I honestly would say the R/S is irrelevant until financials are released. No one can definitively tell you anything until then. All guesswork.
Yessir, any guess on when financials will be released between now and then is really just...well a guess.
We know the NASDAQ minimum is $4.00. I would guess the company would like to be over that minimum prior to the reverse split (in other words, be anywhere between .06 to .12 cents per share).
If that is indeed what they want, then they would probably have to release financials at least a week or two before the uplist to allow the stock to grow.
After the reverse split, I would imagine it's harder for the stock to jump drastically in price simply because it's no longer a "penny stock" (even though it shouldn't be treated as one now).
Another approach is for this stock to be unlisted under the NASDAQ minimum where it will increase in price more gradually, preventing a larger pop in pps (more fluid approach).
I don't know their strategy, I'm not gonna pretend to know their strategy. But if I had to take a stab at financials release. I would say second week of January.
This is all speculation.
Anytime between now and "about January 31st" (per Dec. 1st 8-K).
May top off my amount with another 50k shares tomorrow. But agreed. If I had the funds to spare for another 500k, I would.
Just holding. Waiting. May be a slow 1-6 weeks of waiting. But I will do it.
You're making the right decisions imo
I posted an article earlier on how to spot manipulation: You should read it. It's very informative.
Make your own decisions. This stock likes to hang around .0067 - .0078 for the most part. That appears to be the general support level. The price will likely hang around here (give or take another .0005) until financials are released. If you've done your research, then you should be on the same page as the rest of us (minus maybe Jerbear, SM, and Vet, they have different opinions).
I believe the taxes they pay in Delaware are their incorporation taxes. In which delaware is known to be one of the more corporation friendly states. They likely pay additional taxes in california and nevada. But this is just a guess. Kinda like the ones you errantly make.
TX (and anyone): This is a good sourece on how prices are manipulated.

Could the merge be with their former UK entity? Just throwing out possibilities.
Just a confirmation and reminder of annual sales from Hoover's. 2015: 48 million + taxes confirmed by Thoth information on how taxes are assessed can be found here: http://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/delaware-state-business-income-tax.html (look at the authorized shares method, the math works out +/- like 25$

Ahhh fresh out of jail.
Good morning SPCLers (hopefully soon to be) PIXLers.
We some thugs up in this ihub jail. woop woop
where did you get this? resubmit the entire post
We (strong handed, kung-fu grip SPCL holders) thought that Oringer was involved with our company. Turns out that wasnt the case. But our (DJs, XYZ, CAs, SnL, Watchful (RIP), Art, Pho, and many more) DD is reliant on more than press releases. Maybe if we were riding on Sierra's "anticipations," then we would all be screwed.
Tis not the case sir/maddam. We have legal documents outlining the agreement.
SHOM did not have an 8-k specifying a deal with coke. We on the other hand have an 8k saying SPCL and Pixel are now one entity.
DUDE, THE SEC VERY VERY LIKELY GAVE THEM A DEADLINE TO FILE 10-Qs FOR 2014 and 2015!
OF COURSE WE DONT KNOW THAT DEADLINE AS THAT GIVES OPPORTUNITY FOR INSIDE TRADING! IT IS PROBABLY BEFORE YEARS END. 2016 FINS WILL COME AFTER.
WHY WOULD THIS COMPANY THROW THEIR ENTIRE INVESTMENT AWAY.
OH YEAH....THEY WOULDNT
opinion opinion opinion. A damn logical one that is
One of my favorite points made recently is that Fidelty (who is often strignent) started allowing trading of SPCL. Do you think that's because they are in on this so called scam that is so carefully crafted in the public eye for the whole world and SEC to see? Or is it because SPCL/Solaris/PixelMags/Holdings/whatever is in communication with the SEC.
I'm betting on the latter.
Oh im sorry. I just searched for the word "charged"/"charge" in those newsletters and cant seem to find that. I found the word "accusing."
Can you tell my feeble mind how those two are the same?
Exactly. I Netflixed their Q form but it's taking a while to download. I still use AOL dialup
Cough Cough, "was handling"
I forgot to include you DJ in my thanks, so thanks
Art, xyz, pho, CA, SnL, CJ and other legit longs. Y'all keep us floating with all of your combined experience.
Rock on.
Can anyone verify if this is correct?
NO ONE KNOWS
Way to run them jewels fast xyz! Thanks for holding everyones hand through this ride!
But if the company has real value and revenue (and in turn gets a high valuation), then i dont think the 6 mil is significant.
But i could be totally wrong in every way possible.
Skiluc is concerned about possible dilution. Unsure whether the 8k implies the 6 mil note can be paid before 2019 or if the company must wait until the maturity date.
It's a valid concern.
Preach Pho!
Well said DJ. Converting early would be a self kick to the face.
I personally don't think anything any major trading will occur today. Bid whacking will bring the price down to high .007s. Then probably close around low mid .008s (like where we are now) and .009s
JMHO.
Pixel Mags's holding group is registered in Delaware. Oringer's WAS in New York. It is since been inactive.
Regardless, this stock is undervalued. The company could bring in 15-20 million in revenue and still be worth .05-.06.
You know this, I know this, we (those who have done our DD and not relying on iHub hypsters) all know this. It's only a matter of time until the rest of the world catches up. At that point, the current investors will be in good hands.
This can still be a home run, depending on your investment. We may not be going to mars, but the moon isn't too far away.
Pixelmags revenue scheme (at least at one point):
We’ve integrated our preparation and distribution technology seamlessly into the following eight newsstands: Apple newsstand, Readr, Google Play newsstand, Nook, Amazon newsstand (Europe), Magzter, Readly and Zinio. All this for only $60 per month, per title, per newsstand*
*The monthly fee applies for each title for each newsstand that you choose. A minimum of three newsstands (or a minimum of $180 in fees) is required. $60 per newsstand, per title, per month is based on a 12 month upfront payment. $0.18 per download fee applies to Apple & Kindle Europe newsstands.
You can run with this if you want. Idc.
Think or swim (old reliable) shows everything is normal. TD website shows all is normal. TD architect and mobile app have the glitch. However every night the TD mobile app has the ask at like .2631 or something like that. And every morning everything is back to normal.
I'M ALMOST POSITIVE THIS IS A FLUKE! MY TD MOBILE APP FREQUENTLY DOES WEIRD STUFF LIKE THIS
TD trade architect shows the same thing. Pretty sure its a fluke
Can someone relink the pixelmags patents?

Check it out folks. Not bad. Not bad at all.
