Yep, let the lawyers do their job and let's proceed with this business.

Correct. I read at least 75 to hundred cases yesterday, most settled at some point. Not all but most. But make no mistake about it, the settlements were pretty stiff in most cases from what I understood from what I read.
The company has good attys, very experienced. I am quite sure this isn't there first ride at the rodeo. They will advise the company the best path to resolution. But the government can be real hard- asses. It may take some time.
Agreed. Right now the company has taken a big blow to its perceived credibility. The only way to combat that is with results. Agreements are great. You gotta have partners. The permits are mandatory. More throughput, fantastic. All are absolutely necessities.
But the mothers milk is profits, positive cash flow. And that is the bottom line right now.
I did the same. Most do settle at some point. Most were fraud cases in one form or another. There will be penalties In this case, and it will probably settle at some point. How harsh the penalties are and how they affect the company is the question. JB is gonna take a hit. Now, the size of the penalty seems to vary depending on intent and how the def. personally profitted.
Fraud is fraud in the SEC's eyes. The intent aspect, I think, will be considered in the penalty. That's if we get that far along. As said, these tend to settle.
But, IMO, JB will take a hit to some degree. The bigger question is how will the company be affected.
Production on a meaningful scale would help.
Whether you think JB is a no good SOB or the Pope, doesn't matter. At the moment, this LOOKS bad for ave. Joe looking in. And whether it's fair or not, perception is reality.
I agree with Ty and others, if fuel is being produced and shipped lets hear it.
Sorry about the double posts. They are a little tight in the drawers over there. My post probably was deleted.
Brittany is smokin hot, dude! Did you get to read the piece? Perhaps the bright an early release of the 8k is a set up for some better news later in the day.
Yes, I see that. Briit's smokin hot! Did you read the piece in the newsletter.
8k on lawsuit out this morning. What a way to start the day!
It might be helpful if we had some certainty from the company that at the very least the first processor is running at full capacity. Maybe 200 barrels a day 5 days a week...
Just might be helpful.
Man, sure is nice to know that I am not the only JBII stalker! Business as usual there today by the way. But the fab building is still just a pad at the moment. Looks like the walls or roof corrugated metal panels are there though. Just stalking..
And yes, was on the ground today. Building not done. Just the pad there. Materials for bldg, corrugated panels...still on the ground. Might be some delays in other materials. Pad looks ready to go.
Birds of a feather flock together. Environmentalists and politicians. Assholes.
Oh yeah, and let's not forget the methane tax they tried to get passed and put on the farmers because their cows farted too much! But they ain't crazy! ASSHOLES!
I am with Brig on this one, toooooo many goofy tree huggers in this country. They don't gas, they don't like oil, they don't like nuclear, wind is okay as long if it's in someone else yard and not disturbing the flight of some fucking bird, even though not one turbine company can come close to making a kilowatt competitive.
They are all fucked up. If it was up to them we would all freeze to fucking death...in the dark!
Whew, ok, I'm better now.

Who knows. 10q says it for fabrication. Nothing beyond that. All we can do is speculate.
What I will say is that the weather is just fine in NF and there should be no impediments to getting the new pre-fab bldg. up due to weather.
Least amount of snow I have ever seen in my entire life at this point in the winter.
Yep, I don't care if they make petrified dog dung. As long as they sell it and make a bunch of money!
That's great! Raw needs to put that one on the list! I forgot about that myth!
Thanks. It may. I haven't been in so I don't know. Just going by what some others have told me. Personally, all three running right now isn't a big concern. If two running at the new output capacity, then they are cranking.
I KNOW for a fact tankers are being loaded and shipped. Why? Because I watched it being done.
That's what I'm thinking?. 7200 sq. is an awful big fab shop. But could be wrong? Just MO.
From people who have been there, inside bldg 1, only 2 can fit in there. So where is the third going to be bolted down?
Unless all the changes have shrank the footprint and it is possible to put three in the original bldg.
BINGO! Right on the money! IMO
We have been told for a year that 2 was almost done. I am pretty confident that it is done and was completed over the fall. But I could be wrong.
Agreed. We will know more soon.
Clearly states that the new bldg was expected to be done at the end of Dec. how does that effect things, if it does at all. We don't know if they fit three processors in the original building. Maybe 2 are in one humming away.m we don't KNOW. We,do know that a few companies are ready to start receiving fuel. And one way or another JB is gonna deliver.
I think a re-reading of the 10q is in order.
I agree.
Well, I can see some delays coming. Construction, regardless of perceived simplicity, usually gets delayed. And the new building will probably be no different. Perhaps the rapid installation of the plug and play processors, IF one or more are going in the new building, will offset the construction delays.
I say IF because nowhere, absolutely nowhere in the Q, was it mentioned that any processors would be going in the new building.
THAT line of thought is strictly SMB created. JB never said it, NOBODY from the company said or implied that.
People are running with this GUESS, and others are falling in line like its a fact!
Before it gets out of hand, somebody post a link and show where JB or JBII ever mentioned putting a processor in the new building.
Nobody can. Because its nothing more than SMB speculation.

How far down the alphabet will they go!!!
Yeah, I agree but nearly all sources have problems. Oil, gas, wind, solar, lithium. Just a matter of how well they are rectified. This country needs all aspects of energy production to be successful.
That's why P2O is appealing to many and has a great chance of ginormous success.
Yep, all the pump and dump, fraud, jail, and all the other SCARY words cannot change the facts that P20 is on the path to success. Staying long and accumulating. Seems that their are a few other entities who don't scare easily either. We all know the list. No need for me to repeat it.
They are also investigating the real possibility that a cracking waste water well triggered the Ohio earthquake the other day as well as other quakes in the Midwest.
It's in the 10q
Nice find! Thank you!
I pray he never comes near the place.
Happy New Year to all! Have a Safe Weekend!
I am hoping for your high hopes!
Okay by Jan. 15 2&3 will be announced. RKT 1 by March 15. June PPS $11. Uplist in Oct. Dec $25 pps
Oooooh yeah. That's one bunch of antsy crackheads over there!
