When we get a PR that the judge has signed off on the BK, and the Q comes off and we do comeout of BK (with no holdups) and the RM then yes I agree that we should be between $1 and $2 dollars per share. I think some wild numbers like $9 dollars per share are just a fantacy as this has been beaten down again. I do think its a Very good investment to be a 5 or 10 bagger from where we sit NOW IF NO bad news or they go silent to long. JMO

Can't answer that BUT you or anyone else on here can contact the lawyers listed in the BK case I'm sure they will respond to you as they did me.

She was a source for nothing of mine. I e-mailed 2 lawyers that worked this case and it is in fact dismissed. However that doesn't mean it will blast off either unless there is news or a RM down the road.

Hope they do post and its good BUT You sure couldn't tell anything going on from this board, ONLY 7 posts today including 2 from me LOL...

She was done PUMPING here anyway. Just click on TANA TRUMPS Name and you will see she is busy PUMPING something else. I do hope some type of run happens but your right and I to believe (IF) it runs the high will be MUCH lower than most expect. We need to get out of triple ZERO land first.

Yes 50 cents is possible HOWEVER there will be a couple RS and major openings of businesses before that ever could happen. Right now just getting out of Triple ZERO's is proving to be VERY Difficult. JMO.

Scarfizi55, I think a lot of this is because when you look back to the 260+ Million day we had in Volume it just didn't move like a penny stock instead it went up some and then quickly found its way back down. Folks are NOT sure what to make of it, Dilution? to many OS Shares? Company selling into that PR? A lot of unknowns here. I do like the fact that they do have a REAL Product. Would be nice to get a MAJOR PR ,,, SOON...

The Lawyer that wrote me back didn't say anything about the Q and it was one of the questions I did ask. BUT he said the BK cases were dismissed and that I should speak with a company rep to find info on why the Q is still listed. The problem is I'm NOT sure who to talk with at BUTLQ about it? If you call you'll get someone who answers phones but in NO way would that be the person with the info were looking for. I do know that sinse the BK is dismissed that removing the Q shouldn't be an issue for them. JMO

hestheman, Just e-mail the lawyers listed above like I did and they will respond back. The cases WERE Dismissed. I like a lot of folks on here got tired of the lies about calling and the BS about the BK not being released... It has infact been dismissed. Please e-mail them and you will get a response.

I've noticed some Pink stocks move on air but TYTN does HUGE Volume but it moves slowly, is that because of the float? OR do MM's mess with it? I e-mailed Jeremy W. Ryan just now as he was one of the lawyers listed on the BK case and HE JUST RESPONDED that the case was infact DISMISSED. You can e-mail him yourself. Now why the Q is still here I have NO Idea.
