I take out some a few thousand of those 75s and they are replaced with another mil. Hmm
Companies that don't exist don't Tweet. Their twitter has been active this week. The "does not exist" lie is a weak lie and a willful attempt to manipulate a stock price.
I'm gonna do you guys a favor. I'm going to initiate a transaction from my bank acct to TD right now in order to buy more shares on Monday when it hits my acct. This will ensure that fins will come out today. That's my life story;)
DD from another board:
From associate:
A1W9W5 is wertpapierkennummer. Its an identification number similar to your CUSIP number. Possibly more along the lines of your ISIN numbers. SPCL's CUSIP I believe is 83416X101?
Some interesting finding:
I looked at the EINSTELLUNG / BEKANNTMACHUNG (notice) list of delisted german stocks from april 7 2015 you provided:
http://www.boerse-berlin.com/data/publication..._64467.pdf
SPCL is on the list. Initially, we would think nothing of it because SPCL is on a delisted list; hence it was delisted. What interests me is not that SPCL is on the list but rather the 18 other companies. I quickly researched all of them and this is what I found:
The following companies from the list (below) are on the delisted list and do NOT show up as currently traded stocks in germany. In fact, on the german site, searching for these companies gets this result:
"We can no longer provide price data for this security. It may be inactive or no longer traded"
-GT Advanced
-Allied Nevada
-BZP
-Pazoo
-Advanced Battery
-KIPS
-IFM
-CV
The rest of the companies on the list (below), which are also on the April 7, 2015 delisted list DO show up as currently traded since 12/21/2016:
-Enertopia
-Alkame
-Solaris
-Terra
-ESP
-Cannibis
-Grow Life
-mCig
-Cannibis S
-Pharmacyte
-LI3
Interesting. Half of the delisted stocks still show up as 'Last trade: 12/21/2016. I wonder why that is.
You would think SPCL would be listed as "We can no longer provide price data for this security. It may be inactive or no longer traded" as well. Apparently, this is not the case.
Searching for 5LS (actual is 5LS.BE) does not show a symbol in Germany. The WKN is still on file, but there is no traded symbol. Ive never seen anything like this before. it could be nothing. it could be something.
In fact, on the German sites, it says "SPCL Letzter Kurs 21 12 2016" which means SPCL Last Traded December 21 2016. Let me know what you find out. It looks like there was a good increase in price today. It may continue for a while until your news is revealed.
What you could do is do a compare analysis of the other 10 stocks showing up as 'traded'. Is there any similarities between those and SPCL? What makes them be on a delisted list (with SPCL) yet they show up as 'recently traded'. Maybe compare SEC filings. Let me know.
My initial opinion was that they were going international...could be total coincidence that they are now starting to pop up in searches. More work for the am:)
I find it rather peculiar that these different exchange links just started popping up in our searches today. I've been searching anything and everything for a while now and nothing has come up like this before.
Perhaps that's what the LS in the one link is? (Provided via message on the other board)
Oops. Looks like that one was posted.
Mo capital, mo betta. Looks like London as well....?
LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE CROSS LISTING!!! That's how word got out:)
https://www.ca-registry.com/C3255152-pixel-mags-inc
https://www.bloomberg.com/quote/5LS:GR
The academic literature largely ignores cross-listings on non-U.S. exchanges. However, there are many cross-listings on exchanges in Europe and Asia. Even U.S. firms are cross-listed in other countries. In the 1950s there was a wave of cross-listings of U.S. firms in Belgium, in the 1960s in France, in the 1970s in the U.K., and in the 1980s in Japan (see Sarkissian and Schill, 2014).[9] Roosenboom and van Dijk (2009)[1] analyze 526 cross-listings from 44 different countries on 8 major stock exchanges and document significant stock price reactions of 1.3% on average for cross-listings on US exchanges, 1.1% on London Stock Exchange, 0.6% on exchanges in continental Europe, and 0.5% on Tokyo Stock Exchange. These findings suggest that cross-listings on Anglo-Saxon exchanges create more value than on other exchanges. They also highlight the incomplete understanding of why firms cross-list outside the UK and the United States, as many of the arguments discussed above (enhanced liquidity, improved disclosure, and bonding) do not apply. In this respect, Sarkissian and Schill (2014) show that cross-listing activity in a given host country coincides with the outperformance of host and proximate home country’s economies and financial markets, thus, highlighting the market timing component in cross-listing decisions.
Tha all you got?
All should get on twitter and retweet PixelMags tweets.
Anybody searching for news? I can't find anything.
Seems like 88 is wall nobody wants to bring down.
Sister stock?
I'm after that at the .3 spot:)
Which one?
Nice. 0074 wall.
Y'all see my mili up for .3...? ;)
Put it at 0070, it'll be there soon. IMO
I'm sure they saw that:)
I want to believe that they are aware of that and would want to keep investors relatively happy until further news comes out. Maybe they are keeping tabs here:) They undoubtedly have a game plan. Their folks have just as much riding on this...IMO
It would be nice if Pixel Holdings would release some sort of timeline. It seems, as per contract, it has authority to...
6.1 Publicity. No publicity release or announcement concerning this Agreement, the Transaction Documents or the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby shall be issued without advance approval of the form and substance thereof by Holdings except as may otherwise be required by law (in which case the party making such release or announcement will provide concurrent or, if practicable, prior notice to the other Parties hereto).
What news?
Them tweets seem to be helping...
Not sure I see MMs on L2. I think I see some .0001-.0004s sitting there at .0062 trying to cash in. Could be wrong.
Awesome!! Thank you!
What is finra search link? I've been refreshing sec page...
Tell me about it. They're getting kinda boring....wake me when fins come out.
That tweet came from manhattan and that's where Klienman is. Maybe in NYC nowadays:)
The tweets were from Manhattan. Whatever that means.
Definitely. Was also a relief to see Pixel Mags active on twitter today.
Active on twitter today.
Yikes. That's quite a handful. At what pps avg? I have one more post for the day so please don't think I'm rude when I go stealth mode:)
Just out of curiosity, what constitutes "plenty of shares"? I have a few but not sure if I'm missing the boat with not going for more.
I feel like I got in too late. Just under 3mil at .008.
People know what they hold and don't want to sell.
I bought that one up:)
