What bothers me when I sit down and think it over is WHY would someone post a PR like that IF they couldn't back it up? I mean you don't do that because if its false that can open ALL kinds of litigation against you. Now if a deal was struck between these two causing one party to dismiss it that info may NOT be available outside the court for a day or two which is why the case says STILL OPEN..... Just my thoughts on this and I HOPE I am WAY OFF and this thing sky rockets but I sure would like to hear someone else on this.. TIA.

Yes .10 cents could be a low expectaion depending on what type of PR the company posts. if its good and looks good going forward then who knows how high this could go. BUT yes we have to wait and see what's around that corner LOL.

Well let's just say that being a lawyer myself would know that to be untrue, OR the person writing the e-mail (IF) true would be a huge idiot because they could open themselves up to litigation. No response with ANY info other than a one size fits all response is allowed. This is a shell and we all know it. Therefore it is a lottery ticket. IF BUTLQ is used as a RM to a company this would explode in price per share, IF NOT then it is what it is.
