Then it was your friend with whom I traded pm's...He was the one that never bought in.
Your portrayal of Shepp leaves out all the bad stuff associated with the affinity swindle he ran.....Care to see links to all the bad news?
And, none of his bio, as presented by NMC back in 2004, is verifiable using simple internet searches.
As soon as I watched that video which he narrated (the second version) I had him pegged as a mealy mouthed palm greaser who would say anything to sell his product....and one who knew nothing of mining.
Since I know a bit about mining, I knew this was a scam within hours of my DD start, back in Feb 2005. (I'd forgotten about HCCA, but knew of it back in 99-2000....)
Hi, were you the fella with whom I traded some pm's with about two months ago? I forget what login I used...I never made any public posts but after two pm's to bullmeover (I think he was the one) that asked some tough questions, I was booted. Obviously, he tattled on me.......
If you are the same guy, you're the one who was accused of having two personnas posting from the same IP.
That board's closed minded attitude toward tough questions is a joke.
One would think that reality would set in for them...the reality that this latest news is pretty much meaningless. The real picture was shown in their disclosure doc where they did come pretty clean.
As a shareholder, you oughta call Magee...(I have his number) and ask him why the heck he got involved...He, as all the board and Shepp, are obviously clueless about real mining.
IMO, they were never anything but a shell....they did put out a lot of news that was almost certainly bogus.
Um, don'tcha mean he's down 40% or so, that's if he actually exercised any options back when the stock was higher....?
But Tim, if the company never realizes revenue, or reaches .006 and higher, based on that info, Shepp won't get much....
They might play around a little with it. But their main role is just to match up retail orders, since there's no official bid/ask.
Main reason the stock doesn't move much are:
Relative to the o/s, the volume is low.
As is shown by the large number of PP believers, many are reluctant to sell. Some of the selling is likely more dilution, as the company still has shares to sell.
And, since many still think the co will be sold, they'll still buy.
I'm convinced that some of the volume over the years has been from the company or insiders churning, to give the appearance of higher volume, to mask the share dilution.
This could be why the stock hasn't crashed as badly as some penny stocks do.
Wow, look where this shell has gone:

In my Scottrade account I purchased my ANYT during the time that this was TWOG. Each share of ANYT shows in my Gainskeeper as having cost me $363,300 each. My Ameritrade account bought ANYT during the time that this was SBMI at $8.70 so... Yeah...I can see that there may be some digruntled shareholders here. Great Shell. Hope you got a real deal on it. ~ASW~
*****************
He missed CEVU. After the failed ILGY stock swap, TWOG became CEVU, then SBMI....each time a big r/s.....
And your point is? So a measly $8000 or so was bought. Still .0035 on the low end. First day in a while that a fair bit more was bought than sold. Meaningless, pretty much.
bingo....and thus my tongue-in-cheek offer for the certs....
Cool!
Hey, Janice, do you have any lira kicking around? will $10 buy 10mm of 'em......?
Don't trip over the next guy asking the seller to relist.
Shoot, I'd offer him 10,000,000 in a heartbeat, for such a piece o' history......
...
...
in Italian lira
I doubt that happened. No one could be that dumb.
The sale doesn't show up in either person's completed auction list.
There needs to be a 15c2-11 filed, then an MM can decide to provide a bid/ask. This is the only difference between grey and the lowest pink listing, I think.
NMC is grey, thus no official bid/ask....
I'll answer that as best I can, iknowaguy.
I think it was only a few months after HCCA was revoked, that Furlong registered NMCX. He may have known it wasn't cool, but, later, around late Feb, '04, the story is, that some MM noticed the symbol, and provided a bid/ask...which allowed trading to start.
Had the SEC noticed that it was the exact same shares, same company, principals, and stockholders, they may have pulled the registration.
But grey/pink stocks don't normally draw their attention much, at least those that aren't fully reporting.
He was banned for a week--for personal attacks... denigrating alba, I believe. He goes by alias_1099 on RB, and n_p on the FreeRealTime board...same ole tired modus operandi.
Whast corporate filings? Besides the ones to Az and Nv....big deal. If they filed an audit, and it was similar to their recent nonsense, the SEC would come down on them quickly....
The SEC already got HCCA, Furlong and Pietrzak, without actually using the word scam But we all know what that was, and NMC is the exact same bs.
Wrong. Many investors are naive about penny scams, and have no place investing in microcap stocks. Truthseeking serves a purpose...and, in my experience, with a good 50 or so stocks that I'm aware of or have followed, we are almost never wrong.
I don't care about the price of a stock, and don't want to influence it, but do care about needless losses that occur. Personally, I've been thanked by more than a few who I've helped see the light.
That's a common and tired response from believers, gary....
You should look at other scam stocks like CSHD, CMKX and PAIM/ZNXT, which have way more following that this pig. There is much to learn from folks like Janice Shell and JIm Bishop, as to why they continue to follow scams.
These markets need cleaning up, and without us truthseekers, the pumpers and scamming low life companies will more easily continue their wallet robbing.
So, does NMC actually have a CUSIP number? I guess they do, or they couldn't trade at all?
Re BX, I sent a query to their IR dept about this issue. I'll not be surprised if they have a hard time even finding out who (if anyone) at BX made this "agreement"
Yup, samples, pathetic, ain't it?!
That's cool, but all that work is wasted if valid assays prove what we've been saying all along, that the SV dirt is....
..dirt.
gotta be loyal to yer uncle!!
Blablabla.....
Who cares if BG, symbol BX (who is BS?) price went down since it IPO'd? That fact was irrelevant, and I didn't really need to mention it. They're a legit company, NMC is a wannabe....
Besides, who knows which BG NMC is dealing with, if they are in fact at all. It wouldn't be the first time that a stinkie pinkie put out info that isn't accurate.
And who is ML???
or I might be spot on.....I like the odds that I'm right...
Umm, thre's more than one BG.... http://www.bgglobal.com/main.taf?p=4
Volume was 35 mm.....and no, it wasn't "major"
Most stuckholders are still hoping for a miracle.
meaningless.... read my post...this is grey sheet garbage.
Volume is back to normal this morning. Yesterday, obviously people knew something...maybe they posted the disclosure on the website earlier...or the word of it leaked out.
Samples, also in there is the admission that the earlier registration of HCCA was revoked. I think the assumption by NMC is, that if they tried to file for the BB, that the SEC would instantly flag them and refuse the listing. Which tells me that all this time, NMC should never have been trading, but that the SEC has ignored them....
Your thoughts, you too, alba...
No they don't. There is NO deal, yet...and may never be one, as is plainly stated.
And what does BG know about shopping a worthless mining scam....or even one of value.
Hint, there is no value....any junior mining company that has substantial proven value might entertain unsolicited offers from major mining companies. NMC has only one bogus/failed ore sale from a guy who is very shady, and may well have been a crony of Furlong's.
Atlanta, no need to feel sorry for us truthseekers. As you can see, we are right.
Save for you and a couple others, the rest of the lemmings are on PP where they didn't have to face facts or be ridiculed.
I'd love to see what the mood is over there now that all the rumors but one have been shot to hel l....why not tell us. I know you're active there...
I see they IPO'd in July and have since lost 60% of their value.....ouch....symbol BX
Well well well, they came clean:
Some highlights of the disclosure document:
"We are uncertain that we can sell our mineral concentrates as is"
Lease has expired
previous test results by independant assayers may prove inaccurate.
"Our former officers are, and we may become, the subject of investigations, indictments, and litigation"
There may be further dilution.....
**********
No wonder the price dropped today..
That document presents a pretty accurate look at this sorry company.
I wonder if this Blackstone group has any experience selling a scam mining outfit?......
Actually, it's about $50,000......
Sure, atlanta, but most telling is the price and direction.
along with nothing but a few laughable rumors..
The company is a scam, period.
re the Pt board, remember the pm I sent ya at Mick's dormant board? I think I told ya they banned me again...and all I'd done was send one turkey tattletale two pm's.......
Ouch, .0035 for 2.78mm shares?:
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=trades&cb=1200515624&btn=s_ok&symbol=PINK%3ANMCX&s_symbol_search=PINK%3ANMCX
Is the company dumping again?
Or are the natives finally getting restless (or wising up) and selling?
kinda like NMC....no substance..
and nearly comatose of late..no trades yet.
dang it another dbl post, sorry...
the board is slow and I hit submit twice.....
to answer your question, on the main page . type NMCX, then quote, then trades........ choose pink rather than other OTC, then a bid/ask will come up, and the site gives an idea of buy versus sell volume.
Anybody's guess, alba. With the huge o/s, and surely a few disgruntled shareholders, it could be normal selling....the volume is pretty low.
Company could well be slowly dumping a few shares....they've got plenty...and are under no obligation to report that I know of....I recall that in 2006, there were a couple REG DEX's filed......
Amazing buying frenzy, eh, samples?! Even the crazy rumors aren't doing any good....
Hey, I was talking about ya:
http://ragingbull.quote.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=NMCX&read=67314
REad the iBox, gary. It's all factual. I think some of the actions occurred after Shepp had left. And I reckon calling it a swindle was a stretch..... but a scheme, yes
