WHY HAVE ALL THE NAMES CHANGED AT INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH?
We are greeted here with non-stop lunacies about the great things that Industrial Nanotech and the products are doing. In order to build on that "great award-winning" reputation the company's website now completely drops any reference to Industrial Nanotech and redirects to INI and all the products have unexpectedly been rebranded as Synavax. I was unable to see any mention of the cherished Industrial Nanotech name on either site.

INTK even publishes a list of imagined customers including, but are not limited to; McDonald's, Walmart, Georgia Pacific, 3M, Westrock, Chevron, Shell, etc..
In the real business world most companies do business with multiple government entities as a normal course of business. The fact that the INTK people find this unusual more speaks to them and to INTK than to the work that I have done.
As far as the threat of a lawsuit for posting the INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH RED FLAGS, if Industrial Nanotech would go through the trouble of suing me for warning people about Industrial Nanotech, I think that I would have a great deal of fun in the discovery phase and document production requests. I would be a stretch and quite amusing to see Industrial Nanotech attempt to go to court and represent themselves as a real company with real products.
I do understand the threat of a lawsuit is an attempt at intimidation http://www.dmlp.org/legal-guide/responding-strategic-lawsuits-against-public-participation-slapps
INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH REPUTATION?
I see that I have hit a sore spot when I talk about Industrial Nanotech's horrible reputation. I am not sure where you claim I can make it worse. Is it at the Better Business Bureau where INTK already enjoys an F rating, which is the lowest possible rating? Is it at OSHA, where INTK is illegally marketing a product as "OSHA Safe Touch" (it is illegal to market a product using the OSHA name)? Is it at the FTC or at the SEC, where INTK already has multiple complaints? Is it at Bain and Company, where INTK falsely represented that they had a partnership? Is it at INSULO CORP that was scammed for $20,000? Is it at Florida Attorney General's consumer fraud division? Is it the United States government programs that INTK imagines and represents that they have participated with?
As for the multiple RED FLAGS that I mentioned, which one would you like me to elaborate on?
As far as me selling my technical products to US Government agencies and laboratories, I see that you are unduly surprised. In the real world there is nothing unusual about this. Unlike Industrial Nanotech, other companies find no need to make up stories about their sales.
RED FLAGS GALORE INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH 1.The company has no physical presence and operates out of virtual offices 2. All of the products are bogus and none of them work 3. Stuart Burchill, the president of Industrial Nanotech has a murky past. While he claims that he was in the nightclub business all I can see on the internet that prior to Industrial Nanotech he was a self-employed handyman. He may have also been involved in a similar scam called Industrial Biotechnology that ceased to operate after a scandal erupted that saw outsiders go to jail. 4. Irate customers report being scammed for large amounts or money 5. Irate customers have repeatedly reported Industrial Nanotech to various government enforcement and regulatory agencies 6. The company has abandoned the Industrial Nanotech name and the website now redirects to a different company name and the products have been rebranded to avoid the Industrial Nanotech name without explanation from the company. 7. The company repeatedly lies and fabricates stories about major orders and business relations with major companies, 8. The company no longer publishes updated financials, claiming that they do not know how to operate the accounting software. 9. The company routinely lies about relationships with the government. Lies include working with government labs, lies about OSHA and FDA approved products.10. The product tests quoted are bogus.
If they are selling products ya think they would let shareholders know they are receiving orders and the $ value. Other companies do it. The only problem is that Industrial Nanotech is lying about the orders. Their only purpose is to misinform you, not inform you.
Independent tests are always available from reputable companies
Thank you for citing PPG as an example. This is a really stellar company that is happy to provide copies of their third party testing.
You can get this at their website or contact them at Phone: +1-888-9PPGPMC
Email: CS-USCA@ppg.com
They will respond immediately to any request. If anyone is responding to my post about what is right? not who is right, please keep the response civil and first verify that the information is correct, since if you are responding with disinformation and/or personal accusations will only confirm my suspicions about both Industrial Nanotech and the person who is responding.
I would again emphasize that I particularly would like to see independent testing about the EPX H20 product since I am concerned that it is a potential threat to people's health and safety. If there were no independent tests on the EPX H20 product, please let me know if there was any testing done on this product.
When traderking60 or other posters ignore the contents of what I am saying and attack me it only serves to add to my suspicions.
I again earnestly ask are the any independent tests that can verify Industrial Nanotech's claims?
http://www.ppgpmc.com/Contact-Us.aspx
http://www.ppgpmc.com/Home.aspx
What is right? Not who is right?
In the spirit of amity and not enmity, we should attempt to find out what is correct.
I originally had high hopes for one of the products and was disappointed with what I read. When I sought answers on this board or questioned what was going on I was greeted with either disinformation or personal attacks.
I would really like to know if there is any independent verification that any of the products works as advertised. To verify that a product works, I would like to see the name of the United States testing company or laboratory and where I could view the results. I know that traderking60 is able to cite test results, but these are provided completely out of context since the company doing the tests is not cited, nor is what test was performed. Also, saying the major companies are using the product and must have tested it does not help the conversation since other than Eagle Roofing I doubt any of the other companies are actually using the product. Several of the companies in that list have been major clients so it would be relatively easy for me to reach out to them.
If possible, please let me know at what office or who I could contact at any of the other companies (listed at this discussion board) to verify any of the claims that they are using any of the Industrial Nanotech products.
I would particularly like to view any testing that was done on the EPX H20 product. There is a claim on the Synavax site that this product is safe for use in areas that are in contact with food. Please let me know what, if any, tests have been performed or is this just guesswork. This is very important information since if this is not correct information people's health and safety may be endangered.
I would love to be shown that my suspicions about this company have been wrong and that there are tests to verify that any of the products work. Until I am shown otherwise I will remain (at best) skeptical

These our truly outstanding awards that Industrial Nanotech can rightly be proud of. If there was an award for the most hallucinatory product announcements, Industrial Nanotech would certain place at the top of the list.
Stuart Burchill, CEO is shamelessly lying
when he says they are working with US Government National Laboratories on paint development.
This is one of the many hallucinatory claims that Stuart Burchill and Industrial Nanotech makes. At best, Stuart Burchill probably painted when he was a SELF EMPLOYED HANDYMAN and he is purposely confusing the time he used a government lavatory with a government laboratory.

A DESCRIPTION OF INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH
No real business operations. The company does not maintain physical offices. Industrial Nanotech has virtual offices, the modern equivalent of operating with a mailbox address. There are no factories and the last financial report shows zero dollars in the bank. If that does not bother you, Industrial Nanotech claims that they are unable to file updated financial reports since they do not know how to operate the accounting software
Frequent or unexplained changes in company name or type of business, little or no assets, minimal revenues, or implausible press releases may suggest no real business operations. The Industrial Nanotech website redirects to INI and all of the old products have disappeared and are rebranded with new names. The company is definitely the market leader in "implausible press releases".

THIS IS THE FROM THE SECURITIES & EXCHANGE COMMISSION SITE
These RED FLAG warnings are taken directly from the SEC's site and the url's are provided below. The RED FLAG warnings quoted from the SEC are underlined. You can read this and decide for yourself how well this matches INTK. You are welcome to buy as much of INTK stock or any other you choose, but you have been warned. The numbers I cite are from the published financials provided by Industrial Nanotech. If anyone takes the time to read INTK's financials they will find the numbers very troubling.
As the old saying goes, a fool and his money buys Industrial Nanotech stock and their ersatz products!
1. Odd Items in the Footnotes of Financial Statements
The last reported two years there were over $900,000 of unexplained "unusual expenses". This is particularly troubling since the company is so tiny with very small revenues.
2. Unusual Auditing Issues. Current Financial Figures are being withheld with the very lame excuse that the geniuses at Industrial Nanotech are unable to figure out how to work their accounting software for over one year,
3. Insiders Own Large Amounts of Stock
4. No real business operations. Frequent or unexplained changes in company name or type of business, little or no assets, minimal revenues, or implausible press releases may suggest no real business operations.
INTK has no factories, no real offices, no inventory listed in the latest financials, $265 in the bank and has recently changed the name of the products
5. No History of Operational Success. Use caution before investing in a company’s stock if the company has no history of operational success; yet still projects large future revenues, especially if the projections appear based solely on information about the company’s industry rather than on the company itself.
This is a precise description of INTK

Eight months without a press release, ole stuie must have someone watching him very closely.
It is my understanding that INSULO CORP of South Korea has reported Stuart Burchill and Industrial Nanotech to several government authorities.
He is extremely angry about being scammed for $20,000 by Industrial Nanotech. I also read on the Better Business Bureau and various scam reporting sites that people and companies that have been burnt by Industrial Nanotech have also contacted various government enforcement agencies.
Their lame excuse that Industrial Nanotech provides for not providing financial updates is that the geniuses at Industrial Nanotech can't get their existing or replacement accounting software working after more than one year.
I would like to know:
1. If Stuart Burchill and/or Industrial Nanotech are currently under any government investigation at this time
2. What the unexplained "unusual expenses" of more than $900,000 over the past two years were for. Were they settlements for lawsuits, government fines or will they remain as unexplainable "unusual expenses?"

Kolorgen posting about Industrial Nanotech
I got burned maybe 10 times more than you-I still have faith in the product and the company and all of us. posted in 2010
I have invested all I have in this business, nothing left for shares, but either way we will win. 2011 is, in a way, the year of Nansulate
Hello again, my financials are just as bad as the company's, almost in proportion, but I still have great faith in the company.
I do acknowledge that Kolorgen does have a keen knowledge of idiocy. There is a reason that this company has a F rating at the Better Business Bureau and a subterranean stock price.
THE PRODUCTS ARE A FRAUD AND INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH AND SYNAVAX ARE A SCAM.
IT IS IMPORTANT TO WARN PEOPLE ABOUT INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH AND THEIR FRAUDULENT PRODUCTS.
INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH 99.82% LOSS ON STOCK
If you would have purchased this stock in July of 2005 you could have a enjoyed a 99.82% loss on investment. In other words, an investment of $100 would have turned into 18 cents! The current return on investment is a thrilling negative 860.2%.
This S & P 500 has about doubled in this time frame
These fantastic numbers reflect the tremendous confidence and warm feeling that people have for Industrial Nanotech.

Why they can't sell any of this "great" product
If a potential buyer is prudent he or she will research a product prior to buying it. When I originally read about a "paint that could insulate" I was very interested, but when I started reading about Industrial Nanotech I saw that in most cases the products were never delivered. I also read reviews from different sites including the F rating at the Better Business Bureau and sites that report on Industrial Nanotech frauds and scams.
I took the time to see if any of the products actually worked and all I could find were articles such as ‘Insulating’ Paint Merchants Dupe Gullible Homeowners" where experts in the field warned people about Industrial Nanotech.
I even contacted INSULO CORP, Industrial Nanotech's exclusive distributor in South Korea and he has advised me that he sent $20,000 for the distributorship and product and was scammed for the entire amount. This is current information and INSULO is still demanding a refund of the money that was sent.
I do not receive any compensation for this or any other post that I have made and I do not for a competitor. The reason that I post is that I am warning people that this is not a reputable company and they should do their homework prior to sending any money to this or any other company that makes extraordinary claims for a products.
Even if an individual is not prudent and attempts to purchase the product it is not available for sale at any reputable merchant such as The Home Depot or Lowes.

NOT APPROVED FOR FOOD CONTACT
I apologize for not making it simpler since I know that English is not Kolorgen's first language and it is now past 3AM in Turkey.
The FDA list that I cited and referenced is not a list of foods, but a list of products and substances that come into contact with food. I think that is very clear to anyone that takes the time to read what it says. It clearly states that it is an "Inventory of Effective Food Contact Substance (FCS) Notifications" a not a list of foods. Kolorgen I did read that you coated your refrigerator with what may be a dangerous substance and I wish you no harm and this warning does pertain to you and anyone else that is using these products and thinking they are safe for food contact surfaces.
As I mentioned in my previous post, INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH/SYNAVAX FALSELY CLAIMS THAT Synavax ProtectX 4600 is "approved for food contact according to FDA specifications to use in food environments". There is no record anywhere that confirms that you can use it in areas that come into contact with food and I think that knowing how many unverifiable claims Industrial Nanotech has made in the past should make you more prudent.
It is apparent that gullible individuals (such as Kolorgen) may take this false representation as true and put themselves in danger by doing things like coating their refrigerators without doing further research. Dr. Bilgin, please be more careful with your own safety, particularly where you are using what may be harmful chemicals that are in contacts or close proximity to food.

Synavax ProtectX 4600 NOT APPROVED AS FOOD SAFE
iNDUSTRIAL NANOTECH/SYNAVAX FALSELY CLAIMS THAT Synavax ProtectX 4600 "approved for food contact according to FDA specifications to use in food environments".
http://www.synavax.com/protectx-4600-anti-corrosion-internal-pipe-coating/
The FDA maintains a list of materials that are effective for food contact. You can look it either by product ingredient of manufacturer name. As expected the product and the companies do not appear on the approved list. https://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/fdcc/index.cfm?set=fcn
Industrial Nanotech has made countless misrepresentations. I will ask once again (knowing that it does not exist) for any testing that was over done to verify this claim. The test results should include the name of the laboratory that performed the test and where the results can be viewed.
This is a matter of health and safety and should not be ignored.

$13,780,000.00 LOST BUT NEVER FOUND
There is so many things that are unexplained and unexplainable about Industrial Nanotech. The primary questions would have to do with where did all that money go to and whatever happens to all the major orders that Industrial Nanoech gleefully announced that never seem to happen. Other questions would have to do if there are recognized laboratories that are conducting the tests or are the test results fabricated test results only. Additional questions revolve around the Industrial Nanotech "Distributors" You can not buy the products at any retail channels that I am aware of and there does not appear to be any wholesale distributors in the USA either. Perhaps, like Industrial Nanotech's offices the announced orders, distributors and products are all virtual like in SimCity?
A QUESTION THAT SHOULD BE ALSO BE ANSWERED IS WHERE DID THE $20,000 THAT INSULO CORP. SENT GO TO? DOES STUART BURCHILL INTEND TO RETURN THIS MONEY OR DOES HE INTEND TO KEEP IT?
I actual have taken the time to look at the financial results that Industrial Nanotech does publish. Even though this is a very tiny company with negligible sales INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH WAS ABLE TO "LOSE" $13,780,000 In last 5 years. I wonder where this money went? While there is not information to get a precise idea of where this money went, it is bewildering to see that in the last 2 years there were unexplained "unusual expenses" of more than $957,000.00. Would anyone like to speculate what that unusual expenses were used for?
Other puzzling expenses was the astoundingly high and unexplained SG&A percentage (Selling, General & Administrative) The typical percent SG&A for materials companies is 10.15%. IN 2015 INTKs percentage was 143% of sales and in 2014 it was 439% of sales. (I have excluded the R&D expense from this calculation.)
This percentage is particularly "curious" since Industrial Nanotech has no offices (they have virtual offices, the modern equivalent of having a post office box for an address), no factories, no salaried employees or officers and INTK pays no income taxes since it consistently loses money.
In June of 2015 Industrial Nanotech claimed that they were delaying publishing financial results due to "wholly unsatisfactory and unwieldy accounting software." It is now July 2017 and the 2016 results still have not been published according to what I see.

Industrial Nanotech, Inc. Provides Update - OTCMarkets.com
Join Industrial Nanotech Inc.'s global Distributor Team. Distributorships provide lucrative opportunities for Stuart Burchill.
We (Triton-Nereid Electronics, Inc.) became a Distributor of Industrial Nanotech on 01/01/2015 with a distributor fee ($12,535) paid to Industrial Nanotech They never deliver products. (We had good intention when we reduced the order. Industrial Nanotech told us they encountered a production problem, they could not fulfill large order. Therefore, we reduced the order hoping they can complete our order faster.)
They promised the refund but never send to us.
Until today they have not give us any refund or products. They just turn silence.
Dear all who has interested in INTK and their products.
INSULO CORP: We are an exclusive distributor in S.Korea of INTK.
We signed on exclusive distributorship agreement with INTK about two years ago.
We paid distributorship fee and payment (of $20,000) of the first order but they have never sent us their products.
Mr. Burchill who is CEO of INTK promised us to refund all the payment but he and she (Ms. Francesca) keep ignoring our emails and calls.
The only reason I am writing this board is that I cannot stand INTK keeps deceiving innocent customers.
We
Ordered and never got there snake oil called Nansulate Lead X or my money back. They did send me a check that bounced. Scammers. Stay away. I reported them to the SEC and BBB
Our company was supposedly the appointed distributor for Nansulate and we placed an order for a prominent government client 30 gallons of Nansulate Energy Protect in July 2015. Months later they say they had to send back our order to the production because "it did not meet their stringent quality control standards" and said it had to go for a "re-work" so we waited patiently. Paid $2000++ for the damn order but they did not deliver. Since early 2015 we requested for refund but til today they just kept quiet.
We have ordered this product to use for some of our customers. At this point we are very upset with the company, because we paid them for a couple of orders, and 4 months later, they still haven't delivered the product and they won't refund us our money! We are telling everyone not to do business with a company that takes your money and doesn't deliver!!
I placed an order for LeadX™ Clear Lead Encapsulation Coating. My toddler had elevated blood lead levels, and we ordered the product in order to protect him from future lead exposure in our home. Many e-mails, phone calls, and empty promises later, we never received the product. We requested a refund for the product and S&H ($111) on three separate occasions, and still have not received one. Every time I call, I get the run-around. They will not connect me to a manager, nor give me a direct phone number for one. This is a dishonest company that has no desire to help its customers avoid lead exposure.
All the makings of a scam I feel (A product that is too good to be true usually is) None of the listed references on there site would respond back about ever using there products or that it really existed. The awards they claim to have won at the bottom of the page don't appear to be be linked to real awards.
IS INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH PRICED CORRECTLY?
EVEN AT THIS INCREDIBLY LOW PRICE, INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH'S STOCK IS ACTUALLY WAY OVERPRICED.
INTK has a Shareholder Yield of 0.000000
INTK has a Value Composite score of 99. Developed by James O’Shaughnessy, the VC score uses five valuation ratios. These ratios are price to earnings, price to cash flow, EBITDA to EV, price to book value, and price to sales. The VC is displayed as a number between 1 and 100. In general, a company with a score closer to 0 would be seen as undervalued, and a score closer to 100 would indicate an overvalued company. Adding a sixth ratio, shareholder yield, we can view the Value Composite 2 score which is currently sitting at 96.

There is nothing honest about this company
THE KOREAN DISTRIBUTOR HAD $20.000 STOLEN
BY INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH AND STUART BURCHILL
Dear all who has interested in INTK and their products.
We are an exclusive distributor in S.Korea of INTK.
We signed on exclusive distributorship agreement with INTK about two years ago.
We paid distributorship fee and payment of the first order but they have never sent us their products.
Mr. Burchill who is CEO of INTK promised us to refund all the payment but he and she (Ms. Francesca) keep ignoring our emails and calls.
The only reason I am writing this board is that I cannot stand INTK keeps deceiving innocent customers.

STUART BURCHILL STEALING $20,000
I DO NOT SEE ANY RESPONSE WHATSOEVER TO MY REPORT AND POST ABOUT STUART BURCHILL AND INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH STEALING $20,000 FROM INSULO. INSULO WAS PROMISED EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTION AND PRODUCT FOR SOUTH KOREA. INSULO SENT THE $20,000 BY WIRE TRANSFER TO INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH. ONCE INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH HAD THE FUNDS STUART BURCHILL AND FRANCESCA CROLLY WOULD NOT TAKE HIS CALLS OR RESPOND TO HIS EMAILS. THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR APPEARS TO BE REAL AND REPEATED AND THE WAY INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH DOES BUSINESS. THERE ARE SEVERAL DIFFERENT COMPANIES THAT ACCUSE STUART BURCHILL AND INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH OF STEALING THEIR MONEY. YOU CAN FIND THESE REPORTS AT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, RIPOFF REPORT, SCAMBUSTERS AND OTHER SITES.
THERE IS A REPORT AT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU FOR TRITON-NEREID ELECTRONICS OF MILPITAS, CALIFORNIA THAT SENT $95,000 FOR PRODUCT AND DISTRIBUTORSHIP AND WAS ALSO MET WITH SILENCE AFTER THE MONEY WAS RECEIVED BY INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH.
I DO NOT KNOW THE OUTCOME WITH TRITON-NEREID BUT YOU CAN READ THE FULL REPORT AND OTHER COMPANIES THAT SENT MONEY WITHOUT RECEIVING PRODUCTS AT https://www.bbb.org/west-florida/business-reviews/insulation-materials-companies/industrial-nanotech-in-naples-fl-90068000
I have never done any business with Industrial Nanotech, I have never bought any of their worthless stock nor do I work in the same industry. I have repeatedly reported my entire history with Industrial Nanotech. I was interested in types of insulation and was intrigued by the claim of an insulating paint. When I did my research on the product and the company I was astounded that absolutely everything about Industrial Nanotech was a lie and the main purpose of the company was to steal money from unsuspecting consumers and companies. I know that I will never be able to bring peace to the Middle-East (although I do pray for that each and every day) and I will never find a cure for cancer. On the other hand, I am able here and at yahoo to warn people about this unscrupulous company and perhaps if I repeat what happened to INSULO other companies will be more careful before sending money and perhaps Stuart will see that it is in his interest to return the money to some of his victims.
I truly believe that each person has the ability at every moment in our lives to become that wonderful person that God has intended for us to be and that Stuart or Francesca will see that it is not appropriate to continue to do bad things to unsuspecting people and companies.
The reason that I included some of the labs that I have worked with is that some of the pumpers implied that I did not have a business background and these were only included as an indication that I am credible in what I say.
Of course, I will be attacked and accused for telling the truth, but it still does not answer the question of what happened to the $20,000 that INSULO sent to Industrial Nanotech. It would be better if the funds were returned and INSULO would not have continue working with government officials to obtain his refund.

$20,000 THEFT, STUART BURCHILL & INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH
STUART BURCHILL & INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH RECEIVED $20,000 FROM INSULO COMPANY OF SOUTH KOREA AND AS SOON AS THEY HAD THE WIRE TRANSFER THEY WOULD NOT TAKE HIS CALLS OR RESPOND TO HIS EMAIL. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO CALL THIS, A $20,000 THEFT OR JUST ANOTHER NORMAL DAY OF STEALING AT INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH.
I KNOW THAT STEALING $20,000 FOR STUART BURCHILL IS NOT SIGNIFICANT OR IMPORTANT BUT TO INSULO AND MYSELF IT SOMETHING WE WILL NOT FORGET!!!
FORTUNATELY, INSULO IS VERY SMART AND HE HAS GONE TO THE APPROPRIATE GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES AND THERE WILL BE CONSEQUENCES.
I AM IN CONTACT WITH INSULO AND I BELIEVE HIM TO BE CREDIBLE SINCE OTHER PEOPLE REPORT SIMILAR OUTCOMES WITH INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH. IF IT CAN BE SHOWN THAT HE IS MISTAKEN I WOULD BE HAPPY TO WITHDRAW MY ACCUSATION AND APOLOGIZE.
ALSO, I KNOW THAT NOTHING THAT INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH SAYS IS VERIFIABLE AND THAT TRADERKING60 HAS GONE TO DD FOR A DOUGHNUT AND DESSERT.
TEST RESULTS WITHOUT SAYING WHAT THE TEST WAS FOR AND WHAT LABORATORY PERFORMED THEM AND WHERE TO FIND THE RESULTS IS QUACKERY AND COMPLETE DISHONESTY.
TO CLAIM THAT YOU WORK WITH GOVERNMENT LABS AND CAN NOT PROVIDE THE NAMES IS TOTALLY INSANE.
INCIDENTALLY, IN MY WORK I HAVE SUPPLIED GOVERNMENT LABS WITH TECHNICAL PRODUCTS AND THEY INCLUDE NASA, LAWRENCE LIVERMORE AND SANDIA. I CAN ONLY SMILE WHEN SOME OF THE PUMPERS SAY I LACK SOPHISTICATION AND BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE.
I CHALLENGE EITHER INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH OR SOMEBODY READING HIS TO PROVIDE A NAME OF A CORPORATE OR GOVERNMENT LAB THAT THEY CLAIM IS WORKING INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH PRODUCTS. PLEASE DO NOT JUST MAKE IT UP (AS YOU TYPICALLY DO) I WILL TAKE THE TIME TO VERIFY WHATEVER YOU WRITE.
CEO lies about working with US Government National Laboratories
This is a 10 year old lie that Stuart Burchill continues to repeat.
I would like to ask what laboratory, but I know I will not get an answer since it is a complete and total fiction.
Stuart may have once used a government lavatory and this is how he is bragging about it.
The products are a fraud and everything about this company is fraudulent including the repeated claims about working with the government.
basically "a" scam company markets the heck out of its great new bogus product or research, tries to get press releases etc.... when in reality its just a few people in a office with a few computers, phone and internet connection that don't really sell anything but a fake idea. If they do get a big market upswing, the market settles and they cash out, the scammers are off to another boiler room to do it again.

INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH A HISTORY OF LIES
AT LEAST YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WORRY IF ANY OF THE PRESENT EXAGGERATIONS HAVE ANY BASIS IN REALITY!
IF YOU SEE THAT AN INDIVIDUAL AND A COMPANY LIE CONSISTENTLY FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS THERE IS NO QUESTION ABOUT THE PERSON'S INTEGRITY OR THE COMPANY THAT HE ESSENTIALLY OWNS. IN ADDITION TO THE 100s OF PHONY PRESS RELEASES YOU CAN ADD STUART BURCHILL'S ARREST RECORD TO THE STELLAR PORTFOLIO THAT HE OFFERS.
TO ADD TO THE LUNACY, THIS COMPANY HAS CONSISTENTLY LOST MILLIONS AND MILLIONS OF DOLLARS ON NEGLIGIBLE SALES, HAS $265 IN THE BANK, ABSOLUTELY NO INVENTORY AND HAS AN F RATING AT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE PUMPERS INTERPRET THIS AS GOOD NEWS. PERHAPS WHEN INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH FINALLY COMES TO THE ATTENTION OF THE SEC, FDA OR FTC THIS WILL BE INTERPRETED AS THE BEST NEWS POSSIBLE.
Industrial Nanotechm Stuart Burchill and R Value
With all of the beyond impossible, bewildering and conflicting product claims that Industrial Nanotech and Stuart Burchill have made over the years it is impossible to keep all of the fabrications straight. I understand that this week the product does not have an R value, while previously it did.
Here is Stuart talking about R value: Nansulate Shield, invented by Stuart Burchill, CEO of Industrial Nanotech, is a thin super insulation that has an R-Value many times higher than the current best building insulation available.
(this one is particularly hilarious) The volume of Nansulate Shield necessary to meet anticipated demand easily justifies building a new manufacturing plant for this revolutionary product and our team at the US Government Centers for Integrated Nanotechnology has been and will continue to be an integral part of this process," stated Stuart Burchill
I am including some vintage press releases to give you some idea of how this company has no shame and continues to break all rational barriers with their imagined success stories.
Looking at some old Industrial Nanotech press releases you get some idea of how comical they were. At one time Stuart even had an imaginary team working at the US Center for Integrated Nanotechnology.
On other days, Industrial Nanotech claimed that they had 5 manufacturing plants. The claims and fantasies are never-ending and the current claims are just as imaginative.

TESTS? NO NEED FOR TESTS
The nice about Industrial Nanotech is that Industrial Nanotech and traderking60 are happy to post test results. The reason we know that these tests are fictitious is that there is never any reference to what tests they are referring to, who did these tests and where we can find the results. That is, if there were any tests done we should be able to look them up--which we can't do, since the "tests" are as imaginary as the test results.
The only verifiable tests that were done on Industrial Nanotech products shows that the product claims are not in any way accurate.
The same as ordinary paint
Every researcher who has examined these products has concluded that there is no such thing as insulating paint. For example, tests at the Florida Solar Energy Center confirm that these paints are nothing special: “The Florida Solar Energy Center has tested ceramic paints and found them to have no significant advantage over ordinary paint in terms of their ability to retard heat gains through exterior building surfaces.”
No matter what misinformation is posted on this site, other than the astounding cost and the difficulty in getting the fraudulent products, there is no difference with ordinary paint. Traderking60 and others can post many confusing "results" that have no relationship to reality, but that does not change the basic fact that the products are a sham and a scam

IF YOU BUY INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH
PRODUCTS OR STOCK YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU DESERVE! THERE ARE SO MANY WARNINGS ABOUT THIS COMPANY, INCLUDING AT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, SCAMBUSTERS, SITEJABBER, RIPOFF REPORT, NANALYZE, TREEHUGGER AND MORE.
Its called a Pump and Dump,
basically a scam company markets the heck out of its great new bogus product or research, trys to get press releases etc.... when in reality its just a few people in a office with a few computers, phone and internet connection that don't really sell anything but a fake idea. If they do get a big market upswing, the market settles and they cash out, the scammers are off to another boiler room to do it again. Looking at there stock its looks like the end is near.
(at this point Industrial Nanotech has abandoned their offices in order to switch to a virtual office. In this way it is easier to "turn the lights out").

Designates companies with financial reporting problems, in economic distress, or bankruptcy, that make limited information publicly available. This category also includes companies that may not be troubled, but are unwilling to provide disclosure
The Pink Open Market offers trading in a wide spectrum of securities through any broker. With no minimum financial standards, this market includes foreign companies that limit their disclosure, penny stocks and shells, as well as distressed, delinquent, and dark companies not willing or able to provide adequate information to investors. As Pink requires the least in terms of company disclosure, investors are strongly advised to proceed with caution and thoroughly research companies before making any investment decisions.

Distribution Network in South Korea
All the makings of a scam
THIS IS A PARTICULARLY PROUD ACHIEVEMENT FOR STUART BURCHILL AND FRANCESCA CROLLEY. INSULO SENT $20,000 FOR EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS FOR SOUTH KOREAN DISTRIBUTION AND ONCE HE SENT THE FUNDS STUART AND FRANCESCA WOULD NOT ANSWER HIS PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS.
OTHER COMPANIES AND PEOPLE HAVE ALSO SENT MONEY FOR EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS FOR A DISTRIBUTORSHIP AND ARE MET WITH THE SAME SILENCE.
All the makings of a scam I feel (A product that is too good to be true usually is) None of the listed references on there site would respond back about ever using there products or that it really existed. The awards they claim to have won at the bottom of the page don't appear to be be linked to real awards.
