You won't predict squat with a penny stock and days like yesterday prove this correct time and again. If you think that only happens once and a while you are lying to yourself. Just sit back and wait for the FDA nod and enjoy. Pumping yourself up will have zero effect on the what will happen and will mislead potential investors. At a moments notice it would only take a handful of people to send this to the moon or into the ground rendering charting, level 2 readings (which can change faster than they report to us), and a wishing well useless lol.
