Just doing my DD on UCSY. I already bought in earlier this week--now just checking to see how long I should hold--is UCSY a long-term hold? I'm not too impressed with some of the company's web sites--especially http://www.millennium-electric-inc.com/home.html --not too professional by today's standards. I know--don't judge a book by its cover, but... does UCSY have potential for a good revenue stream for its products? Are the Airwater products the most likely to bring in the highest revenues, long-term? Still--just prototypes. Are there many competitors in the air-to-potable water market? Photovoltaics are still so expensive--will there be enough revenue from these sales? Lots of questions, still looking for answers.

Coalition denies Zarqawi captured in Hilla'
http://www.gulf-daily-news.com/Story.asp?Article=85551&Sn=WORL&IssueID=27101
BAGHDAD: The US military denied reports yesterday that Abu Musab Al Zarqawi, the Jordanian militant who Washington says is allied to Osama bin Laden and Al Qaeda, had been captured in Iraq.
"It's not true, the reports are not true," said Brigadier General Mark Kimmitt, deputy director of operations for the US military in Iraq.
"We've heard the reports about it, but they are not true."
Earlier, reports on a US-funded Iraqi radio station had suggested Al Zarqawi had been captured near the town of Hilla, 100km south of Baghdad, in an area controlled by Polish troops.
Iraqi officials in Hilla said a man had been captured who resembled Al Zarqawi and spoke with a similar accent.
But Polish forces said the man was not Al Zarqawi.
"The detained man looked like Al Zarqawi but it was not him," a military source in the Polish-led multinational force headquarters in Babylon said.
Al Zarqawi is accused of organising or carrying out dozens of deadly attacks in Iraq over the past several months, including a series of blasts and attacks last week that killed more than 100 Iraqis and three US soldiers.
His group has also beheaded a US and a South Korean hostage in Iraq, and is threatening to execute three Turks.
Al Zarqawi, who carries a $10 million (BD3.78m) bounty on his head, is also accused of marshalling resources and masterminding attacks waged by Saddam Hussein loyalists.
Let's ALL say "HI!" to the MMs now.
Kinda like waving to the security camera in the department store, eh?

Enova Teams with Tomoe of Japan to Build Electric Trains for Singapore; Largest Production Contract in Company History
29 July 2004, 06:00am ET
TORRANCE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 29, 2004--Enova Systems, Torrance, Calif. (OTCBB:ENVA), a developer and manufacturer of electric, hybrid and fuel cell digital power management systems, announced today that it has entered into a contract with Tomoe Electric Manufacturing Company of Japan (Tomoe) for the development and production of eight 36-ton battery electric locomotives for Singapore's Land Transport Authority (LTA) under sub-contraction from Hitachi Plant Engineering and Construction Company, Singapore. Enova will utilize components and expertise from Hyundai Heavy Industries of Korea (HHI), the Company's hybrid technology development partner, to meet Tomoe's requirements for the locomotives. The hybrid-electric locomotives will be utilized as service vehicles for the Singapore Mass Rapid Transit Circle Line system for maintenance, repair, shunting and recovery of passenger trains. The first trains are scheduled for delivery in Summer 2006.
Under the terms of the contract, Enova will supply to Tomoe a complete hybrid-electric drive system and technical expertise for integration into the locomotives. Enova is the prime contractor for the heavy-duty drive systems, developing and producing the advanced battery charger and battery management systems.
Masami Mochizuki, President and CEO of Tomoe, stated, "Enova's pure electric and hybrid electric drive systems have been successful in many Tomoe industrial vehicles including our mine crawler. Based on our experience with Enova, Tomoe recommended the Enova/HHI system to Hitachi and the LTA. We are very pleased to be working with such a committed and hard-working partner as Enova on this project."
It is anticipated that the hybrid drive train components will be delivered in late 2005 at Tomoe's Japan-based facilities. Enova anticipates the total contract to exceed $3 million US over the life of the contract, making this the largest production contract for hybrid vehicle components in Enova's history. This latest market penetration in Asia enhances not only Enova's alliances with both Tomoe and HHI, but also advances Enova's hybrid-electric technologies in high voltage power management components. As part of this contract, Enova will develop a high voltage charging system to enable the locomotive to receive a direct battery charge from the high voltage rail.
"This battery electric locomotive project is a significant contract for Enova in terms of alliance building, revenue and advancement of our technologies. Enova is once again proving the adaptability of its hybrid drive systems to a wide range of vehicle applications. Enova continues to seek additional industrial and transit applications in which its technologies may be utilized," remarked Carl D. Perry, president and CEO. "Tomoe is one of Enova's premier customers in Asia. Enova is privileged to be chosen by Tomoe and its alliance partners for this very significant alternative energy project for the Singapore Land Transport Authority."
Tomoe Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Inc. ( www.tomoedenki.co.jp ), based in Tokyo, is a provider of commercial and industrial specialized electric vehicles, hybrid-electric vehicles and other factory automation systems. Tomoe products are widely used in Japan and the Far East. Tomoe has annual sales of more than $40 million.
This news release contains forward-looking statements relating to Enova Systems and its products. These forward-looking statements are subject to and qualified by certain risks and uncertainties. Such statements do not imply the future success of the Company or its products. These risks and uncertainties and other risks are detailed from time to time in Enova Systems' periodic filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission under the name Enova Systems, Inc., including but not limited to Enova's annual report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2003. Portable air-water generator
Abstract
A water generating device for obtaining potable water from ambient air inside or outside a structure or dwelling, having ducts for bringing this supply of ambient air to the device and for releasing the air back outside the device after it has been processed. There is an air filter for filtering the air prior to processing of the air. The air filter includes a one-time sensing element which renders it unusable when removed from the generator. A condenser is provided for extracting water vapor in the air brought thereto by the ducts. Within the ducts there is a fan or blower to move air from outside the device through the condenser and for returning the air back outside the device after it has traversed the condenser. Between the condenser and the collection point, there is an immediate temporary holding reservoir, or plumbing to this reservoir, which contains an ultraviolet light to kill existing microorganisms, as well as a pump to transport the water through a subsequent water filter, a second exposure to ultraviolet light, and into the ultimate internal or external water storage unit. The water filter also includes a one-time sensing element which renders it unusable when removed. An internal container is positioned to receive and collect the water after it leaves the second exposure to ultraviolet light, and there is a water sensor below the top of the internal container for shutting down the device when the container is full of water. Prior to this internal container, which is removable and may be reusable, is a valve for diverting this water instead to external water storage units. A switch is provided for automatically deactivating the device until the nonreusable air filter element is replaced after a predetermined pressure drop in the air after the air filter compared to that of the air before the air filter. A timer is provided for deactivating the device until a nonreusable water filter element is replaced after a predetermined number of hours of operation. A sensor is provided for deactivating the device when the UV light(s) fail to operate. A thermostat and humidistat are settable in conjunction with each other by a user to minimize energy consumption and maximize water yield. There is also a manual override switch to these conditional settings. First, second, and third indicators provide a signal when the air filter element, the water filter element, and the UV light element(s) are in need of being replaced. A fourth indicator provides a signal when the internal water container is full.

ebw77... that was your 2.2 million share buy at .0004 (at 12:41)?
Current Bid is 0.0004, and Ask is 0.0007. Must be an MM trick (selling to you at Bid) to try to incite selling? Doesn't appear to be working to their advantage at the moment.
Re: PRRM... I'm pretty diversified right now...
I wouldn't want to put too many eggs in the PRRM basket. Too risky, IMHO. Astrom has a bad past, unfortunately, to influence me to keep from buying too much. Bought more ITCV yesterday, instead--should have waited until today, though--who'd thought that they'd walk it down even more. ITCV has a nice environmental biz that I agree with, so I have a better comfort level with having bought more of that company versus a riskier Astrom venture.
I hope PRRM comes back up...
it would be sad to see yet another Astrom business end in the graveyard, especially with lots of us caught in its grip.

Spoke with Richard Astrom today. For what it's worth, he said the stock is going down and figured it was due to the 500 mil from the Regdex.
Richard said it was business as usual and that there would be some PR's out in the very near future.
By the way, he did answer the phone himself. 786-236-6434

PRRM... what the *@ is going on?
What happened to the "going to 2 cents" predictions from a few days back? Is Astrom selling off to send this company into oblivion, or is there another explanation? Note that I emailed Richard Astrom last week, plus left a voice mail--absolutely no response from him.
For those of you who still predict an upward move, why do you still think so?

Its not all selling as I have bought a good percentage of the shares traded today yet they continue to take it lower. As a matter of fact I kept putting orders in below the ask and they would lower it just to get my buys. I got 300K at .008 and .0085 and as soon as I was done it dropped to .007. I am considering buying a few more but I'm getting a very funny feeling about the trading pattern here and will probably wait and see if I can average down. Until there is positive news I believe I have time to buy more, maybe lower than .007. good luck.

Well then the MM's are being deceptive again if you have been buying and they are pulling it down. I really hate when they do that. I did see some upticks and assumed they were buys, but figured the down ticks right after that were sells. Well, best of luck. I am holding to see what happens.

Just bought some this AM at $1.37. Planning to hold this LONG!
With NIMBY-ism so prevalent, transmission owners cannot get new ROW for more transmission lines, so need to upgrade in existing ROW--if they can just replace conductor, instead of having to put up new pole plant, then less costly! ACSR is commonplace now in the U.S.--will see if ACCC takes off in the near future--will have to prove to transmission companies (engineers and maintenance folks) that there are limited new add'l costs for ACCC beyond equipment needed today for existing ACSR & CU plant. Besides the U.S., of course, there's China and the rest of the planet...
I'm hopeful...

BTW, I'm still waiting for the transfer agent to fax me the O/S, A/S, and Float info--it's been 1.5 hours since I faxed them my request.
Slocum...
If the company does not do anything in response, would you consider a lawsuit like these people have brought against WNMI... http://home.comcast.net/~action8101/WNMI_case.pdf ? It's sad when investors have to come to this.

PRRM: Nice letter, Slocum.
I hope it works.

BB--bored or P.O.-ed?
I'm P.O.-ed. I cannot tell what OTCBB and Pink Sheet companies are scams, and which are legit companies getting raped and pillaged by MMs or overseas naked shorters or what-have-you. Lately, I think I'm buying in at the "bottom" of a no-news-induced slide, yet I later discover that the share price continues downward even further. I read board posts of great technical indicators for some stocks, and the T.A. turns out to be just hooey the next day, as the MMs just push share prices down. If I were starting a small business today, I would never consider going public on the OTCBB or Pinks--the business would most likely be forced into bankruptcy. Are these "games" we're witnessing actually criminal activity? And, if so, by whom? We "investors" and any legit companies being naked shorted are the victims.
I'm considering leaving this B.S. behind, too. I'm P.O.-ed that it's allowed to occur, with no end in sight.

PRRM T/A--need to fax request...
to them and they'll fax back the outstanding shares/ authorized shares/float to you.
I spoke with someone at (972) 612-4120 (Signature Stock Transfer, Inc.). She explained that someone posted false info from them on the internet in the past, when they used to give this info over the phone, so now to protect themselves (i.e., to prove what they quoted), they only issue this info in writing via fax.
Signature's fax # is 972-612-4122, if you want to send them a request.
PRRM T/A -- no one is answering the phone yet
Signature Stock Transfer Inc
(972) 612-4120
2301 Ohio Dr
Plano, TX 75093
The other number I listed for Richardson, TX seems to be an old one.
From PRRM's website...
http://www.prrm.us/prrm_info.html , Transfer Agent name is "Signature Stock Transfer, Inc.", in Addison, TX.
A Google search http://www.google.com/local?num=100&hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&q=Signature-Stock-Transfer&am... provided two possible phone numbers:
Signature Stock Transfer
(972) 788-4193
1824 King Arthur
Richardson, TX 75080
Signature Stock Transfer Inc
(972) 612-4120
2301 Ohio Dr
Plano, TX 75093
Since this company, DataLogic http://www.dlgi.com/investors/Investors.html shows the Plano location for their T/A, I would suspect the second of the two numbers above is the one to call.
