. Orders are placed way out in the future...4 to 6 weeks just for ocean transport alone...so just imagine if you are introducing new products to your vendors..they said they were looking inland for someone to produce their products...all they have said they have delivered on in the time I have owned CAPC...they tell you and they don't pump their stock by repeating it 7 days a week like some do. They said they wanted to become a Giant and didn't repeat it over and over to pump the stock...they are expanding into coach now...they seem to be growing in baby steps but never the less they continue to grow...It appears they mean what they say and aren't going to beg you to believe it.
Hello board....Have you ever seen anything so pathetic...look at that chart since we hit .07...to me, someone has really done a number on this stock since then...I have watched it almost daily until November or so...I guess you just have to laugh...Millions in revenues and we have this result...it just doesn't add up at all...my guess is someone or something has been behind this in an bad kind of way...I do know that sometimes stocks move down and there seem hardly any way to start them upward...then there are
times it moves up and up and seems it will not move down...I never expected this low pps...I have not sold one share...one reason was for tax purposes...hard to believe this stock has not had more support with the revenues posted...I have to pinch myself to believe it...to me its just silly but all you can do is buy shares if you believe the company continues to grow...why is a stock that has almost 15 mil or so in revenues on the year trading at .019 a share...I hope all of you have a great Christmas with your families and a great New Year...I'll catch you again after the 1st of the year.
Hi all...this is one of the things I have been hoping for...expanding our product line and entering into new markets...they have built up a business with good products with proof of growing revenues...now they are making. the move with solid products that's been tested and.looking to grow revenues and profits

That was a great 3rd qtr.
What else can you say but great job Stewart and company...almost 8 million in revenues in one qtr alone and just a tad under .04 cents per share...I still shake my head in amazement...but I look forward that a large investor would begin to acquaire CAPC...with these revenues plus actual profits I can only imagine the share price of what some stocks would be....04 is a joke to me...hope we move on over .10 and toward .20 soon...I think the real story will be in the upcoming news releases between now the the 1st qtr of 2015...
I'm looking for that "stuck in the mud mode" to be over. I doubt these guys have been just sitting on their hands...I think they been doing the work for the last three months...

CAPC is so cheap it is ridiculous...BUT it sure can move higher fast...I loaded up sometime ago...I have no need to sell...everything is right there before you in black and white...you can read it yourself and do your own DD...I just shake my head in disbelief...but I don't anticipate the stock being at .033 this afternoon and certainly not after Monday's CC...All I can see is great things ahead...THEY HAVE BEEN TRUTHFUL WITH US INVESTORS...RECORD REVENUES AGAIN...WHAT CAN I SAY...How we are not over .10 and headed for .20 is beyond me...I cant help but believe that someone is going to see how much money can be made on CAPC at this cheap price and begin buying..someone with a lot more money than us...if you had declining revenues and profits I could see that, but to be increasing revenues and profits...now I just cant see that...but like someone said, we are not in the EXCITING fields where they are losing money head over heels and people are buying really nothing but debt...no no we own a stock that is growing revs and has profits...lol

One customer wanted a 2mill order in time for the holidays and CAPC had to get it out to them and it cost extra. Promotions and a growing company cost money...and with all these extra cost we still had 1.1 million of profit....if you don't understand how great this is then you should by the time the CC is over...this company is real with real plans and it looks like they are going places and taking me with them...
