You're welcome Diego, and like my Mexican Grandfather Carlos would say to me, "Vaya con Dios" mi amigo. He has never let me down and I believe He will help protect our troops in getting them the cyber shield they need. Whether that is Mobile Trust or not I leave in the capable hands of the PhD's at US Cyber Command & DISA. I am just grateful SFOR got a chance at bat with the DOD/CIO at the Pentagon. Now, it's up to the experts.
Thanks Jtech. I hope you have gone with me and have written your Senator and Representative. A letter comming from their constituent carries a lot more weight than from an out-of-stater like me.
You're probably right. We'll have to parse it out from accounts receivable. But, that's fine with me as long as it helps the bottom line. Once people see the additional revenue streams & SFOR's improving financials it'll be off to the races pps wise IMHO.
Thank you for posting that encouraging article! The repeal of the coal mining ban in a week or so will help the industry. This comes quickly on the heels of repealing the stream regulation. President Trump continues to work on his pledge to coal miners.
CCTC officials are currently meeting with Gillette WY officials & the D.O.E. I'm looking forward to the next couple of weeks when news of the ban lifting & that meeting hits the wires. GLTA!
"I am long and will resort to prayer...if that's what it takes". Today with my letter to the new Director of National Intelligence Coats I conclude my writing campaign. I have written, as advised by a senior Congressional staffer: Pentagon Generals, Admirals & senior Civil Servants, 100 Senators, 435 House of Representatives and the most senior officials in the US Government having any input on solving the military issue I-Phone COMSEC problem. I have written them of the potential SFOR solution, Mobile Trust, version 3. Among them was the past and current Commander-In-Chiefs.
I started this effort in June walking into the 4 field offices of the Maine delegation and briefing their staff. I end it now, like you, in prayer to the Supreme Commander-In-Chief, humbly asking that this chink in our troops armor be filled with the best defensive software. Like you, and others on this board, I believe in the power of prayer! Long & Strong SFOR.
Dear Director Coats,
Due to your depth and breadth of experience I was greatly encouraged to hear President Trump name you to be his Director of National Intelligence. I’m writing to you at the urging of my Congressman Poliquin’s senior field staffer Tim Gallant, a retired USN CPO. As a retired military intelligence officer and former HQ/EUCOM member, I was alarmed when I read EUCOM’s Lt/Gen Ben Hodges AFN interview in Poland during the NATO Operation Anaconda field exercise in June. In it he stated: “Neither (unclassified) radio communications nor email are secure” and “I assume everything I write on my BlackBerry is being monitored.” I believe he’s absolutely right! This COMSEC problem can become an OPSEC one with dire consequences in the near future by helping enable enemy targeteers to put guided munitions on American facilities, equipment and personnel, as I did to our country’s enemies while serving as an Air Force targets intelligence officer. As you are aware, General Hodges’ five mobile brigades recently deployed to Eastern European NATO allies without adequate defensive software on their (U) mobiles. A 2/23/17 BBC article reported that Russian information troops were cyber attacking them!
Last winter I became concerned about protecting my personal and financial information from hackers. I found out that the anti-virus programs out there fail to protect against the zero day attacks that key-loggers and click-jackers use. I wanted multi-layered defense and anti-screen capture capabilities. I read that “Silicon Review” recognizes Strike Force Technologies as the world’s leading provider of patented, military grade keystroke encryption, out of band authentication and 2 factor authentication. I purchased via Amazon and installed their Mobile Trust product on my mobile device. I also encouraged family and friends to do likewise.
As you are aware, our military is switching from Androids to the Chinese made I-Phone 6. These issue I-Phones have inadequate protection against hacking and exploitation by hostile intelligence services, exposing them to be found, targeted and killed, preventing mission success. American forces now deploy with these I-Phones.
Mobile Trust version 3 is now being sold in brick and mortar stores nationwide. It was easy to install, costs $30 a year for two I-phones, does not slow things down or cause any other problems. I did this only after Strike Force Technologies settled with Microsoft over patent infringement in January, 2016. In full disclosure, I was so impressed with Mobile Trust that I even bought some SFOR stock. Please consider getting our military members, something to fix this tremendous COMSEC problem. I don’t even care if it’s Mobile Trust! They just need something better than the standard consumer encryption Apple provides its I-Phone 6. It is nowhere near the level of protection they need. View this as a serious chink in their armor to be filled before the next conflict.
With the recent passage and signature into law of H.R. 5293-DOD Appropriations Act, 2017 funds are finally available to do this. Thank you for considering my request. If I can be of any further service to you or our country in this matter please don’t hesitate to e-mail, call or mail me at: personal contact information withheld.
Sincerely,

Hand carried to the Post Office & sent via first class mail today.
That's a reasonable & logical future projection IMHO.
"(in 10-Q now)" Are you referring to the 1st Q of 2017 or the 10-K that is due out in mid-April?
Correct. "Buy right, sit tight" Jesse Livermore, the 20th century's greatest stock trader. Through extensive DD shared here I and other longs know what we own. SFOR is the right company, with the right products, at the right time IMHO.
Yeah and that money on hand came in part from the increasing sales Mark spoke of when he said an R/S wasn't needed.
Ram created a foundation stone of cyber security. Seriously, what price tag do you put on that IP? It's not chump change IMHO. I also disagree with your 2 year estimate. Much depends on what companies are on the next hit list of infringers. If something like Google is on it would make more sense for them to buy SFOR out. A $Billion offer is easily affordable to a company that size. It also protects them from possible treble damages and enables them to recoup the SFOR purchase price through continuing litigation against other infringers.
IMHO a $ Billion offer would be hard to refuse. That figures to around 47 cents a share.
According to the article I read potential sites for plant relocation. There was one shuttered mine in particular in Gillette that was close to rail transportation.
After leaving office Winston Churchill, who was no quitter, went on the lecture circuit. At one fancy dinner he got up & gave his shortest speech.
"Never, never, never, never, never, give up!" He sat down to thunderous applause. Long & Strong SFOR!
Yeah, I do for one reason above all else. Those assistants in place want to keep their jobs. They are career bureaucrats. They know the political wind has changed. They realize if they continue to enforce the Obama anti-coal policy it'll catch up with them when Trump appointees populate the D.O.E. They have grown accustom to their lifestyle and don't want to endanger it.
New Director National Intelligence, Senator Dan Coats (good confirmation hearing held, vote pending) can be written at the following address: Office of the Director of National Intelligence
Washington, DC 20511. Inform Director Coats about the potential SFOR solution to the military issue I-Phone COMSEC problem, Mobile Trust, version 3 as I am doing. Every letter counts! Thank you for helping get America's best the world's best defensive software.
If you think when the POTUS commits himself to the coal industry it's "meaningless to this company" you're mistaken IMHO. His statement to the country tonight about "stopping a regulation that threatens the future and livelihoods of our great coal miners" underscores that commitment. Trump dig coal! He wants more coal industry jobs and coal exports. CCTC's Pristine process enables the dust free handling and stabilized shipping of processed PRB coal. It offers value added by: increasing the BTU content, decreasing the sulfur, mercury and moisture. This makes PRB coal now economical to export overseas. You think all that is "meaningless" to the Trump Administration's DOE who is meeting this week with CCTC in economically depressed Gillette WY? LOL!
Because of the Good Friday market holiday the no later than date is 17 April. That's based on the tradition that the company asks for and gets a 10-K filing extension from the SEC.
I tried. I sent him a copy of Mobile Trust, version 3 via Amazon when his insecure android made headlines. But the mail security screening cycle for the WH is around 3 weeks. So, his West Wing staffer didn't get it in time. It should be there in another week or so. Maybe next speech!
Today, former Senator Dan Coats had his nomination hearing. It went well. The Senate vote on his nomination should take place shortly. I expect approval. Consequently, I will be writing our next Director of National Intelligence tomorrow. I will be informing him of the SFOR potential solution to the military issue I-Phone COMSEC problem, Mobile Trust, version 3.
Interesting possibility! Thank you for sharing that insight with us.
That's assuming there were no legally binding non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
If that company had the IP I needed, yes.
Thank you for the courtesy of an answer. As far as "what I want" that is of no consequence, I needed an honest opinion.
I asked you 1.) What does this mean? and 2) Could there be a buyout in progress? How about the courtesy of an answer?
Assumptions? I asked you two simple, direct questions.
O.K. besides HSN or QVC who in your opinion could it be?
O.K. ACS is promoting keystroke encryption but Strikeforce Technologies is not on the partner list. Given that ACS produces no defensive software of its own but is a vendor for others like SFOR's what do you think it means? Is a buyout in progress possible?
So you're saying SFOR's defensive software could be sandwiched in-between handbags and chainsaws. Not logically grouped when other software is scheduled for viewing. I don't think so.
"5 more infringers and new attorneys so they can not slow down and keep these 3 going as they start new" was not something I recall writing. "Somebody like me" must have.
SFOR is like a flea jumping on the backs of some very large dogs.
Let's take the "TV shopping" promotion. You think a small vendor like SFOR can dictate to HSN or QVC when they will be given air time? Do you think Mark could contest rescheduling? Nope, the "TV shopping" outlet calls the shots, not the vendors. Call me wildly optimistic bit I believe it will still happen whenever that big dog schedules it. The release of the next set of infringers or settlement is in the hands of Blank Rome and another law firm that call the shots as far as information release dates, not SFOR. However, progress is being made as detailed on Pacer. That is undeniable!
Reread my post. " All information that the lawyers allowed was made public and posted on Pacer today". As far as the new cases are concerned, those will only be revealed when the lawyers allow as the current 3 cases are resolved from what I heard Mark Kay articulate.
I'm being realistic. The lawyers are in charge of the timeline. Not him. Progress, according to Pacer is being made.
Well what do ya know? Mark Kay wasn't "lying to us" after all! All information that the lawyers allowed to be released was made public and posted on Pacer today, "End of FEB" Long & Strong SFOR!
Nope! Not BR. You'll recall from the interview Mark Kay mentioned engaging another law firm. They were the ones that probably stayed his hand since they were not ready to go public.
That's what I heard in the interview also. However, I believed the lawyers stayed his hand for some legal reason. We'll know one way or the other if there is any AH news or not. GLTA.
I don't believe Mark Kay is lying. I believe the lawyers delayed his announcement for some legal reason. I base my belief on my personal communications with the man. He has always been a straight arrow with me.
I'm in perfect agreement with your sentiments. News could break at anytime. However, even if we don't have a PR after hours today that's fine with me. I know the lawyers are calling the shots as far as the release of the next set of infringers is concerned. Mark Kay has to comply with their legal guidance. It's comming, but only the lawyers can say know exactly when.
Thank you. I am confident the troops will get some vendor's defensive software on their issue I-Phones this year. The DOD/CIO's office is aware of the COMSEC issue and has had vendors (including SFOR) present possible solutions. They are now being evaluated by US Cyber Command according to the replies I got & ZPaul published here. Knowing the Pentagon acquisition cycle, the next hurdle would set by the PhDs in IT at DISA. All I can say is that those experts will determine if Mobile Trust, version 3 meets their mil-specs or not. We should know if ACS (who presented to the DOD/CIO) was the selected vendor when the 1st Q of 2017 hits the street. Until then I remain long & strong SFOR!
Agreed. None of us really knows what is going to take place or when. One thing I know for sure though. The lawyers are in charge.
Only when they give their approval can any information be released. This not only applies to legal proceedings but NDAs.
The frustrating thing about SFOR is reading what the superb DD of ZPaul, Gold49er and other have discovered about who SFOR is working and playing well with and having to wait patiently for official confirmation. Like you, I've checked their DD and found it accurate. It helps me know what I own. It helps keep me patient regardless of short term pps fluctuations. Long & Strong SFOR!
