The dip in price shouldn't last long. I know of someone that bought over half of the shares. IMO, just temporary weekness, but VERY attractive price per share. IMO, it will pop back up today or tomorrow.
Right now looks like no sellers and very little buyers out there. No selling is a good thing! Okoil, I'm with SFOR for the long haul too!!!
Ren...do you think SFOR's s/p goes lower if the patent is not granted or do you think it wouldn't have an affect on s/p? How important is this patent?
I threw some "if's" in about SFORs future performance. Most of us haven't been thumped in the wallet like you have. Why didn't you have a plan to sell at 15, 20, 25, 30, 50, or 75% of a loss and then take your tax write off? Your strategy didn't make sense. You must have tons of time on your hands in order to stay around and comment all the time...most people take their lumps and move on. I'm not going to waste my time in a pissing match with you - do us a favor and move on!
IMO, the revenues from the increase in sales/copies should show up on the next quarter's report and has little to do with the current share price. If the sales are indicative in the next quarter's report and adds up - we might see a huge jump in share price and have the start of something awesome. If it is a lousy quarter due to lack luster revenue (regardless of how many copies were sold), then I think SFOR goes well below half a penny. It will be very interesting to see how the numbers come in on the next quarterly report.
Chang, please give us concrete details about the Charles Schwab report. Thanks!!!
How about those 2 guy start ups in basements or garages and then their share price trades at $100+ per share? Where I'm going with this is that 9 years after SFOR's inception, the world is now in need of their or other company's products. Yes, SFOR has gotten the crap kicked out of itself and so has the shareholders, but don't you think there is a decent chance they can take it to next levels just like the 2 guy start ups have? In your opinion, what is a reasonable share price for the company as it is right now? How much if they have a stellar quarter? Please throw us your p/s valuations.
It could be that the next quarter's results reflect the increase in sales...maybe it will add up then. If not, Mark Kay should be asked about it.
Chang and Scotty...stinks to be down so much. Are you guys going to take your lumps, take some of the losses off your taxes and move on? Or, are you going to hang on and see what happens?
Joe...well said, and we seem to be on the same page. I'm hoping management and SFORs distributors are talking to a lot more major corporations because of the Verizon, Wyndom, and the other's that were breached. I would have to think it is now down to saying something like, "You think you're protected, but you're not just as these (Verizon and others) thought they were." I'm confident that they are or will be soon. I think you are also thinking this stock could be worth the wait, not just for a few cent gain, but for over a dollar??? I still think there is a 60% chance the company will survive. I think we will know within 1 year.
What is your thoughts about the stock price if the patent is granted, and then, what if it isn't? Thanks!
Suppose the market makers were out today and manipulated the stock for a buyer(s) to buy cheap? It has gone up quite a bit since the low prices today...not a sell off, but longs getting in if I'm right. We will see if it gets crazy near the close or at the open on Monday. Any comments?
Looks like some bigger blocks of shares are at the ask price of roughly .009 and those wanting out of their smaller positions are willing to sell below the bigger blocks, thus, some investors are snapping up a bunch of smaller trades...once that is over IMO, we will be out of the .005 and .006's and closer to a penny. It seems the big blocks are not going to trade/sell at market, and are holding on to sell at higher prices.
Sorry, that is what I meant...I for sure had that mixed up. Please comment what you think will happen to the share price if the patent will be awarded and also if it won't be awarded. Thanks!
What will happen with share price if the OOB patent is rejected...who thinks the price will drop significantly or will the price stay the same if it is rejected. Is the patent "the cherry on top"/a catalyst for a jump in share price? Is or isn't the OOB patent a big deal? Thanks for everyone's input!
Thanks Ren! I am open to what you and others think regarding my previous post that I am long on SFOR. One thing I didn't add is that I too now have some skin in the game under a penny.
I checked out the info on the website, recent news that SFOR has released, and had a couple of conversations a while back with Mark and George. Again, I am new to this message board, but this is what I think.
The company now has traction, in fact, more traction than ever before in its history. It has gone through its share of ups and downs to get to where it is today. It is flying under the radar of institutional investors thus far due to it being a company that has some debt, little revenue, the exchange that it trades on, SFOR has had to show the world the need for its products/create need. However, the "need" is now here and they are positioned nicely (not the largest player, but with awesome products that work).
For everyone that is down significantly from where you bought in...that does stink and I wouldn't like it either. I think the worst is behind the company.
Overall, I am long on SFOR and think we will have a bump or two ahead along with some major victories. I think there is a 60% chance the company will survive and one day (not too far off) the share price is going to soar. Yes, it could be up and down like a yo yo for a while. The sub-penny level seems VERY attractive to me based on the increasing need for the product, the quality of the products, reoccuring revenue and the connections management have.
Low amount of trades and SMALLER volume vs. yesterday...anyone want to suggest the difference between yesterday and today? Thanks!
Has management been saying revenues will significantly increase each and every quarter for the past couple of years or has it only been investors saying that? Does it seem there is a good base of reoccuring revenue now in place or is it just smoke being blown in the investors faces?
Do you think IF the next quarter's revenues come in significantly higher as Kay thinks it will, then well-known institutional investors might consider loading up on SFOR?
Renaissance, thanks for your insight too! It sounds like your view is 50/50 that SFOR will survive. Would it be safe to say that you think SFOR is "very attractive" in the .007 to .01 range? Thanks again!
Thanks Scotland for your view. Sounds like you might be giving SFOR approx 20% chance of survival. From reading other's posts, they feel SFOR could really be a surviving organization if the next couple of quarters produce much higher reveune than the past quarters. Just trying to do some DD and decide if I should buy in at the current levels. Thanks again Scotland, and I also look for anyone else's feedback.
Hi Chang and everyone...I'm new to the SFOR board. I see higher volume today. Does anyone think SFOR will trade around .006 to .009 for a while and then take off, or will the shares drop fast from here on? Is SFOR going to stay in business for years to come? Why or why not?
