I bought the stock via a private placement directly form the company. The companies transfer agent has the stock. I need them to transfer the stock to my eTrade account...eTrade says maybe they will take them, maybe not. Currently I dont have any access to the stock.

A few guys got scared by negative posts here, and sold. The volume of 5M shares is too little, I myself has more than 20% of this (1.5M shares), so this is nothing. Many guys will chase hard very soon, time will tell...

I am having a similar problem. I am trying to open an account with a transfer of about a $100k worth of a penny stock. I opened an etrade account hearing they were good about pennies. Basically, they said " give it a try". The risk department will make a decision once the transfer is attempted....geez. The transfer is directly from the transfer agent of the penny stock company.

Anybody have any advice if etrade rejects them?

As long as the dilution continues, the price will continue to fall. All the potential revenue is just that...potential. No one should expect any sustained pps rise until there is a reason for it...revenue. There may be some momo from news, but that is likely to be short lived.

Investors in TECO and TECO itself need to realize where we are in the power continuum in the country of Belize. The bottom line is, we have no power in Belize. The GOB holds ALL the power, corrupt as it is.

The GOB is the 800 pound gorilla that is sitting on TECOs well....we have to play nice with the GOB...we have to kiss their butt and grease their palms.

We may not like it, but that is the reality.

Anti texting software is not rocket science...PG/OPMG has extras that, while unique, aren't essential. In marketing, the word that attracts the most attention in "FREE". Basic anti texting software is all that is needed for those that are concerned about it and will be provided for free by cell providers, insurance companies, etc.

OPMG failed to "strike while the iron is hot" and has lost the momentum. Multiple mis-steps by management have contributed to OPMG's decline.
