that means a couple of you will not be able to post here for that time period? Huff hurt many during that period, I still remember the die hards defending him when he wanted increase the float. one of Huffs reasons was he said things may be happening fast. Fortunately for me, its his decision, and the mindless defense of him at the time, that kept me from buying in those days. I will say, I have many many times more shares now then a few years ago and cost me over a dozen times less. if the stock/company makes out well in the next year, It will be worth the wait. I will say, if they cant get business by then, I see it dragging for years, which some might think ok.
that is the kind of contract I would like to see sanswire close on. nice to know there is real interest in the form of contracts occuring in this space, no pun intended.
he could be right on depending on how long and how much happens. If they leave before the cake is served, with all the party gifts, its a pretty clear nothing changed. but that has not happened yet and can only be predicted one way or the other. this company is finally at an inflection point.
It should be all good from here on, backlog put a damper on things but I think its been resolved. they are working on alternate suppliers, in the coming couple months this should no longer be an issue. I think break even is not that far away and can be obtained with one of its current customers.
the gap at 42 is filled from way back in 09 march. it would be amazing testiment to technicals if it went back up from here.
Ok then, I will ask, where is the proof! it would then not make you look like you are making it up right. sure they have open issues and dockets going forward, but proof would be valid.
I still think the gap below $1 needs to be filled. Not sure if it will go there but if market correction continues it may.
"there is no way you can conclude they have found nothing" good thing in this counrty, at least for the most part, you are innocent until proven guilty. accusations can lead to damaged reputations, or loss of business? do you know of any intentions like that?
I think you missed the point of the SEC watching and searching for this activity the last few years. they have found nothing recent, period. your point is all historical hindsight.
I like it when they keep going on and on about old stuff, it means they have no material.
thats the sign, you see an agreement occur, you will very soon after see contracts from what I know.
"This company has done nothing to deliver value to shareholders"
your statement has absolutely nothing to do with the SEC investigation. since they are filing and current, they are fulfilling its obligation to shareholders, past value or not. shareholder value in no way has anything to do with any violation, and your smoke and mirrors accusation has no merit, its worth what it is, an accusation.
they have no grounds to revoke them, if they did it now they would have an awfull civil suit on their hands from current shareholders who see straight company with a future. its all about SEC strangling them to death, they should be absolved and start over.
I dont believe any of the ongoing investigation is justified by anything but revenge or some sort of grudge someone in the SEC has against the company. I also believe it shows SEC incompetance to attack a miniscule company while ignoring billion dollar ponzi schemes that I believe still occur in the form of naked shorting and other devices that create volitility and manipulation in the market. yet they choose to focus on what, a company who has no one left in it that has violated anything and is a billionth the size of the ones out there doing the damage to our 401ks. IMO
I read it and still have the same questions cause you have not answered any of them yet.
so you think tao gave sanswire the 111 in hopes they will give them the amount of money you claim they owe them?
you think Tao spoiled the demo?
you think they separated ways for something that happened in 2005, especially since they made an agreement years after.
have you talked to anyone at Tao, or is all this your internet research and opinion
I think he already has, or has friends, that invested in FRE above what its at now. He has to pump it. how can anyone who claimed a stock to be worth nothing, all of a sudden say its worth more than it is today, especially when the numbers were a disaster.
today will be a unique day for the market, Futures up, way up. If Valence had some good news today to go along with the rest it could be exciting for VLNC also.
no doubt about it, anything you can think of can end up in computer code and do the work for you. its the manipulation that worries me. washington and wallstreet dont seem to care about this country anymore. its about them, proof when those in office can do inside trading and dont have to declare it. most of those in government(financial)power came from GS or other wall street firms. Bernie is just the one who got caught by his own concience during the econimic collapse. I wonder how many thousands still think and act like him. when the SEC dont do anything and continues to encourage shorting, you know they are on the take. why would a parent or guardian bet against their children in their own homw, same goes for government allowing anyone in the world to short business in this country. the government dont represent us, they represent themselves. Only the return of Jesus himself will change this IMO
I guess its an ongoing saga, hard to believe, but that seems to be what the article said.
more news for Brammo

I was thinking someone would get on it and lay a patch in the studio, just kidding, Brammo is doing great.
http://brammofan.wordpress.com/2010/04/30/cnbc-power-lunch-brammo-enertia-one-of-best-new-products/
there is no profit to the company, just those prosecuted made a profit. those are just the options, assume they will use A.
pretty simple, even I can figure it, even more important, accept it.
no, dont know what your talking about, and dont know why coolhotzone deleted my response earlier.
Brammo
"the company is turning out as many as a dozen Enertias per day, with the capability of building 10,000 per year".
sorry, dont have a clue what your talking about! was not directing anything towards you anyhow.
Dry is up 183, market down hard, gold held, SNSR up with no gapper. the spring run should be good for the market, lets see if SNSR goes with it considering what happened day.
then again, the SEC could step in to make sure shareholders nor the company prosper.
its not what I said at all, dont have a clue how you came to that conclusion.
I will give you the truth about this company, no debate about it. this company has been under investigation for years now.
IMO, Im not talking about enron here, Im talking about a nano company with a handfull of management. how can it take the SEC years to investigate a tiny tiny company unless they had motives we are not aware of. its not that they dont know all the players since the beginning, its not that that they have to drill down through thousands of documents and layers of management.
Is it about someone in the SEC who wants to destroy them, for whatever reason other than what the SEC stands for? does someone at the SEC want to spend the rest of his career on this company, did they decide they dont want to start anything new and let this stretch out as long as possible, so they dont have to do anything else? does someone at the SEC know shareholders that they want to hurt? everytime I think of this investigation, it leads me to the same conclusion, no matter who is guilty in the company, someone in the SEC is not doing the right thing or handling it in the right way.
the SEC sitting on this company seems outrageous when so many big companies are getting away with fleecing shareholders. sure past management did it hear, its over and they need to move on and leave this company to running a business. the investigation has hindered their marketing efforts, even bashers here understand and mention this. SEC needs to go after current violators.
the damage has already been done to shareholders here, any action would make it worse, and only satisfies those that have bitter feelings. I have no respect for the SEC, they make it personal or are on the take. talk about wasting money and compromised shareholders/home owners when it comes to GoldmanSachs and others like them. even the former fed, Greenspan, is a hedge funder now, shorting should not be allowed anymore, ever. it would instantly eliminate a large amount of mechanisms of greed.
I agree, my opinion, the SEC has more personal issues than professional. It is a waste of money when you look at the whole picture, look at Madoff, GS. billions of shareholder dollars are at risk because they miss those to focus on micro issues like sanswire for what? makes no sense other than vendetta.
actually, there is nothing wrong with his knowledge. as an individual investor, he has the right to dig for information, organize it any way he wants, as much as he wants, and make estimates or assumptions on future value or progress whenever he wants. question is, are his dots worth anything when it comes to future value of the company.
I dont call accumulating to a level and then dumping into the next wave investing. I think thats what people did here, maybe even you, and its why I dont trust any opinions. many of you said the same thing in the teens, then it kept dropping and I heard many of you sold on the way down. I would like to trust the company is doing something leading to a contract, but I have been watching and waiting for a while and only see change with no real progress. PR shipping material around and announcing more testing is just another prelude to a pumpndump im afraid. I only see price flucuations based on the wind. its show time, anything else would lead to awareness that it aint gonna happen, and the likelihood of recovery from the next dump less likely.
there seems to be little selling pressure lately, dont know why, there is no news and appears some accumulation for whatever reason. where do you see the price 3,6,9, and 12 months from today?
soon seems to not have a time line anymore. I dont see anything soon, meaning within reasonable time such as a quarter, considering the latest statements.
once SEC changes rules on shorting, which I think it will, and the fact the economy will soon be in the best shape ever in relation to inflation, and the bull market has just begun, I think we can easily see DOW 20 - 28K in the coming years. How will VLNC fit into this coming explosion, I think we will see the beginnings of this picture at the next CC. with almost 10 customers involved with the electric energy revolution, and the next generation vanadium battery, and its patents, getting ready to go primetime, I can only imagine what valence will look like in the next 2-3 years.
thats the statement that confuses me, they have had months to ship it here. I dont mind delays as long as the outcome is business. its when the delays lead to more management changes, stock givaways, etc, without any business developed. I dont really know whats going on here right now, but I see a huge bull run starting with the current GS blooper kick starting the next leg up and I would like to know if SNSR is a place to take advantage of the overall run to a 20k DOW.
coming soon, very soon, all over the country. how much business will go to valence through smart grid applications has yet to be determined
