PPS doesn't matter to me, actual gains do. You could have millions of shares and it would only take a few pennies to make a decent amount.

Apparently the key is to get in at subpennies, sell at 1 penny and up. My mistake was to get in after it already made a big run. My bad. Lesson learned.

A lot of companies don't respond to all emails. It's best to call. If they don't pickup, well that's just poor customer service. Maybe they are too busy and should hire help.
