Well it's not traded after-hours. Last bid/ask was .146/.1627.
I guess it was due to the Vitel acquisition, where 60M shares were given as indirect ownership. The market cap looks off though, shouldn't s/p have adjusted to reflect this, i.e. around $.30-$.35?

Companies have to list our the Going Concern risks in their filing. What they stated isn't news, rather common sense and applies to basically every company. You need money to cover operations. OBMP is building up its product line and developing ProscaVax and needs money to fund these operations. Nothing earth shattering about the fact they'll need investment. That's why they're making the moves they're making, so investors have more reason to invest.
Buyout is possible, but it all depends on how ProscaVax trials end up going, so until we receive some real news on that, the p/s will fluctuate. Hopefully we'll get some good news later on as the year progress (I think we will), and the price will again go up.
Let's hope so, that's what I'm expecting. Taking a bit longer than I thought, but we still got some time in 2017. I'm happy about the fact they're at least taking steps forward, the numbers just don't yet show it.
I hope you're right, but I'm not holding my breath. I am holding on to the shares I have now but don't plan to stock up unless real good news comes out. Sure I won't make as much money on it if the FDA approves, but at least I'll make something and mitigating the risk, which I'm okay with.
99% WOW!!!!
Come on now.
For this type of cure, phase 3 success is just under 50% to be clear
https://biostrategics.wordpress.com/2011/06/27/clinical-trial-probability-of-success-just-how-probable-is-a-great-outcome/
My 25% is about half of that due to a lot of the irrational pumping I've seen with no substantive news yet to come out.
Why not? Not like I bet the farm on it. I do indeed think its 25% and I put enough money on it to make it worthwhile and if it tanks, well then I can live with it.
This is no different than going to the casino as far as I'm concerned. After spending hours doing DD, the only thing that really matters here is FDA approval and nobody really knows how that will go. 25% isn't that crazy of an estimate....what would you say it should be?
Let's not lie to ourselves, if there's no FDA approval, this stock WILL crash, no doubt about that. It WILL go under a penny AGAIN.
Now if FDA does approve, then congrats to everyone (including myself) who's holding.
The real question is what's the chance of FDA approval? I'm thinking 25%.
Yeah, well there's been plenty of "news" coming out the past few weeks, but none of it is really substantial. Unless they can really start gaining ground on Phase II of ProscaVax or start generating a material amount of income (which they should be able to at least in 2018), investors aren't willing to be patient enough to hold long term.
Yeah this thing is dropping like crazy. Might just have to take the losses and move on unfortunately.
Yeah, how do we get any real updates on this? Most of the "news" recently hasn't been news at all. Would be nice to have some sort of real information shared.
Been following this stock for a long time. I'm new to this site overall, which is why you haven't seen me post.
Have a great day pal!
That's the question I've been trying to find an answer on. It's odd that everywhere I've read it stated a start of 2016 and here we are a year later with no news. I would think sometime this year is the answer, but who knows at this point.
This stock's a joke, being hyped up. Wouldn't be shocked if it crashes soon.
Once Phase II finalizes and they're in Phase II market cap will get even bigger as the market reacts. Right now it's an under the radar company.
This has HUGE POTENTIAL

That is great news!
Big milestone that can help a huge population!
The way I'd view it now is that .20 is the bottom. The potential alone makes this an extremely cheap stock at the moment, which is why I've kept buying. Will wait it out;eventually the market will start paying attention.
Investors still don't know much about this company, that's why. Right now, it's hard to keep up with the ups and downs and the volume is low, but paying attention to the company and what they're trying to accomplish is key here....if they're even remotely successful, this stock should be worth way more than it is now.
I'm just holding tight for the moment and longing it for as long as I need to.
Look at the technicals. If you rely on other people telling you it's a scam or not....well then you'll be scammed....so again, look at the technicals, do your own research and then you decide.
