I am aware of a few that Re and have been late with news and are doing well anyway.
Steve delivered information less than 24hrs after October 31. Not a big deal. At least he gave us information on the delay with EEGI instead of going underground like others and hearing nothing. Pretty respectable if you ask me. Shows integrity.... Doing the right thing despite the cries.
We shall find out soon enough what Steve's plan is, and also where EEGI will be heading.
Exciting times to come!
Go EEGI!
Go STEVE!
This could get very exciting at EEGI pretty soon. In my opinion.... It will be.
Go EEGI
Great things coming for EEGI!
I would say the first two. Shell was already sold. That post was to show it is more than a filing fee to acquire the EEGI shell. They state it was a clean shell and no liabilities for the new Co with purchase.
That is what they stated.
I must have missed it. Did Steve release another deadline for EEGI that I overlooked?
Can we get a recap of the information about the second deadline coming for EEGI from Steve? Would be much appreciated.
Patiently waiting.
Go EEGI
Shell's like EEGI and so many others come with a price tag before an ownership fee.
Shell companies are not free all as any other publicly traded company.
EEGI came with a price tag of its own.
Go EEGI!
Are you 100% positive that EEGI shouldn't be waiting on approval from the SEC? If so, can you explain why?
It is on the way. EEGI I will have it's day soon. The patient will be happy in my opinion.
$$$$ EEGI $$$$
He stated basically the same thing on Twitter (social media) before he sent email replies. Check the dates. There goes the illegal myth. Nothing more to say. Incorrect information and legal.
Again... Nobody cares that the word scam is pumped here either.
Second... You should adhere to your first rule.
Bogus pr's, dilution, failed business and ideas, constantly changing CEO's, stop signs, a CEO who has already lied via an illegal means to certain people prove it IS AND ALWAYS HAS BEEN A SCAM.
Proven? Lol.
Pay for ownership change? Lmao.
A shell is purchased....
New to this? Lmfao!!!!!!!
EEGI
Nice edit man on EEGI. It almost sounds better that way. Not really though.
We would all love the links or screenshots of all the arrests, indictments, and convictions of all the people involved with EEGI past. Then the same for the current CEO please...
Thanks...
Waiting...
Waiting....
Waiting........
Go EEGI!
Excellent post! That is great and works well with EEGI!
Go EEGI!
Loaded with EEGI already.
Patiently awaiting the news when Steve is ready to release it.
Go EEGI!
Nothing hilarious about defamation of anyone's character without actual facts to make.it absolute truth sir.
No matter what has been seen or not... The statements made can have legal.consequences. Good luck.
It appears as though EEGI was purchased legally for $35000.
Not my risk....
It got me several thousand dollars sir.
Not at all... Be patient. He gave information on the delay.
Ridiculous assumption...
Or the legal way to purchase a shell company which will cost someone more, and will keep.someone out of prison for illegal activity...

slander
n. oral defamation, in which someone tells one or more persons an untruth about another, which untruth will harm the reputation of the person defamed. Slander is a civil wrong (tort) and can be the basis for a lawsuit. Damages (payoff for worth) for slander may be limited to actual (special) damages unless there is malicious intent, since such damages are usually difficult to specify and harder to prove. Some statements, such as an untrue accusation of having committed a crime, having a loathsome disease or being unable to perform one's occupation, are treated as slander per se since the harm and malice are obvious and therefore usually result in general and even punitive damage recovery by the person harmed. Words spoken over the air on television or radio are treated as libel (written defamation) and not slander on the theory that broadcasting reaches a large audience as much as if not more than printed publications.
defamation
n. the act of making untrue statements about another which damages his/her reputation. If the defamatory statement is printed or broadcast over the media it is libel and, if only oral, it is slander. Public figures, including officeholders and candidates, have to show that the defamation was made with malicious intent and was not just fair comment. Damages for slander may be limited to actual (special) damages unless there is malice. Some statements such as an accusation of having committed a crime, having a feared disease or being unable to perform one's occupation are called libel per se or slander per se and can more easily lead to large money awards in court and even punitive damage recovery by the person harmed. Most states provide for a demand for a printed retraction of defamation and only allow a lawsuit if there is no such admission of error.
libel
1) n. to publish in print (including pictures), writing or broadcast through radio, television or film, an untruth about another which will do harm to that person or his/her reputation, by tending to bring the target into ridicule, hatred, scorn or contempt of others. Libel is the written or broadcast form of defamation, distinguished from slander, which is oral defamation. It is a tort (civil wrong) making the person or entity (like a newspaper, magazine or political organization) open to a lawsuit for damages by the person who can prove the statement about him/her was a lie. Publication need only be to one person, but it must be a statement which claims to be fact and is not clearly identified as an opinion. While it is sometimes said that the person making the libelous statement must have been intentional and malicious, actually it need only be obvious that the statement would do harm and is untrue. Proof of malice, however, does allow a party defamed to sue for general damages for damage to reputation, while an inadvertent libel limits the damages to actual harm (such as loss of business) called special damages. Libel per se involves statements so vicious that malice is assumed and does not require a proof of intent to get an award of general damages. Libel against the reputation of a person who has died will allow surviving members of the family to bring an action for damages. Most states provide for a party defamed by a periodical to demand a published retraction. If the correction is made, then there is no right to file a lawsuit. Governmental bodies are supposedly immune to actions for libel on the basis that there could be no intent by a non-personal entity, and further, public records are exempt from claims of libel. However, there is at least one known case in which there was a financial settlement as well as a published correction when a state government newsletter incorrectly stated that a dentist had been disciplined for illegal conduct. The rules covering libel against a "public figure" (particularly a political or governmental person) are special, based on U.S. Supreme Court decisions. The key is that to uphold the right to express opinions or fair comment on public figures, the libel must be malicious to constitute grounds for a lawsuit for damages. Minor errors in reporting are not libel, such as saying Mrs. Jones was 55 when she was only 48, or getting an address or title incorrect. 2) v. to broadcast or publish a written defamatory statement.
Is that not considered slander???
10yrsworth of historical data still disproves claims of pps being .0001 for 20yrs. So what if the pps was at .0001 20yrs ago. Makes absolutely zero sense on that. What if I claimed that 4yrs ago to the day the pps was .0004? What does that matter today? Answer: it doesn't.
Go EEGI!
Not in agreement. News is coming. Relax.
Steve will give the news when the red tape is taken care of with EEGI. In my opinion you will be happy you are here.
Good luck.
As always!
GO EEGI!
I am guessing that some have never experienced anything where they could not deliver on a deadline, and possibly for circumstances beyond their control. Been there a few times in life, and I am sure Steve and others have also. Some probably have not had that experience. That is all fine and good. Being one who has been there; I am perfectly satisfied being updated in less that 24hrs or the situation. I'm good with that.
Patiently awaiting the news.
GO EEGI!
Funny how you think I said "news" when I said "information"
In all reality Steve was less than 24 hours late with his information. Lol
If it was a very simple process to merge a shell; we would all have our own. .
In my opinion... I am very happy that Steve delivered some information to us on November 1st even though he was not able to provide all of that information about EEGI that we wanted.
We will all know everything soon enough. One thing Steve did was to show that he is working on things with EEGI. No scam in that. Integrity! Showing he is not just sitting around doing nothing. Delivered something for us in less than 24hrs of October 31.
It was a catch 22 for Steve regardless of waiting or to give what he could about EEGI November 1st. That can be seen by reviewing the past couple months of postings on the board.
Scammed if you do; scammed if you don't!
GO Steve!!!
GO EEGI!!!!
I agree Money.... Steve's credibility is not in question here. Steve delivered what he could. I believe EEGI is in good hands, and Steve is showing that he has been working on things. Things should head north soon.
EEGI
Laughable.
Delivered the news he could November 1st. I do not call that a lie. I call that integrity.
Yes. Awaiting the rest of the news after the red tape holdup, and it isn't waiting for a response/s from the SEC.. . Lol.
Steve will deliver and EEGI will have it's day soon enough.
GO EEGI!
GO STEVE!
