Buyer beware em
I like to call these legal scams.
I would rather them close shop so nobody else will get taken advantage of
All scams are based on dillution.
WARNING DILLUTION MONSTER. Shares increased 50 to 300 million in 6 months Buyer beware
The only people who cant wait are Rainer and other insiders who are planning the dillution then reverse split.
BUYER BEWARE em
Mwwc management will be blackballed.
I will start a campaign to warn people about mwwc. I have seen this happen before.
that was the case over a month ago, besides does that mean there are no additional contracts what happened to 125,000,000 rfq's
tell it to the titanic
Wow. lol, if you say so.
Do you believe that?
Everyday we trade down here the longer and harder it will be for this stock to climb. This is in serious decline.
You really dont understand. We have Massive dillution and massive devaluation of the stock. With nothing in sight the stock will continue to crash. You cant predict the future when the present keeps getting worse.
**This is the post of the day**
"I've watched MWWC's performance (stock price and communications) on a dis-interested basis for several months. I figure the company has a good chance to survive, but am still not prepared to commit funds via common shares. An alternative avenue is preferable.
With respect to communication strategies: they are designed to be long-term in nature to bolster brand image and reputation. One of the major lessons during any economic downturn is the companies hurt hardest long-term are the ones that layoff their workforce earliest and cut their communication budgets.
Obviously resource allocation is a difficult call at the best of times, however I believe the communication strategy is providing a dis-service to shareholders short-term and presents long-term reputational risks.
From a purely financial perspective, as the share price drops the required dilution on a per share basis increases significantly. This enforces a negative feedback loop."

...and that dillution can last a long time and kill the stock which is whats happening right now.
If there was a demand for their product there would be a demand for their stock.
Losing patience? look at the one year stock chart.
It means one of two things imo:
1. The contract fell through.
2. The contract is worth peanuts.
If it didnt fall through and it was worth big bucks the stock wouldnt be trading at these levels.
**Mr. Poertner just confirmed everyones expectations of going nowhere in the short-term, and that can be defined as two weeks to two years! Its getting ugly here.
Reverse splits are the result of management incompetence.
Reverse splits are the death of any stock. History proves it.
***A contract that big would make this worth investing in for the longterm. If management actually had it they would have already pr'd it and saved the stock price from massive de-valuation.
Stock price tells a different story.
Traderforlife warned before the run, I warned when we were in the .006's/.007's. em
I would bet Industrial Client deal fell through. Why would there be this much selling or need to dillute if a huge contract was about to come to fruition? Anybody?
Anybody have an accurate OS count? Is the TA gagged here?
Just about all trades went through at the ask! If it wasnt for dillution this stock would be .01 by now.
Traderforlife warned all of us even earlier. em
I warned you guys. em
Again, another EXCELLENT post. em
Excellent post. It could not have been said any better.
He didnt expect someone on this board to be smart enough to figure that out! lol Dont worry Max, management is securing their money at the common shareholders expense no matter what.
This is bagholder central. em
almost 1/2 of the way into 2012 and 4 million are expected in revenues. Interesting.
Was his name Larry and is he also in the cable business?
Is OS a billion yet? This is a dillution monster.
Maybe Mr. Poertner has a surprise for the shareholders? ...nahhh
Hoping something positive here takes place. em
