Skull I'm in process of updating all of my information this week. I'll share once I'm done. It's a long list that is bigger than Caltech's work. Plus it's longer than combining Apple only ip plus glassimetal.
All good because my Eontec connection is connected to Apple, Glassimetal, Liquidmetal, Caltech, Prometaltech. It's a big happy family! Even Steipp and professor Johnson are talking, to somes surprise.
Forgot to share:

Apple filed yesterday with USPTO

What I know for certain is they hired the new Application Engineer - Daniel McHugh.
Rige,
It's not in the cases now. It's a stronger aluminum version that they perfected for today's design needs.
Another trades how where Liquidmetal will be in attendance.

More of these phones coming out of China, so either Prometaltech or Eontec:

Materion needs to get the memo about die casting for BMG's, being a thing of the past. Their principal scientist job that was just filled, had that as part of job description:
"In addition the individual should have knowledge and experience in the processes typically used for the fabrication of bulk metallic glasses (amorphous metals).
In particular knowledge on the die casting of BMGs is desired."
I've posted this before....search and search and see the connection.
Dongguan Zhian Intellectual Property Service Co., Ltd. (Dongguan, CN)
"2.2. Patent License Grant to LMT. Upon the terms and conditions set forth herein (including the termination provisions in Article 7 hereof) and subject to the Field of Use Restrictions, Eontec hereby grants to LMT a non-revocable, paid-up, royalty-free, perpetual license (or sublicense, as the case may be) to the Eontec Licensed Patents and Eontec Licensed Technical Information to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, export and import LMT Licensed Products within the LMT Field in the LMT Exclusive Territory and Non-Exclusive Territories. Such license shall be exclusive to LMT (including to the exclusion of Eontec and its Affiliates) in the LMT Exclusive Territory and shall be non-exclusive in the Non-Exclusive Territories. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Agreement shall prohibit LMT from engaging in research or development activities in the Eontec Exclusive Territory."
I'll share recent two:

One in Europe

It amazes me how people make statements that Li has ip access because the $8 million deposited. First off the sec filings state it and then ive stated before. ...the ip is documented online and Li could have downloaded and printed. But he doesn't have the legal blessing granted by apples security release to CIP until the $$$$$ is in the bank. Or else he risks facing BJ Watruous and his big boss Sewell at Apple.
No problem...sorry I don't have PM or else I'd get you the path to the source.
Right because Apple allowed a full release on all CIP release....SMH
I believe they said "no" ..... Not sure what can't be understood about their answer on replacements for Salas and Zadesky.
Exactly...the 55M not being in yet doesn't sit well but I'm NOT an expert at money transfers between China into US, so I can't speak intelligently to it.
It's a pivotal moment in Liquidmetal's path, waiting to unravel one way or the other.
I guess they forgot to file an 8k for that event then, which would be a material event.
Ok ok ok you got me....he has totally misled every sucker like me. I should have known better than companies don't make stupid mistakes. Stupid mistakes puts them under real quick.
Ok ok ok the Li deal has to be dead in the water. They're so stupid they even forgot to file an 8k, but they will do it on the 9th. Tom has to be do CRAZY and an IDIOT to have a CC when he knows the deal is dead, and he will have to take questions from folks who are ready to feed him to the Great Whites swimming offshore in Orange County.
Darn it I can't believe I have beef duped AGAIN!!!!
Wow.....
Really, thanks for the info. You initially called Eontec news a scam out of China. Now this is the new day for Liquidmetal, what gives?
Why? Because the world already knows there will be no LM iPhone 7?
Yep there are several people connected at Materion recently with folks at Eontec through LinkedIn recently that could allude to more entanglement between Materion and Liquidmetal through mutual relationships.
New Materion job:
Principal Scientist

* In addition the individual should have knowledge and experience in the processes typically used for the fabrication of bulk metallic glasses (amorphous metals).
* In particular knowledge on the die casting of BMGs is desired.
Right because there are some real intelligent investors who call in.....like the one guy from the last call. Let's not even get started....
More relative than Eontec charts...
"5. We anticipate a possibility of moving to a larger building relatively soon. Planning and execution of such a move will be an essential role in that eventuality."
From new Liquidmetal job posting:
Facilities and Control Engineer

Ok so giving rights through CIP for Eontec to use, and then Eontec partners with Samsung. Yep that will work with Apples death grip on IP. Little Eontec would be like a roach squashed by the Green giant.
For the love of BMG's, Eontec (not Enotech) does NOT have access to all of Crucible Intellectual Property IP, and has no access to Apple's IP created by their staff only (Waniuk, Prest, Zadesky, Poole, Matlin, Nashner, etc).
Apple only allowed a security release of about 50 patents/applications to Crucible (of IP code developed by Apple and Liquidmetal or Liquidmetal only). That was to allow Liquidmetal the right to issue Eontec a license.
If their is a BMG in iPhone 7 case I'll be shocked. Best chance is iPhone 8, but always that feeling that apples plan is not for case primarily. Wearables or new product line has highest chance in my opinion. Then again I'm just stating my opinion.
I'm more into what non-CE is up to and what money will come from there. The current Apple MTA for the one millionth time will not give Lqmt money. It gave Liquidmetal a lifeline in order to survive. , R&D dollars, IP protection and cost plus exposure.
Think people need to mellow out on board. :)
For anyone interested, the following was published yesterday in Europe:
http://www.freepatentsonline.com/EP3045557A1.html
Dig a little bit and this ties back to Lugee Li.
He DOES NOT have full access to the patent portfolio. The security release by Apple only gave Crucible (who is true owner of Liquidmetal assigned IP) authority to share certain IP with Eontec through the license agreement .
Nope. Even if Lugee Li gave Glassimetal $60 million plus bucks too. Even then the more the merrier because it provides exposure to technology.
To be issued as patent #9393612 to Glassimetal tomorrow, with Apple as an assignee.

So you share the exact same statement as Watts on battery using BMG's? Only he had said that over and over again, not anyone else. Thanks for the confirmation.
Appreciate that. It's a pain in the butt to read through all the claims or even query key words. Just like a recent update submitted 7/12 from Liquidmetal's patent application concerning mirrors. Amazing claims concerning mirrors that reflect or absorb light for mobile devices. Always been a fan with patent world and Appleis one of those companies that historically leaves bread crumbs (intentional or unintentional) on present or future products through their IP work.
We are not worse off I beg to differ. There is no Messiah of lqmt on this board that we are better with them or worse off. Liquidmetal history is a good reference but it doesn't mean that the future will always follow that path. There is no 100% guarantee that lqmt will follow past history nor that it will be different. That's my two cents
Your source of him being the most knowledgeable? Like me I always thought you were more neutral on lqmt? So why this recent defense of one poster or SA comments of those who have a comment of one certain poster of lqmt ?
