Being this close to FDA news I would think they would have a receptionist or someone to answer the phones. Called several times over the last 6 weeks. No one ever answers the phone lol.
I am a holder of ADMD but a combo a the site being down and no one answering the phone sure as hell will not entice any others to buy in
Very possible if that was on the FDA page today that they are reviewing it today
Randomtask, Where did you get that link? I cannot find it on the FDA site
I have had several websites and used two different web providers. To add a page, link, remove, or even redesign it isn't nec to take it down first. You can in fact build / change while the existing is up. Once your new page is ready you can upload instantly and it will be down for a total of less than 5 minutes. If it is a server maintenance that makes sense.
I hope its just an IT issue and not an issue of nonpayment to the web provider
The bankruptcy route would be the worst case scenario. If I was a competitor that is would I would do however, wait for them to file and buy the company for pennys on the dollar. I don't believe they have the capital to see a level 3 which is timely and costly all the way through. However Battille does, They are already 10 percent owner so it wouldn't be beyond the realm of possibility for them to assume control
Very much in agreement. That is a very good point
Hardly any volume
4/1 is a Wednesday. That is much better
That day sucks for us. Ideally I would think a Monday would be best so we can gain from the Monday afternoon close into the Tuesday AM explosion
I found that the FDA de novo committe meets once a week each week. I just cannot find which day
So, there is 2 billion approved but they gave away 350 million and there is somehow 1.9 billion outstanding?...That doesn't add up. Not withstanding the millions I own, you guys on the board and the tens of million between Cadwell and Jim and Battill?
Correct. As of right now they would need Q4 for 14 and now Q1 of 15
The company's website which is updated everyday with regards to investors concern / stock lists the company's market cap at 1.7 million. If just adding more shares made the company worth more than every company would just increase shares as they see fit. As does CNBC, TDA, Scottrafe, and Fidelity. I don't see how the market cap is now suddenly worth several times more overnight. The authorized shares are over 2 billion, not outstanding.
Advanced Medical Isotope Corporation Proposes Amendment to Article of the Certificate of Incorporation
Oct 2 14
Advanced Medical Isotope Corporation proposed an amendment of Article IV of the Certificate of Incorporation to increase the number of authorized shares of Common Stock from 500,000,000 shares to 2,000,000,000 shares to the Special Meeting of Stockholders will be held on October 28, 2014.
Market cap is not used by AS. It is calculated by OS. From my TDA account there is 554m x .0031 = 1.7M market cap
Hope so!
Of course but to the company that might be interested in purchasing ADMD they dont care what another company is in debt, just the one they are purchasing. "All beginning bios are in debt" is a given but does not matter about other companies.
For a company to be acquired fully they have to purchase the remaining shares. If there is 136 million and agree to pay 1 dollar per share then after paying the shares we own they also have to pay equal value for the remaining. That is a significant amount of money, this companies patents are nice but they won't overpay for a company when they could just license it for each application. As a shareholder I would rather we get acquired than licensed. Set offering, send me a check then I am off to my next act in life.
What do you think it should sell for...keep in mind the number of outstanding shares and they are in fact in debt which would need to be paid off
Let's hope if they are in talks with a negotiation that it is for a dollar or two a share lol.
32
Volume has come to a halt almost
I don't think they are buying so much as using it as a conversion
Devil's advocate for a second gents. (remind you I am heavy into this stock)
Anyone else find it really concerning that with such a pedigree of management, AND this close to FDA news the volume here is still so low? Volume under 50 million this close repetitively seems like a big negative and that major money doesn't have the faith that we do.
Thoughts?
Charting and thinning out level 2 .....Yesterday proves that those theories mean absolutely dogsh^t. This is a penny stock and at a seconds notice can, has, and will again prove those "theories' useless. You won't predict squat with a penny stock and days like yesterday prove this correct time and again. If you think that only happens once and a while you are lying to yourself. Just sit back and wait for the FDA nod and enjoy. Pumping yourself up will have zero effect on the what will happen and will mislead potential investors. At a moments notice it would only take a handful of people to send this to the moon or into the ground rendering charting, level 2 readings (which can change faster than they report to us), and a wishing well useless lol.
Par Value = The par value of a share of stock is the value stated in the corporate charter below which shares of that class cannot be sold upon initial offering; the issuing company promises not to issue further shares below par value, so investors can be confident that no one else will receive a more favorable issue price.
Check the dates they aren't new Brooksy
Explain......... What do you mean? They are the same as the previous it seems. I don't know why they just popped up again today
With the patent they have and comparing what the competitors have out their for a now obsolete product you want to hold this til it hits a dollar. The biggest hurdle is the FDA, the financing should be easily accessible from their 10 percent holder battile (spelling) which is a billion dollar partner. This will make all other competitors products obsolete overnight literally. Don't sell short on this it will change the cancer strategy for pancreatic, prostate, lung and brain cancer
So the discussion of cars. Any of you instead of buying a car when this pops buying a home?
The best current on the market available very close to AMIC's system is from a company called Isoray. Below is there classification from the FDA back in 06. It was approved as a class 2 which is what we are aiming for. After doing some research on the FDA approval it seems that if it is highly invasive (adept surgery) or unprecedented in the medical device field the FDA will automatically classify products as a level 3. This then raises the question if the Isoray is the current method with the cesium 131 being the current best option at 9 plus days and Iodine around a month half life, why if it is already in the market did they strike it with a level 3? The AMIC seems to be delivered into the body easier without glass or metal as is the case with current methods. Thoughts here gents?

Well to the strength: It has passed, although on a different FDA level than they wanted. They resubmitted so I am guessing here but I assume they made changes to adjust. Can someone elaborate on what they changed specifically?
So I figured we could do a "Guess the date" thing in regards to the FDA news see who can nail it for fun. I will guess Tuesday the 14th for the hell of it (tomorrow works better for me tho)
Although I agree it does seem like it sounds to be a setup for an excuse letter. However, it could also be made to sound like they have some great possibilities ahead and they perhaps are complicated so they need an explanation. I am hoping for the latter, but not without thoughts of both of course. We shall find out soon mate
Can almost hear crickets lol. What a slow day. I would like it to close at 39/40 today. The higher this gets before FDA the higher it will go after it. A 43 - 45 by end of week would be spectacular
I don't see how if a shareholder had contacted them via email or phone how that would not be disclosed. No one said anything about fluff mate. Was a question of if anyone had heard anything about any questions the FDA may have had
Am I reading this correctly? That if the FDA has any questions it stops the 120 day timeline? (and resumes once the answer has been submitted) Has anyone spoken to AMIC regarding if there has been any questions from the FDA?
No I have not subscribed as you don't need to if you scroll correctly. But that is the type of info that is out there. This is why it is great to have this board along with you folks to bounce ideas, cheers.
?? I just typed in Advanced Medical Isotopes in google under news and it is the first thing to pop up. Try it yourself.
