"a standard COTS fluorimeter..machine that uses the current technologies...(not ours) are "not" able to identify fentynl"
Wrongo Pagster.
A refractometer cannot, a fluorimeter can.
Paige, Paige, Paige.... did you miss my point entirely.
We know they're developing more signatures, not because of your detective work, but because they told us they were.
BTW, if the Myth Gun works, it will not be capable of distinguishing between d-meth, l-meth or a racemic mixture (d,l-meth).
Please don't tell me they claimed they could! LOL
Paige, could you please explain your logic here?
"Here is something out of the sec filings that is a discription of our Tech...
This is interesting to me
Our chemical detection products are based upon the use of either x-ray fluorescence or ultraviolet fluorescence technology.
In systems using our proprietary technologies, an energy source (either x-ray or ultraviolet) is directed toward the target area. The energy source focused on the target area fluoresces, or causes excitation of electrons in, the target.
>>>>When I read this I know we are building up our Signatures with the uv because like Raiderman says..Uv seems to be an easier way to entrance...as in a trace detection device.."
Other than the fact MP and TS told us in the CC that they were adding signatures to Valimed, how on earth do you reach your conclusion based on the above?
You're still trying to pull rabbits out of your hat my dear.
BWAAAAA...Hahahahahahahahahaha(burp)! EOM
There ya go Crow!
37. Never call a technology "revolutionary" if you acquired it from a laboratory dumpster where your big brother works.
36. Never write CEO statements which strongly suggest the company has a prime contract with the U.S. Army when the company is not even listed in the Central Contract Registery (CCR) database.
If you decide to take a calculated risk, make sure that none of the so-called bashers (spit) are government contracting specialists. "Never do that, ever." (TM- Xeno)
Especially if the contracting official is a very brainy and canny Scot that has been following the history of the scamco for years.
34. Do not refuse the offer when lmorovan voluteers to become the new CEO. The company could have done worst- and they did. lmorovan would have stepped in for only $250,000.00 per year, excepted a more modest stock option package, lived up to shareholder expectation since shareholders wouldn't expect much, not insulted PP investors, and resigned on queue when the company announced that they would consolidate operations by moving their two drawer filing cabinet from Rockville to Tucson.
Well, well, well... it looks like I can post over here during happy hour! LOL
32. Never allow the company's official shill to post on investment message boards trying to cover-up for the alleged "new inventor" of the "revolutionary" tech. In particular, don't allow him to make claims that: 1) the inventor was too busy in the lab to know that his test reports were being falsified by management 2) the inventor never knew the value of his stock had sky-rocketed from $.5 - 5.00 based on those false test reports 3) the inventor was too busy to practice his bass for the next gig with the Dixie Cats.
OK, better archive them, they may go bye-bye.
Sand, if you see a duplicate number just edited it like I just did.
29. Never use LN2 as part of a demo just to razzle and dazzle your audience. A reasonably intelligent person knows that any device requiring LN2 to operate will not have practical applications, especially when the devices intended use is for remote locations in the field to eliminate landmines forever.
Always make sure the device as been upgraded with the special Shriver optics package before the show so LN2 is no longer required.
28. Never have your company's inventor and noted Physicist absentmindedly stand in front of the x-ray beam during a mock demonstration at the SPIE convention. Never allow the audience to watch as the company's future "real inventor" operating the bench-top prototype quietly directs the inventor away from where the imaginary x-ray beam is suppose to be with a glance of his eyes.
Bam, bam, Xeno's silver hammer came down upon his head....
Paige, you can also find mention of ELF if you look.
Same game different carrot.
"My Retail "is" separate from the Salon..We have two different Business Names.."
Which one is incorporated?
Ya think she'da already thunk dat angle.
"...as far as 1099's .. My small business's already get them"
Change your core business. Either you and all your stylist become "employees" or your core business no longer engages in a similar business.
Do you have a cosmetic line?
Do you have a private label line?
Do you sell the hair coloring to your stylists or is it included in your cut?
There are plenty of business models out there which you can adopt to circumvent the burden of having employees.
It sounds like you have a C corp with a bunch of DBA's feeding off of it?
Change your core business structure. Everyone, including yourself become 1099's.
The core business is no longer hair styling.
Kapeesh?
Xeno!..... 100? I thought you were going to propose 30! My-oh-my you have huevos!
Seconded.
Paige, there's a loop hole around that. :)
"A potential drawback is that this equipment is significantly more expensive than refractometry." (Valimed)
"Refractometers are relatively inexpensive and easy-to-use measure of the diversion detection."
"one significant drawback of refractometry is that the refractive indices of concentrated fentanyl and sufentanyl are identical to the index of distilled water.
Volume 42, April 2007
It would appear that a refractometer is simple-to-use and works well for the vast majority of narcotic returns. The few drawbacks where Valimed offers a solution to the problem is not enough to warrant purchasing an expensive new toy.
Even when heavily discounted at 38%.
My nomination for No. 1 BSer (spanning all boards) is.......
INET
I can no longer distinguish an apology from pure BS!
Yeap.... There's nothing left. What haven't we said already. It escapes me to see people like yourself STILL believing what these people say after all the years of deceit.
Geez, some shareholders even took MP's tricky words to heart and believe, even to this day, that CDEx had a real, honest-to-goodness, good ole Army contract.
They just can't believe they were fooled by tricky worded MalSpeak.
Heck, if the so-called bashers (spit) don't point these things out to you guys, you woudn't even know it was happening!
If you wanna get screwed at least enjoy it!
More BS Paige!
The ELF/EM-1/PCSentry9300 neural network talk was a bunch of BS IMO.
Just like the heads-up display with GPS.
BS.
15. Never have a CEO preach the bible during the course of business, conduct prayer at SHM's, target religious folks for PP subscriptions, and post on investment message boards under a moniker which allegedly represents his favorite bible verse- Philips 43:16.
13. Never allow a CEO to dump 2 million of his personal shares into the open market during the peak of a P&D. Especially after company management claimed that no one is going to sell until the PPS hits $10. And especially after he learns a damaging WSJ article is about to be published.
Make that 20 things.....
10. Never hire your son-in-law at $300K/year and with a million dollars of stock bonuses when no one knows exactly what it is he does for the company. And when he quits two years later after 1.6 million dollars of company money has been wasted, no one knows what he did for the company.
3. Never allow your on-line stock promoter to over sale hope:
http://ragingbull.quote.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=CLB01212&read=22831
(Note: Read the last paragraph of this sales pitch. It appears this promoter predicted the conference call events with uncanny accuracy.)
1. Never cut a technology transfer deal with a penny stock scamco which was once a Canadian restaurant chain called Grama's Kitchen.
What are 10 things a successful penny stock scamco should never do?
(please paste your submissions onto this post.)
2. Never claim a technology works 100% with no known obstacles to overcome before production... then backburner it (in the short term- LOL).
3.?
4.?
5.?
6.?
7.?
8.?
9.?
10.?
What is the current Loch equivalent PPS?.....
.19/45.3 = .0042
Adjusting for dilution when authorized shares went from 40 million to 50 million....
.0042 x .75 = .0031
Now, with authorization at 100 million we must review the upcoming Q2 and check out "product sales" to make our next dilution adjustment.
We wait.
I haven't received it yet. Might have to give them a call myself.
Raiderman is a very important man, he has people to meet, papers to sign and places to go. He might have forgotten.
Paige........
But how many shares have I sold?
"whatever happened to Raider's "$7.50 a share by end of the year" - LOL!"
Whatever happen to the Valimed brochure he claimed Baxa was sending him?
How can one conclude that the slots are the money makers? Because there's so damn many of them. In fact, one could conduct a complete course of Marketing 101 by studying the layout of a casino floor.
All casino floors are layed out very similarly. The slots have the best odds for the house and take up the most floor space. Craps has one of the lowest odds for the house (still >50%) and takes up a relatively small amout of floors space. Blackjack and other games fall in between.
And of course, if you want to play the card games you have to meander your way through the stategically placed slot machines surrounding the card tables in most casinos.
Another example of space utilization is the Craps table itself. If you study the board real estate you will notice that most of it is devoted to sucker bets with odds highly favoring the house. Someone that doesn't know the game can be intimidated when looking at all the clutter. In reality, the ony thing you should be playing are the numbers (w/ odds)-the rest of the board is garbage.
How does this relate to Loch/CDEX?
Heck, I don't know. (TM- Crow)
HEY!! There's plenty of room on that list Xeno and I were just discussing... IYKWIMAITYD.
