Who knows. 10q says it for fabrication. Nothing beyond that. All we can do is speculate.

What I will say is that the weather is just fine in NF and there should be no impediments to getting the new pre-fab bldg. up due to weather.

Least amount of snow I have ever seen in my entire life at this point in the winter.
