Do you mind answering my original questions? Your response style reminds me of someone, always asking a question and avoiding the original questions. If you don't care to answer that's cool, no biggie
So why does Engel think its ready? Why put themselves out there if it's not ready? Yes there are more advancements to be made, but this current version, your saying is not ready? What is Engel missing in your opinion?
Ok because the website will make them millions. If you expect Li to bring some website technical Savvy, then you might just want to check out the Eontec site. Useless pretty much...
I'm sure that Li is savvy in other areas that matter though, but I would sure hope that everyone would stop making him out to be the next big thing. I hope that everyone that feels like he will lead us to the promised land voted their shares "for"....
Engel must be losing its Mind first to be around these losers....then they will lose their soul next,.....

Why would it be reflected in materions price? This isn't their only line of business. Even in the past Hipple said it would start off with a few million in sales added to Materion. If it's dead money, thought you were still in this or you sold again after accidental purchase?
If anyone was interested, Engel uploaded a video to their Liquidmetal mini-site
If anyone is interested in a job with Materion dealing with BMG's.

Also a sharp eyed pal of mine noticed that Tom has connected with Professor Johnson through LinkedIn. Who knows what that is about, but they do share a connection with an Eontec person in California, along with Bromage - who has tons of connections with Silicon Valley (likes of Apple and GoPro).
Enjoy your Sunday gents and ladies!
No it's not.

I stand corrected....thanks for a friend who pointed this out. One of the Li selections will be chairman if deal approved so Abdi's time could be numbered.
"For a period of five (5) years after the Second/Third Closing Date, (a) Investor shall have the right to nominate for election an additional two (2) directors and the Board of Directors shall support such nominations, (b) one such nominee shall serve as the Chairman of the Board, and (c) at all times during this period, the Board of Directors shall consist of seven (7) directors in total of which three (3) shall be nominated by Investor unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Investor."
Morning, I have seen several times Li where he is labeled as futures chairman of the board or that it is part of the agreement. Here's the section about board membership and unless I am missing something, not sure why Li is being anointed as something he is not or will not be.
"The Purchase Agreement provides that the Investor will have the right to designate one (1) individual to serve on the Company’s Board of Directors, which individual will initially be Mr. Li. Once the Investor purchases the remaining 300,000,000 shares of common stock under the Purchase Agreement, the Investor will thereafter have the right to designate an additional two (2) individuals to serve on the Company’s Board of Directors (such that the Investor would have designation rights with respect to three (3) of the seven (7) members of the Company’s Board of Directors). The Purchase Agreement also provides that, with certain limited exceptions, if the Company issues any shares of common stock at any time through the fifth (5th) anniversary of the Purchase Agreement, the Investor will have a preemptive right to subscribe for and to purchase at the same price per share (or at market price, in the case of issuance of shares pursuant to stock options) the number of shares necessary to maintain its ownership percentage of Company-issued shares of Common Stock."
Could you explain your change in opinion from the 14th?
"I imagine everyone is waiting for me to say something about the Chinese scam.
1) Barney Visser will make out like a bandit with his 18 cent options with dilution protection.
2) the PPS can't even hold the ASPIRE ten cent level...pathetic
3) I am going to vote my million shares AGAINST this proposal
4) The OTIS PR is false: Dong Guan Eontec has principally been involved with magnesium alloys...except for the Turing rumors, prior to this they have never advertised on their website any involvement with amorphous metals
5) What happened to "BRING JOBS BACK TO AMERICA"
6) What idiot thinks Liquidmetal will ever get any defense contracts MADE IN CHINA?
Folks...I think this "scam" SUCKS."

All it takes is reading the agreement and referencing back to the MTA - which clearly answers the question as an investor. Apple doesn't have to sign off on lqmt's business decisions but they do have to approve anything on IP within Crucible. They have issued security releases (I have seen them already from the USPTO office) back to Crucible in order to allow EONTEC access to the patents and applications that were included in the license to EONTEC. As a reference this was NOT done with the Visser settlement. Apple did sign off on intellectual property rights portion, as they are obligated under the MTA to handle all IP prosecution and infringement protection as that is what they wanted. I hope this makes people value IP more than ever versus dismissing it.
"(iii) Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, in order to comply with Section 2.6 of the Crucible License Agreement (as defined below), LMT and Eontec (and their permitted sublicensees, successors, and assigns) hereby grant to Crucible and reserve for Crucible (A) the right to take any and all actions necessary to defend the LMT Technology (as defined below) in any litigation or administrative proceedings in which Eontec or any permitted sublicensee, successor, or assign is a party and (B) the right to take any and all actions necessary to defend the LMT Technology in any litigation or administrative proceedings in which Eontec or any permitted sublicensee, successor, or assign is a party. Crucible is an intended third-party beneficiary of this paragraph. For purposes of this paragraph, the term “Crucible” means Crucible Intellectual Property, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and “Crucible License Agreement” means the Exclusive License Agreement, dated August 5, 2010, between LMT and Crucible. Solely for purposes of this paragraph and not for any other purpose in this Agreement, “LMT Technology” has the meaning set forth in the Master Transaction Agreement, dated August 5, 2010, among Apple Inc., LMT, Crucible, and Liquidmetal Coatings, LLC, as amended."
Here is section 2.6 of the MTA referenced above:
"CONFIDENTIAL
2.6
Subordination of Security Interest. Crucible has granted Apple a security interest in all of its assets, including, without limitation, the LMT Technology which is licensed to Apple pursuant to this Agreement. Crucible hereby agrees that in the event such security interest shall be enforced and, as a result of such enforcement, any of the LMT Technology shall be transferred to any person or entity, (a) such person or entity shall acquire or otherwise receive such LMT Technology subject to all rights, powers and privileges of Apple under this Agreement, (b) such acquirer may not interfere with or disturb Apple's use and enjoyment of such rights, powers and privileges, and (c) this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect as if such security interest had not been granted or enforced."
To think of this technologies potential look at this
http://www.prometaltech.com
This is die casting technology and look at bottom of page of who is there at prometaltech. If this company is up to something can you imagine what Apple is up to ?
For those that don't value intellectual property and how important it is. Apple issued a security release back to CIP for about 60% of all CIP patents and/or applications - to be licensed to eontec. Remember that the Apple MTA states that Apple is in charge of patent infringement prosecution. I am not saying that Apple blessed this agreement but they sure did make it clear not to mess around with the IP.

Ok thanks for listening. My life is not going down but you enjoy pal!
Don't give credit for the list provided by Watts, they are all listed on the Presentation. I respect everyone's thoughts and opinions, but I'd rather have Engel pulling the wagon than Visser. If I'm right or wrong on where lqmt can go, It will have same ending for me - I'll be content. Far more valuable things in life than disdain, resentment towards a choice we all made (for those with money in lqmt). Enjoy your time fellas/ladies I sure am!
- Coniam is NO Rasinger....
- The Engel machine they have is not the most current one that Engel is selling.
- Those 4xVPC machines are the Husky machines that an intelligent person found long time ago via UCC filings, now confirmed via those pictures and PPT. What kind of Frankenstein work has been done to them who knows.
- NO Vidal/Materion and NO Rasinger/Engel... Don't need any other interpretation of them not being there.
- hey Visser spent money on machines for racing parts for his team.
- Solo cups and chips in a cardboard box to their visitors....wowsers
Biggest pro Visser has is he spent the money for some good equipment minus the Husky Machines - since who knows what the heck they did to those to advertise them as amorphous metal casting. That's just my interpretation. Now complimenting. Steipp or lqmt, but the company they're in with is better than those pictures from Visser.
Had to break my silence ..... Couldn't attend so here's what I missed.

Click on Visser pictures and peruse.
Be sure to download the PPT too......
To all their own interpretation.
Bon voyage fellas! The board is no longer productive for me. I tried signing off last time but I came back, not this time. This stock will either go to zero or it will find a way to make people some money. Well seems like the Apple-Lqmt agreement keeps on going.....or else Apples accounts wouldn't be charged for IP prosecution from their contracted firms dated 2/8/16.
BOL!
For anyone on this board what would you conclude from the following statement:
My LQMT Pitch: I added 200000 shares to my enormous holdings of LQMT.
Bullish, Dovish, or Bearish?

Thanks to a good pal for sharing this update on the lqmt site:
New case study
http://liquidmetal.com/case-studies/
So putting that on this forum gets him the message? How about a call or sitting down in person? Would you like me to ask Tom to call you? Hey I have my reservations still and I've put them out there but not on a board.
I make my own decisions. Respect my mom and dad but I make my own decisions. Whatever works for you jolly....we will agree to disagree so best of luck!
I did, I sent him a Christmas gift plus another bonus. I'm just not bitter, because I made the choice to but $$$ in. Right now it hasn't gone as expected, but I see potential left. If it doesn't work I will look myself in the mirror and all I have to blame is me for the decision of not selling. There are people I know have been burned but they aren't bitter or wasting their time being miserable. This was a crapshoot when I chose to put money into, and I could live with that. I remember the days when I bought Apple under ten bucks, people would have called me crazy, Apple was going to die etc. I had the last laugh. When rite aid was at deaths door I took a gamble, good times! Then there were those like owning delta stock was a bad choice....woof that was bad!!! Forgot about ford and dendreon, they fetched some good coin. My last two gambles were ACTC, didn't pan out as I wished, and here we have lqmt, who I followed for years before buying, being older and maybe a little wiser I decided to hold out. Then I went in and said what the hell! Can't live life regretting or moaning about investment choices. It's easy to point the finger but no one has a weapon to ones head to stick with the pain of lqmt. If they do they obviously don't enjoy life as they should!
Right because the tiny amount used in the numbers within the dial frame is going to generate millions! Now what their r&d folks are working on through published ip, that expands the use.
+1, some folks just choose what they want to argue on this board about. Funny how Steipp didn't sell shares this past year in August but they don't bring that up. Oh wait if they do, they're going to argue that that's because they got those shares for free. :)
No I posted that yesterday under post 81890
The second application between Apple and Materion folks. This all started before Yurko went to Apple.

Very....since its byproduct of zirconium production process.
Yes...not sure that will suffice but thought it was worthwhile.
Hey a lot believe that Steipp is a puppet of Kangs to this day. If someone can share the proof to us investors then I think everyone would be all ears - since you must know something we don't? Hey the old timers know everything I forgot - what the hell what do I know I've only been around for years and years and years.
Maybe salas and Ogawa were the cost savings? :)
I'm sure to an extent yes, but I'm not the all knowing - so could be wrong.
Well time will tell. Only two possible outcomes, so we will see!
So your saying that what's reported to sec is cooked or something?
