Dillution ended this month as company is now generating enough revenues to sustain current operations! In a few weeks (mid March) when the big industrial client project starts they will be generating enough revenue to not only sustain operations but to grow them!!
.01 plus by end of next week imo
Deal is done! Actual Production to begin in about 4 weeks.
Mwwc is making the turn according to ceo big news expected within weeks.
Channeling stock opportunity *mwwc* the real deal.
***mwwc*** Big news expected within weeks. Multimillion dollar contract with major industrial client fortune 500 company. This is the real deal. Now is an opportunity to get in at the bottom. Take advantage of this imo.
$$mwwc$$...big news expected within weeks. This is the real deal, opportunity to get in at the low. Dont miss this one imo.
I would expect more contracts to be announced in the weeks ahead besides the big industrial client.
.01+ by end of next week imo. Investors will start to realize all the bad quarters are now behind us and only good news from here on out.
How is level 2 today?
I agree, this next run will be the real one. No looking back. We'll be getting a continuation of increasing revenues.
Yes, BUT...Stocks never trade at one times revenue or one times earnings so in all actuality a true value would be much more than that!
Yes, the real climb to over a nickel and beyond starts now. Remember this post. :)
I definitely agree
With say 200 million shares (per Ranier) outstanding and say 5 million in revenue we would be looking at a fair valuation for this company at around .12 at 5 times revenue. That is doable by the end of this year. In regards to next year if the company can grow its revenue to around 10 million which is very possible and even likely we would be looking at a fair valuation of around .25 here.
Heading back to .01+ em
I have a feeling there are additional new contracts besides the "industrial client".
I agree...this explains it all from the 10Q...
"Unfortunately, the complexity of our partners' engineering and pre-production process has taken longer than initially anticipated and distorted our 1st Quarter financial results. The entire MWW team is completely committed to making 2012 the turn-around year for MWW. We are confident that we will improve upon our 1st quarter performance significantly beginning in the quarters ahead and throughout 2012 and 2013."
"The Company has now been quoting on only large and more profitable paint projects and has already begun production for some of the new programs for 2012 and 2013. These programs are expected to provide continued and significant revenue growth during 2012 and the years ahead and improve the Company's bottom line."
News coming in the weeks ahead!
2ND QUARTER RESULTS WILL PUT EVERYTHING IN MOTION!
What happened.
Today is the day to buy.
Without news we'll see .003's for su re
If we do see .003's today they shouldnt last long before we are back into .004's
10Q stated 20 million of the 150mil plus rfq's currently waiting for final sign off
Big News tomorrow? New contract?
I agree the 10q is already factored into the share price. The only negative impact is and always has been the convertible financing.
I would like to see Mr. Rainer buy some more shares on the open market and then PR it with a "company outlook"!
We are trusting Mr. Rainer at this point that what he told us at the conference call is the truth. If that is the case, we should be able to generate enough revenue to triumph over everything. The big question is then do we TRUST Mr. Rainer? Afterall, he is the one who told us that those shareholders who get in early (now) will be rewarded. I like to take people for their word.
***Here is one thing I noticed: Sounds to me like a lot of what took place in the first quarter won't actually show up until 2nd quarter. Management might have a plan up their sleeve. A nice pr campaign to run the stock back up and then BAM better than expected 2Q earnings.
"The Company defers any revenue for which the product has not been delivered or services has not been rendered or is subject to refund until such time that the Company and the customer jointly determine that the product has been delivered or services has been rendered or no refund will be required."
"Revenues on the sale of products, net of estimated costs of returns and allowance, are recognized at the time products are shipped to customers, legal title has passed, and all significant contractual obligations of the Company have been satisfied. Products are generally sold on open accounts under credit terms customary to the geographic region of distribution. The Company performs ongoing credit evaluations of the customers and generally does not require collateral to secure the accounts receivable."
I'm not sure about that. em
So in other words there would be 394,521,257 shares outstanding if all note holders decided to convert? So in other words at some point the OS count will climb to that amount?
Am I seeing this right?? 394,521,257 shares outstanding once all notes are converted?
Hire hurtzzz, hire hurtzzz, hire hurtzzz!!!
What r the sizes of the notes yet to go through, im out on my phone and cant view the report yet
New Holland news with revenue projections will send us even higher.
Revenue News will send us back over a penny.
you know. em
With the promise that the OS will not go above 200 mil this serves as a tremendous buying opportunity given our future revenue growth expectations. Now if Rainer is lying then thats a whole other story.
Well, we are already in the second quarter...so we should start seeing or hearing about results now!
