How do you explain the AS raise that happened yesterday?

It's certainly hard to argue against dilution given the AS has been raised from 6.6 b to 7.32b to the now current 7.8b. My guess is we will see a third party tout in the next few weeks. That will be the opportunity to trade this before the RS.

Hang in there. This ain't over yet. They will need to pump it do that the entity they just sold to can make money.

I think the RS will be in march or April. This way it can be pumped in January/February to allow those issued the billion shares to make money off them.

I have to agree with SRV-90. This looks like shares being sold to an entity (insider). This is being done before news is put out so the only people really making money are the insiders.

Anyone care to speculate on why we see a no volume day right before a huge dump and raise of the AS? Is the no volume due to the fact the AS is being raised and it can't be traded?

Just heard back from Delaware SOS and the common stock is still 7.32 billion. So if yesterday was dilution, they don't have much if any left to dilute. Glta

They are working their way into the iPhone market share. That is a big deal as more businesses move away from blackberry to iPhone. We shall see but I think we go up slowly through the beginning of 2012.
