x_gina_x, I've found when you give advise: If you're wrong you get the blame & if you're right the other person takes the credit. This is a risky sub-penny stock. You do the DD & puts your money down & takes your chances IMHO. And be prepared to live with the results if it goes south.
I wonder if the ad was repeated in today's paper. Anyone know?
OK you two - some free advise: Go to NA & become an ordinary adrenialin junkie who has compilsive/obsessive traits. Much less expensive. Oh, and be sure & do all your buying of stocks first thing in the morning after 3 cups of Starbucks!
Agreed, if I didn't have to get ready for work I could go back to sleep for the...zzzzzzzzz.
6,175,678 according to Scottrade
My thinking words exactly. .0065/250k followed by 4 trades @.0061 last 4999shs.
Another OT: Iraqi police in control of the shrine according to CNBC. If true the market should be up today.
OT: I see IBZT opened @.050 to .053 after SEC probe became offical. Glad I'm here & not there anymore!
OK, I understand. Thanks for making that clear. I too want the pps to go up. And since you figuired it would go to .0001 I wondered what you based it on since you had proclaimed "to the moon" shortly before. MOMO investing can be fun, except I had 5.5 Million shares @.0018 & sold @.0021 & a few weeks later watched as it almost hit .03. Now I have far fewer shares that cost more though I still expect to make a profit.
So you've come to bash this stock because...?
I see you avoided the question of why you think this is going to .0001 & re-focused the question. Good work
lil_mini_ditka, So you base that advice on what? The TV network will not broadcast? Financial Cooking of the books? Please explain as I believed from your first post you've come here from RB with ulterior motives.
From Freerealtime.com:
4:00:00 PM Trade 0.006 15000
4:00:00 PM Trade 0.0061 15000
3:59:58 PM Trade 0.006 5000
Maybe it's hubris, but could this board have started a "buzz" in the news rooms & it's those people buying the stock? (He said with a smile & a chuckle.)
Most excellent, behoof. Good work.
Thanks matrixxx,
Stu
I'm getting ready for work so I don't have much time. How bout AP & Reuters?
Sent a link to the news story in the Palm Springs paper with this comment to PR news:
Thought you should know about the first Gay TV station to start broadcasting in major cities on Sept 4th.
Call our Information Desk at 888-776-0942 or email information@prnewswire.com
Interesting idea. I'll let you have the honors:

Palm Springs is nice, but we need national exposure(like AP maybe)to pick up the story. Which will probably be no later then next week. Watching this reach critical mass is going to be fun.

•Mass. AG: Gay Marriage for Residents Only•Massachusetts Town Votes to Let Out-of-State Gays Marry•Massachusetts Will Nullify Out-of-State Gay Marriages•Justices Told to Comply With Gay Marriage Law
BOSTON — A Superior Court judge on Wednesday declined to halt enforcement of a 1913 state law barring out-of-state couples from marrying in Massachusetts.
Eight same-sex couples from out of state -- including two from Rhode Island -- had asked Superior Court Judge Carol Ball for a preliminary injunction blocking the state from enforcing the law, arguing that it was discriminatory. It prohibits any marriages that would not be legal in the couple's home state.
On May 17, Massachusetts became the first state where same-sex marriages (search) are recognized. Gov. Mitt Romney (search) and Attorney General Thomas Reilly ruled, however, that the 1913 law prohibited out-of-state couples from taking advantage of that new right.
An attorney for the couples expressed disappointment Wednesday but said they would continue to push the case to a full hearing.
"This is a very, very hard day for us," Bobbi Cote-Whitacre, a plaintiff from Essex Junction, Vt., said in a prepared statement. "We know that some day this unfair disrespect of our family will end."
The Attorney General's office, which represented the Department of Public Health (search) in the suit, did not immediately return calls seeking comment.
Well, the water is on the burner & the heat has just been turned on. We're not even to the little bubbles at the bottom yet. A full page ad in the home town paper is the beginning of the ads. Wonder if the'll put the same ad in the NY Times? Now that WOULD be something. Starting 2 1/2 weeks or maybe this week-end 2 weeks before they start broadcasting seems about right to start a promo campaign seems to me. JMO
Thanks foxy. Nice to see it's real. A picture is worth 10k words type of thing!
Hmmm...no trades for a while. Bet there is an inbalance in orders.
BTW, I like cheerleading as much as the next guy, but I've lost money before from not doing critical DD. And a lot of the reason for the negativity (IMHO)is the poor/incorrect info put out by Frank.
I'll stay invested & think I'll make money in this company or I wouldn't be here though.
Hey cydog, couldn't take RB any more either? And maybe just me, but I've had pumper on ignore over at RB for months. Just have to wait & see as everyone deserves a chance.
skunksyard, I don't remember, did we get responses posted from from Direct TV & Dish?
Thank you & I pay a lot of attention to what you write. You are the only writer I have "membermarked" on the QBID board over at RB & saw where you wrote you would no longer be posting there. Welcome & I'm sure it will change to 18 posts a day soon.
dmphoto, I'm happy to hear that, however, I would like to know how reliable your 'insider information' is & is it legal to post it?
Nite sued again:
LOS ANGELES, Aug. 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Exotics.com, Inc. (OTC: EXII.PK - News), a provider of on-line adult and luxury oriented classified advertising, announced today that it filed a complaint against Knight Securities, Inc., Red Rock, LLC, Ladenburg Thalmann & Co., its CEO Howard Lorber, Warren Lichtenstein and others in the Los Angeles Superior Court. Exotics.com is seeking over $100,000,000 in damages and is represented by the law firms of O'Quinn, Laminack & Pirtle, Christian Smith & Jewell, and Heard, Robins, Cloud, Lubel & Greenwood, LLP, all of Houston, Texas and the Siegler Law Group, Inc, of Beverly Hills, California.

Attorney Wes Christian commented: "Ladenburg, one of the oldest investment banks in the world, is also a defendant in several cases in New York and other jurisdictions brought by small to mid-size public companies which have allegedly been destroyed by this same scheme." The complaint also alleges that Howard Lorber, CEO of Ladenburg, is a participant and major conspirator in the stock manipulation scheme.
The complaint alleges a pattern whereby in the 5 or 6 month period after associating with Ladenburg, Exotics.com's stock price was manipulated downward by naked short selling and wash sales by broker dealers named as defendants.
As described in the complaint, when naked short selling, even in mass quantities, is no longer producing enough profit, the Defendant broker dealers begin to "pump the stock", manipulating the price of the stock upward through trades between themselves. This intentional inflation of the stock price, the complaint states, lures innocent purchasers into the market only to fall victim to the "dumping side" of the price manipulation. The complaint alleges that the manipulators obtain huge profits which are secreted to offshore accounts.
The complaint further alleges that Scott London is one of the main links between the Red Rock Defendants, the broker dealer Defendants and the licensee Defendants because he is an owner of NY-Exotics which is a licensee of Exotics.com, an owner of Red Rock and an affiliate and business partner of the broker dealer Defendants.
Ingo Mueller, CEO of Exotics.com, stated: "We want to make sure that the parties found responsible are punished for the harm they caused our company and shareholders, and are prevented from doing the same to others." Lead attorney John O'Quinn commented: "Entrepreneurship is the cornerstone of opportunity and the American ideal. We will vigorously pursue justice for Exotics.com and its shareholders."
Ok guys & gals, I work at the IRS & I've seen a lot of wrong info posted on federal tax (max capital loss you can write off in one year is $3k, but you can carry over any excess losses every year until you use it up). Please go to the source & get a free pub for real facts.

Yeah, ditto onyx pup's question.
Thanks matrixxx. Imagine that: a real company with a real income with great potential to expand. And that's why I've invested in it. Good luck to all.
I'm not gay & don't plan on paying for the channel if it is available, but then I don't watch Spanish speaking channels, sports channels, or BET either. FWIW (not much):~»
Have to admit, that was well put & I agree with you dk. That's what a professional (one people could take seriously) company would do IMO.
junkmasterg, not so I was - I am relieved to hear the new money will not dilute the stock.

I'm wondering if this could be what's causeing the problem".... and equity placement of $1,000,000 through a major private investment fund." What "equity placement"? Does this mean more outstanding shares

ocean11, If you calm down some & are a little more specific you may not lose your credibility. I realize you work in the building, but....? IMHO
dkgross, Here's why RCN gets the loan:
