100% agreed.
As far as I know APR has no connection to American Pacific Mining. APR may be incorporated in Wyoming... but unless I'm mistaken, the mines themselves are in Oregon.

Nah, nothing personal taken. I get it. It was also kooky of me to keep throwing money at it when it went from pennies to trips way back. At least I'm consistent... lol
Honestly... I don't want it to run until after I get in my last scoop... which is hopefully Tuesday. I'm ok without it... I just want to buy one more time, lol
He didnt want to speculate on price but someone posted earlier there was only expected to be about 300m APR shares.
It was very much appreciated. Thank you again.
CC Notes
1) Safe Harbor Statement
2) The plan was to file the 10k before today, but the auditor was late getting back in town. It’s not completely done but it’s at the EDGARizing agency (M2 Compliance). Sorry for the delay. When the 10k is filed, there will be a longer conference call (next week). Can't say much about it until it's out. Hopefully Monday or Sunday everything will be filed. Larger capacity CC next time.
3) He cannot OFFICIALLY say he has bought back shares yet because they're not in his books. But he's been working on that.
4) Very hopeful that the APR dividend timeline will remain intact. Some history on his past dividends and subsidiaries.
5) Spent a lot of time in Vietnam with some of his partners that wanted to get in on some of his major initiatives.
6) "Found a big treasure" that he can't talk about until after the filings.
7) Shout out to Cordova for being with the company for decades. XD
8) There is still a lot of work ahead, but the company has never had a big chance like this and we will understand what he means after the filing of the 10k. He's trying to fast track. Should be fully in compliance by the middle of April. He's been talking to someone at the SEC about being in compliance with his reporting.
9) The big O/S. He was able to negotiate with some of the noteholders not to convert but it took too long and some of them couldn't keep them for too long so they converted. He has looked at a number of ways to increase shareholder value, including the buyback, but he can discuss that after the filings.
10) Was making arrangements to obtain a source of funds for the buy back.
11) Estimate value of the dividend too early to tell. Trying to create value for his subsidiaries before they spin off.
12) Regarding patience wearing thin amongst shareholders, we are very close. He intends to list the company on the senior exchange. Didn't say when that would be. There was a plan. The plan was disrupted by events beyond his control, including COVID. Some projects that appeared dead are still underway.
13) Master fund was activated already. Will share more detail next CC.
Thank you!!!
Not bashing. Just disappointed. Everyone that can't get in is. I get it.
With all this supposed revenue you'd think he'd be able to upgrade his account. It's not that expensive.
HA!!!
Kinda PO'd now. Someone said he was going to be recording the meeting. When/where will it be posted?
Thats my fault. Every CC I've been to, he had. Obviously I didn't go to the last couple. I was wrong. My apologies. :(
We're in Bizarro World.
Unpopular opinion, but realistically the bashers are doing more good for the company by hurting the PPS than people trying to bring in more investors to help the PPS or convincing others to stay.
Henry PROBABLY is already purchasing via buyback. If I were him, I'd tell everyone I wasn't also. If everyone knows I'm doing it, I can't buyback nearly as much because the price is going to skyrocket. So, I'd let the PPS plummet so I can grab as much as I could. Heck, I might even help it along.
Remember... it said "up to 15 billion shares, or more as may be needed". Doesn't mean exactly 15 billion. That was never a guarantee. It means UP TO that amount. The higher the price goes, the more he has to spend, and the less likely he'll be able to shell out that kind of brass. "Or more as may be needed" means he has to get to 15 billion first, and then he can use whatever quid he has left over to keep buying. If you want it to get to that point, the price needs to be lower. Not higher.
Thanks for coming to my TED talk.
All the clean energy stuff is inactive. That was 3+ years ago. The focus now is on APR, APP, ADE, and at this point LMNOP (meaning everything else related to the Lux Fund subfunds / Vietnam infrastructure).
Was never active as far as I know. I think for Henry that was a... pipedream?
Bearing in mind also that Vinafilms was supposed to be the primary funding vehicle for all of these projects prior to the Lux Fund.
Sorry, was driving.
No sir, I did not. I'll look around for it tonight. Or I guess I can wait until the CC, lol...
If anyone pays attention to Henry, he structures like it's a season of The Flash. Each episode can stand up on it's own, but ultimately they're all building up to the season finale.
For example, 3 or 4 years ago (it's a rough estimate Wilson, please don't come after me...) it seemed like Henry wanted to be big but he didn't really have an idea of what he wanted to do. He would enter into agreements with mining companies and then he'd trade away those agreement rights to other companies (Myson). Myson would pay him in shares of their company. And then the agreements would fall apart. So those shares never really paid off. But he was also putting together or investing in companies that while they should be able to make profits for PHIL on their own... also contributed to a bigger project once you put all of them together. At the time it seemed like everything was building up towards his sports/health drink.
Abundant Farms - Agriculture. Was supposed to produce high profit crops, livestock (fertilizer?) etc. And also likely be involved with cultivation of sacha inchi.
insert-text-here
Phivitae Healthcare - Wanted to market pharmaceuticals to Europe. I'd imagine they're probably the subsidiary that was going to formulate the sacha inchi drink.
Philand Ranch - Was supposed to be real estate, resort/spas, casino. By itself, a resort/spa, casino, etc. would be able to generate profit. But if you have a health drink... and you have a health spa resort...
insert-text-here
PHI EZ Water - Was supposed to be water filtration which allegedly increased the yield of cannabis crops. But was likely going to be involved with growing sacha inchi. If you're filtering water to sell for crops, how do you not use it for your own crops?
insert-text-here
Sports Pouch Beverage Co. - Involved in propriety beverage packaging... which apparently went defunct, unless I'm mistaken. It should have been able to hold it's own, while providing us with drink pouches... but I guess not.
insert-text-here
Vinafilms - Produces plastic. Either they were going to be producing the plastic for Sports Pouch Bev Co or they were going to be producing the bottles after SPBV went under.
insert-text-here
And I'm sure there are more tie ins. Most of the above have gone inactive, aren't really doing much, or have been pushed out of the spotlight. Vinafilms was going to be the real winner out of all of it. It was already producing and generating a profit.
But right around that time, APR came into being also. And then GILDEX, blockchain tech, Asian Diamond Exchange, and the real estate infrastructure opportunities in Vietnam. And the sports/health drink took a back seat. Fortunately. Because everything else that came up since has much, much greater potential. IMO, I'd rather he just stick with all of that instead of trying to get back into that game.
Was also one of the reasons for the vinafilms purchase. They were supposed to be producing the plastic bottles for us.
Could be wrong. Its old intel and it fell of the grid a while back.
I vaguely recall something about Phi looking into growing and harvesting some fruit that they were going to market for medicinal purposes and to throw in a sports drink. Which is one of the reasons we owned shares of that sports beverage company and Natural Well.
https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2020/05/12/2032264/0/en/PHI-Group-Enters-Strategic-Agreement-with-Natural-Well-Technical-Ltd.html
I think at one point it was supposed to be working on a casino too.
At least it was three years ago. Took a back seat to ade / apr / etc.
Real estate / agriculture
Always is. At the end.
I like that last line of the first paragraph. That sums up the delay in the simplest and most hopeful way possible.
When all of the audits are completed. 2019 10k is supposed to come out this week. The rest will follow as the auditors finish them. There is no hard date set.
I see what you did there... XD
Yes. He will post the information for the CC when he posts the fins. He covers his topics first and then opens the floor for Q&A.
We talked about it about 15 posts ago or so. The IPO will depend on a lot of variables but Henry ultimately wants to uplist to a senior market. DJK's post is that Henry has some backers with preferred shares that will basically require it to be uplisted. NYSE small cap is $1. NASDAQ is $3 - $4 depending. A good question for the CC is whether or not he intends to do this right away or build up to it over time.
Wow. And I thought Henry had his fingers in every pie.
My bigger question still isnt the existence of the mines, but confirmation of whats in them. I would like to see the results of the most recent site survey, if one has been done. Even then, there's still equipment to be purchased and moved to those sites which can be costly and personnel to hire. Which reminds me, whatever happened to Hymax?
In laymans terms, thats the RSVP date.
DJK has information that the dividend will take place when PHIL narrows its O/S to 3 billion. Meaning the buyback will take place first. When that happens is speculative. The June date is stockholders and their shares up to that point will receive the dividend.

Unless something has changed, Henry intended to uplist APR to NASDAQ. I believe NASDAQ is $3 - $4. Doesn't necessarily mean it will happen right away, if ever, but that was the plan.
No worries sir. Thank you for your service.
Go back about a day or so and read his post. He doesn't speculate.
Then here's hoping that we make it to the Promised Land!
Once he comes through for us, we'll all have to meet up out here and pitch it to him. And then go celebrate in Vegas.
Maybe we can talk him into another subfund? He can get us some real estate out here. We can irrigate with some of that PHI EZ Water tech. Grapes, hops, barley. We can do it all! Open up a site as pretty as the Stone Brewing in Escondido. Longs drink free. That's the dividend for that subsidiary.
